1…………> Trump’s ICE Broom: Shadow Workers

ICE executed criminal search warrants at a North Texas business and also arrested more than 100 company employees on federal immigration violations who were unlawfully working in the United States at the trailer manufacturing business. This ongoing investigation began when HSI received information that the company may have knowingly hired illegal aliens and that many of the aliens employed at Load Trail were using fraudulent identification documents.

“Businesses that knowingly hire illegal aliens create an unfair advantage over their competing businesses,” said Special Agent in Charge Katrina W. Berger, HSI Dallas, which oversees 128 counties in North Texas, and the state of Oklahoma.

“Also, they take jobs away from U.S. citizens and legal residents, and they create an atmosphere poised for exploiting their illegal workforce.”

All of the immigration status violators arrested Aug. 28 will be interviewed by ICE staff and Department of Health and Human Services’ Division of Immigration Health Services (DIHS) staff to record any medical, sole-caregiver or other humanitarian situations. Based on these interviews, ICE will determine if those arrested remain in custody or are considered for compassionate release. In all cases, all illegal aliens encountered will be fingerprinted and processed for removal from the United States.

“We commend our prosecutors and law enforcement partners for their hard work to hold members of the gang accountable for their crimes. Today’s verdict sends a strong message that the Department of Justice and its partners will use every tool available as we continue our work to disrupt and dismantle violent street gangs like the Seven Mile Bloods.”

3…………> Holywood “Crooked “Business” Manager: Slammer

A federal jury in Columbus, Ohio has convicted Kevin R. Foster, 42, of Montclair, NJ, of 16 charges related to a fraud scheme. He was found guilty of wire fraud, money laundering, bankruptcy fraud, tax evasion and filing a false tax return.

This case stems from the prior prosecution of Thomas E. Jackson and Preston J. Harrison, who, according to court documents, collected approximately $9 million from investors under pretenses to start and market the sports beverage OXYwater through their company, Imperial Integrative Health Research and Development (Imperial). A federal jury convicted the two in March 2015 of multiple wire fraud, money laundering, and tax fraud charges. According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Foster, as the principal of his management/accounting firm, Foster & Firm, Inc., and as business manager for Shaffer Smith, a/k/a Ne-Yo, induced Smith to invest $2 million into OXYwater under false representations. Unbeknownst to Smith, Foster spent an additional $1.5 million of Smith’s money into the product without his consent and fraudulently took out $1.4 million in lines of credit under Smith’s name by forging his signature.

Extended position at 24400, sell stop 25400 for a gain of 1000 DIA points closed. Short post established at 25380, covering short at 25300 for an increase of 80 DIA points.

New position extended 25300, sell stop at 25800 for a gain of 500 DIA points.

Stocks up 14 to 26064, DJ futures +54, attempt to stage a short covering rally continuing due to anti-tariff talks with China.

Gold down to 1209.7 and USD/CHF down 0.99 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 25,800.
We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World Disorder.

1…………> Crooked Broker: ConvergEx NJ

The former Chief Executive Officer of ConvergEx Global Markets Limited (CGM Limited)  Anthony Blumberg, 53, of Short Hills, New Jersey, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Jose L. Linares of the District of New Jersey, in Newark, to one count of conspiracy to commit securities and wire fraud, with sentencing has been scheduled for Dec. 5 before Chief Judge Linares.

According to court documents, Blumberg admitted that clients placed orders to buy or sell securities with G-Trade Services LLC and ConvergEx Limited, subsidiaries of ConvergEx Group that offered global trading services to clients, which in turn routed orders to CGM Limited. Blumberg also admitted that traders at CGM Limited executed the orders and sometimes added a “spread,” (a mark-down on the sale of a security or a markup on the purchase of security) to the prices they had obtained for non-fiduciary clients. To hide the fact that spread had been taken, on several occasions from 2007 to 2011, Blumberg and traders acting under his direction, acting in response to requests by clients for information that could reveal the existence of spread, sent false reports (known as time and sales reports) to these clients.

The President fired a salvo of tweets, attacking his Democratic opponents of being hypocrites of failing to solve the urgent immigration problem our country is facing.

