Gardner was a person of interest in a homicide investigation and had multiple warrants out for his arrest.

According to the charging document, on ec. 3, 2019, Gardner was contacted by law enforcement at his Wasilla residence regarding an unrelated investigation being conducted by the Alaska State Troopers. Gardner’s sister, Cher Jammes, who lived in a trailer on the same property, was also interviewed by law enforcement.

Gardner’s true Alaska state I card was issued in his birth name and identity of Jay Osmond Gardner on March 1, 2019. It is alleged that, on Jan. 22, 2020, a renewal of an Alaska state I was issued to Gardner after he fraudulently presented himself to be Cher Jammes, in name and appearance.

Unused ventilators will be taken from some New York hospitals, and redistributed to the worst-hit parts of the state under an order to be signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo, since the state saw its highest single-day increase in deaths, up by 562 to 2,935 – nearly half of all virus-related US deaths recorded yesterday.

U.S. employers cut 701,000 jobs in March, with the unemployment rate soaring to 4.4 percent, the first job decline in a decade, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics:
