ICE deportation officers arrested Grachowe Harrichand, 43, a Guyanese national previously ordered removed from the US, was twice released from local law enforcement custody with an active detainer due to New York City’s sanctuary policies.

On July 5, Harrichand was again arrested by the NYPD for the charges of sexual abuse 3rd: subject another person to sex contact without consent, forcible touching, act in manner injure child less than 17 years-old, and harassment.

  The detainer was not honored and Harrichand was released from the custody of the New York City Department of Correction (NYCDOC)

It was the largest military parade in the country’s history, and in his speech to the nation, President Xi Jinping proclaimed, “No force can stop the Chinese people, and the Chinese nation forging ahead.”

US House Speaker Nancy, “Anyone caught urinating in front of my mansion will be deported to Arizona” Pelosi fired back at her Republican colleague who asked that the impeachment inquiry of President Trump be temporarily suspended, saying his request has no basis in the US Constitution.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, the body’s top Republican, asked Pelosi to “suspend all efforts surrounding your ‘impeachment inquiry’ until transparent and equitable rules and procedures are established to govern the inquiry, as is customary.”

Nancy’s answer: “As members of Congress, we take a solemn oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” Pelosi wrote in her reply.

“The existing rules of the House provide House committees with full authority to conduct investigations for all matters under their jurisdiction, including impeachment investigations. Here is no requirement under the Constitution, under House rules, or House precedent that the whole House vote before proceeding with an impeachment inquiry.”

Pelosi announced the beginning of the probe two weeks ago, following revelations that Trump sought help with a domestic investigation from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a July phone call, and that he later directed intelligence leaders to keep a whistleblower’s report about that call from the House Intelligence Committee.

The Trump administration new rule requires asylum-seeking immigrants who enter the US through the southern land border to apply for refugee status in the country “through which they transited,” it will take effect on Tuesday, after it is published in the Federal Register, the US Departments of Justice and Homeland Security confirmed.

“This new rule is patently unlawful, and we will sue swiftly,” Lee Gelernt, deputy director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s (ACLU) Immigrants’ Rights Project, said in a statement Monday.