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

Why don’t the Democrats give us the votes to fix the world’s worst immigration laws? Where is the outcry for the killings and crime being caused by gangs and thugs, including MS-13, coming into our country illegally? 5:46 AM – Jun 18, 2018

3…………> Salvation From “Down Under”: Hydrogen Cars

As a prelude to hydrogen vehicles being developed and built in Australia, powered with a fuel derived from ammonia, two cars will be tested in Brisbane due to a Queensland breakthrough that CSIRO researchers say could turn Australia into a renewable energy superpower.

It’s the first time both Toyota and Hyundai have invested millions of dollars into hydrogen-powered vehicles, as CSIRO principal research scientist Michael Dolan said it was an inspiring day for a project that has been a decade in the making:

“We started out with what we thought was a good idea, it is exciting to see it on the cusp of commercial deployment,” he said.

For the past decade, researchers have worked on producing ultra-high purity hydrogen using unique membrane technology that will allow hydrogen to be safely transported and used as a mass production energy source.

“We are certainly the first to demonstrate the production of very clean hydrogen from ammonia,” Dr. Dolan said.

“Today is the very first time in the world that hydrogen cars have been fuelled with a fuel derived from ammonia — carbon-free fuel.” (ABC)

4…………> Forgotten Women: Impressionists

Berthe Morisot and Mary Cassatt were forgotten, yet leading figures in the male-dominated Impressionist movement, adored by their peers and embraced by critics at the same time.

Morisot nocturnal portrayal of the Parisian woman, true to her radical experiments with the concept of ‘finished’ and ‘unfinished’ in her painting, made her one of its most adventurous spirits.

Cassatt had the distinction of being the only American to exhibit with the Impressionists, but her uniquely modernist interpretations of traditional themes such as the mother and child brought her international recognition.

1…………> ICE Raid: NJ

ICE Newark Field Office arrested 37 individuals during a five-day operation that concluded Friday, as part of the agency’s ongoing public safety efforts, with 16 subjects that had been previously released by MCJ without honoring the ICE detainer and 78% had prior criminal convictions or pending criminal charges.

“ERO New Jersey will continue to enforce ICE’s commitment to public safety,” said Ruben Perez, Acting Field Office Director of ERO in Newark. “Middlesex County, which aspires to be a ‘sanctuary county’ by protecting criminal aliens, in the process assists criminals in undermining federal law and creates a dangerous environment in the community. It also overburdens local law enforcement. ICE will continue to execute its mission in such communities.”

The individuals arrested as part of the operation were nationals of Brazil, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, India, Ivory Coast, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, and Turkey.

These individuals range from 21 to 68 years old and all were previously arrested or convicted of a variety of offenses. Some of the arrests and convictions included: aggravated criminal sexual contact, aggravated assault, DUI, hindering apprehension, endangering the welfare of a child, battery, theft, burglary, possession of a weapon, forgery, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct, and illegal entry.

3…………> Trump/Putin Lunch: No Vodka Yet

President  Trump says he and President Putin had a “good start” to their high-stakes summit in Helsinki, Finland, calling the meeting with his counterpart “a good start, a very good start for everybody” as the two leaders and their top advisers sat across the table from one another during a working lunch,
shook hands and answered reporters’ questions before the summit, all this civility despite the meeting being assailed by Mr.Trump’s greatest enemy, blabbermouth Maxine “Fire 45” Waters.

“We are the two great nuclear powers, we have 90% of the nuclear and that’s not a good thing, it’s a bad thing,” he said.

“And I think we can hopefully do something about that because it’s not a positive force, it’s a negative force. So we’ll be talking about that among other things.”

Mr. Trump said the leaders’ discussions would involve trade, the military, missiles, nuclear weapons and China, including their “mutual friend”, Chinese President Xi Jinping.

An Indonesian farmer, the  40-year-old Sugito was collecting grass for his cattle, when he wandered into a crocodile farm at Sorong, with guards nearby hearing screams coming from inside the field, and when they went to investigate, found Sugito bitten by a crocodile.

They went looking for help to recover him, but by the time they returned, he was dead.
