…..Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador are doing nothing for the United States but taking our money. Word is that a new Caravan is forming in Honduras and they are doing nothing about it. We will be cutting off all aid to these 3 countries – taking advantage of U.S. for years!

…..close the Southern Border. Bring our car industry back into the United States where it belongs. Go back to pre-NAFTA, before so many of our companies and jobs were so foolishly sent to Mexico. Either we build (finish) the Wall or we close the Border……

We will be forced to close the Southern Border entirely if the Obstructionist Democrats do not give us the money to finish the Wall & also change the ridiculous immigration laws that our Country is saddled with. Hard to believe there was a Congress & President who would approve!

2…………> Mr.Xi’s Eye: Smart Chinese Uniforms

Chinese schools have begun enforcing “smart uniforms” embedded with computer chips to monitor student movements and prevent them from skipping classes, triggering an alarm as a GPS system tracks student movements even beyond the school grounds.

As students enter the school, the time and date are recorded along with a short video that parents can access via a mobile app, and facial recognition further ensures that each uniform is worn by its rightful owner to prevent students from cheating the system.

Mr.Xi’s “New 21st century Communist playground” of China is building a digital dictatorship to exert control over its 1.4 billion citizens, with Beijing making regular calls on all schools to develop “smart campuses”, starting with the eleven schools in the south-west province of Guizhou have introduced the uniforms, which were developed by local tech firm Guizhou Guanyu Technology.

The United States looses soooo much money on Trade with Mexico under NAFTA, over 75 Billion Dollars a year (not including Drug Money which would be many times that amount), that I would consider closing the Southern Border a “profit-making operation.

“Either we build (finish) the Wall or we close the Border,” PresidentTrump tweeted after nearly a week of deadlock in Washington over the federal budget, threatened to shut down the border with Mexico over illegal immigration if Congress fails to fund his proposed wall.

Confirming the threat to close the border was real, the White House said negotiations with Congress had stalled.

The dispute has caused a partial US government shutdown.

Hundreds of thousands of federal employees are either on unpaid leave or continue to work but do not know when they will be paid.

Both Congress chambers met for just a few minutes on Thursday but took no steps to end the closure.

Later in the week, a new House will be sworn in, dominated by opposition Democrats who won the mid-term elections last month, but Mr.Trump’s Republicans will retain the Senate with a slightly larger majority.

4…………>Aliens Are Coming: Blue Night NY Sky

An explosion at an electrical power station in New York City on Thursday evening lit up the sky with an eerie blue light, triggering a flurry of speculation on social media, with some wondering if aliens had landed, while others thought something supernatural might be to blame for the ghostly glow.

The believers wondered if the hand of God was at work over New York, heralding perhaps a new Pope, or the moment when Evangelicals say true believers will be swept up, or “raptured”, to heaven.

The New York Police Department took to Twitter to dispel any misunderstandings, and reassure the public that the strange light was caused by something much more down to earth: a transformer explosion at a Con Edison power station in the Astoria neighborhood of the borough of Queens.

Have the Democrats finally realized that we desperately need Border Security and a Wall on the Southern Border. Need to stop Drugs, Human Trafficking, Gang Members & Criminals from coming into our Country. Do the Dems realize that most of the people not getting paid are Democrats?

2…………>Rainy, Stormy Christmas; Syria’s Camps

Heavy downpour caused severe flooding in rural areas of northern Syria, destroying tents at 11 refugee camps and leaving tens of thousands of people to face the winter without shelter, with an estimated 25,000 refugees searching for shelter at other camps.

No casualties have yet been reported as a result of the flooding, but numerous heads of livestock have reportedly perished, and requests for emergency assistance have been received from the Atme, Qah, Omar and Khirbat al-Jawz refugee camps in the northwestern Latakia province.

Mustafa Yusuf, director of Syria’s White Helmets civil-defense organization, told Anadolu Agency that the organization had received numerous requests for urgent assistance.

“Since yesterday afternoon, our agency has been conducting search-and-rescue operations,” Yusuf said Thursday.

3…………> Santa Trump Undercover: Iraq, Germany Troop Visits

President Trump accompanied by his wife Melania made his first visit to soldiers stationed in an unstable region, flying into Iraq on Boxing Day in an unannounced trip, after being criticized for not yet visiting overseas troops by his “Fake News” detractors.

The US Government remains partially shut down amid a funding stalemate over a border wall, a week after Mr. Trump stunned his national security advisers by announcing he would withdraw US troops from neighboring Syria where they have been fighting Islamic State (IS) militants.

The President traveled with first lady Melania Trump and their trip was shrouded in secrecy.

