1…………> The “Days Of Wine & Roses: Ivanka In Jerusalem

“Remember this moment. This is history. President Trump, by recognizing history, you have made history,” Israel PM Netanyahu said. “The embassy of the most powerful nation on earth, the United States of America, our greatest ally, today its embassy opened here.”

“We are in Jerusalem, and we are here to stay,” Netanyahu added, to loud applause. “Thank you, president Trump, for having the courage to keep your promises.”

A visibly jubilant Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sat next to Ivanka Trump and presidential adviser Jared Kushner during the ceremony, said that today was a “glorious day.”

The festive ceremony held despite violent protests by Palestinians which have already claimed nearly 40 lives, including a 14-year-old boy, and wounded hundreds more, 27 critically, included a congratulatory video message from President Trump, who didn’t attend the ceremony.

2…………> Shia Super-Power: Iran

Iran, a major military power in the Middle East with an estimated 534,000 active personnel in the army, navy, air force and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), ranked No. 13 in the world out of 136 countries.

Iran’s population of 82 million offers a deep reservoir of manpower, a key factor in sustaining long wars of attrition such as the 1980-88 Iran-Iraq War.

Iran’s asymmetric strategy uses regional allies and proxies, known as the “axis of resistance,” as leverage to weaken, bog down, deter or fight Iran’s enemies away from its soil.

Will Quds Force and its Hezbollah allies start a new war against Israel following the Jerusalem embassy initiation? Don’t bet against it.

3…………> Gun Runner: Italy

An Italian national named Giovanni Zannoni, 35, a former member of the Italian military was convicted of weapons trafficking and was returned to his home country ICE officers.

In May 2017, Zannoni entered the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) with authorization to remain in the United States until August 2017. One day after his entry, Zannoni was arrested by HSI and charged in U.S. District Court-Eastern District of New York (EDNY) with weapons trafficking. On Sept. 22, 2017, Zannoni was convicted in EDNY of a violation of the Arms Export Control Act and sentenced to 11 months imprisonment. Additionally, he agreed to forfeit $436,673, gun parts, and night vision and thermal imaging devices. Zannoni was transferred to ICE custody in April 2018, while the agency finalized his return.

4…………> US Jerusalem Embassy: War Drums?

At least 41 people had died, and more than 1000 people had been injured in the fighting, about 450 of them by live bullets in the highest Palestinian death toll in a single day since a series of protests dubbed the Great March of Return began at the border with Israel on March 30 and since the 2014 Gaza war.

Senior White House adviser, and the US President’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, officially opened the relocated embassy.
“On behalf of the 45th President of the United States of America, we welcome you officially, and for the first time, to the embassy of the United States here in Jerusalem, the capital of Israel,” she said.

The protests intensified on the 70th anniversary of Israel’s founding, with loudspeakers on Gaza mosques urging Palestinians to join a “great march of return”, and black smoke from tires burned by demonstrators rose into the air at the border.

“Today is the big day when we will cross the fence and tell Israel and the world we will not accept being occupied forever,” said Gaza science teacher Ali, who declined to give his last name.
“Many may get martyred today, so many, but the world will hear our message. Occupation must end.”
Among the Palestinians killed on Monday were a 14-year-old boy and a man in a wheelchair.
The man in the wheelchair had been pictured on social media using a slingshot.
The latest casualties raised the Palestinian death toll to 84 since the protests began on March 30. No Israeli casualties have been reported.

Most countries say the status of Jerusalem — a sacred city to Jews, Muslims and Christians — should be determined in a final peace settlement and that moving their embassies now would prejudge any such deal.

5…………> AG Sessions Precedent: Immigration Ax

The fate of tens of thousands of illegal border crossers and immigration law violators court cases could be soon in the hands of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who has intervened into the immigration system by reviewing, and rewriting, precedent-setting decisions affecting hundreds of thousands of pending immigration court backlog rulings, including all those who are arrested and put into the deportation process in future.

By taking cases from the Board of Immigration Appeals — the Department of Justice agency that serves as a quasi-appellate body for immigration court cases — and referring them to himself to issue a decision instead, he could make it impossible for cases to be resolved or paused by using attorney general power to set immigration precedents.

1…………> “A Perfect Job”: Trump

President Trump has hailed an overnight military strike that fired 103 cruise missiles on Syria as “perfectly executed”, adding: “Mission Accomplished”, as the “Gang Of Three”, the US, the Islamic May’sdom of UK and Islamic Sheikdom of France bombed three Syria government sites, targeting what they said were chemical weapons facilities in response to a suspected deadly chemical attack on the town of Douma last week.

Russian President Vladimir Putin condemned the Western strikes “in the most serious way”, after threatening military retaliation if any Russian forces had been hit, and claimed that Syria anti-air defenses shot-down 70% of all aerial  targets aimed at their country

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

A perfectly executed strike last night. Thank you to France and the United Kingdom for their wisdom and the power of their fine Military. Could not have had a better result. Mission Accomplished!

5:21 AM – Apr 14, 2018

24.2K people are talking about this

He added: “So proud of our great military”, saying that after extra funding it would be “the finest our country has ever had”.

The three targets that had been struck were a scientific research facility in Damascus, a chemical weapons storage facility west of Homs, and a chemical weapons equipment storage site and a command post, also near Homs.

2…………> The Trump Gang Beats Up “Bad Man” Assad: The Motion Picture

The US, UK, and France have carried out air and missile strikes in Syria in retaliation for a suspected chemical weapons attack last Saturday

President Trump said the allies had “marshaled their righteous power against barbarism and brutality”

Islamic Mays’dom of Great Britain opposition was not delighted by Ayatolin May’s surrender to the New World’s Disorder(NWD) whim:

 Corbyn’s letter to PM May

Dear Prime Minister,

I want to thank you for speaking to me last night regarding the bombing raids in Syria overnight, and for the security briefing, you shared. I am very glad that all British military personnel have returned home safely, and hope too that there have been no civilian casualties in Syria.

As I said I believe that Parliament should have been consulted and voted on the matter. The UK Prime Minister is accountable to Parliament, not to the whims of a US President. I believe the action was legally questionable, and this morning the UN Secretary-General has said as much, reiterating that all countries must act in line with the UN Charter.

You assured me that the Attorney General had given clear legal advice approving the action. I would, therefore, be grateful if you would publish this advice in full today.

Given that neither the UN nor the OPCW has yet investigated, it is clear that diplomatic and non-military means have not been fully exhausted. It is now vitally important that the OPCW inspectors, who are due to arrive in Douma today, are allowed to do their work and publish their report into their findings – and report to the United Nations Security Council.

I would, therefore, welcome your assurance that there will be no further bombing raids while OPCW inspectors are on the ground. They must be allowed to complete their inspections without hindrance.

Acting through the United Nations, I believe Britain should now take a diplomatic lead to negotiate a pause in this abhorrent conflict in which hundreds of thousands of Syrians have already been killed and millions displaced.

The refugee crisis places a responsibility on all countries and I the government will now increase its commitment to take additional refugees.

Hundreds of unaccompanied children remain in Europe and the UK must do more through the Dubs amendment. This means engaging with all parties that are involved in the conflict – including Iran, Israel, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the US – to ensure there is an immediate ceasefire.

We have the grotesque spectacle of a wider geopolitical proxy battle being waged with the Syrian people used as pawns by all sides. I would welcome your assurance that Britain will embark on renewed diplomatic efforts to end this conflict.
Our only priority must be the safety and security of the Syrian people – which is best served by de-escalating this conflict so that aid can get in.

Yours sincerely,

Jeremy Corbyn MP Leader of the Opposition

3………….> NWD Crowd At Work: A Turkish View

In a rebirth of the New World Disorder, the first U.S. strike in alliance with the Islamic Sheikdom of France and the Islamic Mays’dom of UK bombarded military points in the capital Damascus and Hama, Homs, Dera and Suwayda provinces,
including Republican Guard facilities and Al-Dumayr Airport in Damascus, areas near Damascus International Airport, scientific studies and research center, air defense systems at Mt. Qasioun overlooking the Syrian capital and military positions in Kiswah and Qalamoun region.

The airport in regime-held Hama, Hezbollah forces in the Quseir region of Homs, Iranian forces are known as 89th Brigade and some military points in Dera, Khalkhala Airport in Suwayda province and Ezra region of Daraa city were also among the targets of the strikes.

Assad regime reported that air defenses had successfully intercepted some of the missiles, in fact up to 70% of them.

Anatoly Antonov, the Russian ambassador to the U.S., lashed out against the attacks, saying in a statement “a pre-designed scenario is being implemented”.

“We warned that such actions will not be left without consequences. All responsibility for them rests with Washington, London, and Paris,” Antonov said. “The U.S. – the possessor of the biggest arsenal of chemical weapons – has no moral right to blame other countries.”

5…………> Syria Strikes: A German View

German Chancellor expressed support for the airstrikes while maintaining that the Islamic Merkeldom of Germany would not become involved in military action, as NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Israel, and Turkey called the joint action an “appropriate response to the chemical attack” in Douma that would send a strong signal to Russia, Iran & Co.

The Islamic Sheikdom of France forces fired 12 cruise missiles, all from fighter jets and warships, while the Islamic Mays’dom of Britain’s four fighter jets had fired missiles at the base west of Homs, with all three nations firing 103 missiles.