Air Force One flew overnight from Washington, landing at an air base west of Baghdad under the cover of darkness on Wednesday evening (local time).

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters aboard Air Force One that Iraq’s Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi accepted an invitation from Mr. Trump to visit the White House.

4…………>We Ain’t No Suckers: Trump

President Trump expressed his “eternal gratitude” for the work of US troops in Iraq, on an unannounced Christmas visit to meet service personnel at al-Asad air base west of Baghdad.

He spoke about his recent decision to withdraw US troops from Syria, saying “America shouldn’t be doing the fighting for every nation on earth”.

5…………> Somber Holidays: US Government Shutdown

“The anxiety level among federal employees is extremely high and on top of that, there is real anger that they are paying the personal price for someone else’s dysfunction,” US National TreasuryEmployees Union (NTEU) President Tony Reardon said in a statement, with about 80% of federal employees responding to a survey earlier this week admitting that they were “very concerned” about paying their rent and bills this month, and more than 85 percent said they were tightening their belts.

President Trump said the shutdown “could be a long stay,” with White House budget director Mick Mulvaney saying it could drag on to next year, pass the first working day after the start of the shutdown, and nine out of 15 cabinet-level departments and dozens of agencies affected.

The shutdown, which started Friday midnight, resulted from a budgetary impasse between the White House and Congress over whether to fund the construction of a U.S.-Mexico border wall, a promise of President Donald Trump’s campaign in 2016.

“Whatever it takes, we need a wall,” Mr. Trump said during his unannounced visit to U.S. troops in Iraq on Wednesday. “We need safety for our country.”

Democrats have violently pushed back, slapping the Trump proposal as an “inefficient, unnecessary and costly” solution to strengthening border security as well as “a political stunt” to galvanize his base.

“Fake New Media”  and DC alligator infested swamp pundits have said that it’s hard to predict when the political stalemate would end as Republicans and Democrats are still deeply divided over the border wall, which has also torn the public apart.

“The shutdown could easily go on for weeks and there will be no winners — only losers,” Mark Penn, former chief strategist on Bill Clinton’s 1996 presidential campaign, wrote in an op-ed carried by Fox News.

Thanks @RandPaul  “I am very proud of the President. This is exactly what he promised, and I think the people agree with him. We’ve been at war too long and in too many places…spent several trillion dollars on these wars everywhere. He’s different…that’s why he got elected.”

Senator Bob Corker just stated that “I’m so privileged to serve in the Senate for twelve years, and that’s what I told the people of our state that’s what I’d do, serve for two terms.” But that is Not True – wanted to run but poll numbers TANKED when I wouldn’t endorse him…..

We signed two pieces of major legislation this week, Criminal Justice Reform and the Farm Bill. These are two Big Deals, but all the Fake News Media wants to talk about is “the mistake” of bringing our young people back home from the Never Ending Wars. It all began 19 years ago!

I just had a long and productive call with President @RT_Erdogan of Turkey. We discussed ISIS, our mutual involvement in Syria, & the slow & highly coordinated pullout of U.S. troops from the area. After many years they are coming home. We also discussed heavily expanded Trade.

2…………>Wait In Mexico: Asylum Seekers

“Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said the goal is to end the ‘catch and release’ practice that has enticed a wave of illegal immigrants to head north in recent years, convinced that they will be able to make bogus asylum claims and then slip into the shadows.”

Asylum-seekers crossing Mexico to reach the United States will now have to wait for an immigration court hearing before being granted access to the American homeland, according to the Washington Times.

3…………> Money For The Wall: US House

“The House voted Thursday to give President Trump $5.7 billion for a border wall, hours after Trump warned Republicans that he would veto the spending bill if it didn’t boost border security,” as President Trump met with Republicans at the White House yesterday to make his position clear.

The bill now moves to the Senate for a vote today, according to the Washington Examiner.

4…………>US Government: Running On 3 Cylinders

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

The only way to stop drugs, gangs, human trafficking, criminal elements and much else from coming into our Country is with a Wall or Barrier. Drones and all of the rest are wonderful and lots of fun, but it is only a good old fashioned Wall that works!

6:17 AM – Dec 23, 2018

“It’s very possible that this shutdown will go beyond the 28th and into the new Congress,” Mr. Trump’s acting chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney acting chief of staff warned after the shutdown that began at midnight Friday after opposition Democrats resisted President Donald Trump’s demand for $5bn (£4bn) for his Mexico border wall.

“This is what Washington looks like when you have a president who refuses to sort of go along to get along.”

A partial US government shutdown over budget spending could continue right up to the opening of the next Congress on 3 January, he said.
