All the more reason why we need to hear from the individual who started this whole impeachment sham. The “Whistleblower” should testify under oath and in person.

Fifteen individuals, including two former company owners, were charged in a superseding indictment unsealed today for their alleged participation in a scheme to defraud investors in the United States and worldwide by fraudulently marketing approximately $140 million in financial instruments known as “binary options,” announced Assistant Attorney General Mr. Brian A. Benczkowski.

  The indictment alleges the defendants and their co-conspirators also misrepresented whether and how investors could withdraw funds from their accounts and misrepresented the terms of so-called “bonuses,” “risk free trades” and “insured trades,” and deceptively used these supposed benefits in a manner that in fact harmed investors.

  In addition, the indictment alleges that the defendants and their co-conspirators misrepresented the suitability of and expected return on investments through BinaryBook and BigOption, used false names and qualifications when talking to investors, and falsely claimed to be working from London, when they were working from Israel.

The indictment alleges that beginning in 2014, the defendants and their co-conspirators fraudulently sold and marketed binary options to investors located in the United States and throughout the world through two websites, known as BinaryBook and BigOption.

In India, the eastern states of West Bengal and Odisha have received heavy rainfall since early Saturday (local time) and both states’ coasts were forecast to get very heavy rainfall during the next 24 hours, as hundreds of thousands of Bangladeshis and Indians were evacuated to shelters as the region prepared for cyclone Bulbul to hit its shores, as cyclone Bulbul is reportedly equivalent to a category one or two hurricane in the Atlantic.

In Odisha, hundreds of trees were uprooted due to high winds and thousands of people living in low-lying areas have been evacuated to shelters, the state government said on Twitter.

National Disaster Response Force teams have been moved to Odisha and West Bengal to assist local authorities, a government official said.

8 million are expected to be evacuated in Bangladesh Khulna region, home to the world’s largest mangrove forest, could be the worst hit.

President Trump welcomed potential Democrat candidate “Little” Michael Bloomberg to the election race by ridiculing him, to run in the 2020 presidential race, saying Mr. Bloomberg is “nothing” and has “personal problems”, while Mr. Bloomberg says he fears other Democrat candidates will not be able to fully take on Mr. Trump.

Mr. Trump took a swipe at fellow billionaire Mr. Bloomberg as he suggested he may launch a presidential bid due to his own concerns about other Democrat candidates and whether they could effectively measure up to Mr .Trump.

The President told reporters on Friday (local time) that Mr. Bloomberg might well spend “a lot of money” but he “doesn’t have the magic to do well.”

“I have known Michael Bloomberg for a long time, early on he said a lot of great things about Trump, but I know Michael, he became just a nothing.

“He’s got a few really big issues, he has got some personal problems and he’s got a lot of other problems”.

The Su-57 fifth-generation stealth air superiority fighter built by Russia’s Sukhoi Company, is a  single-seat, twin-engine multirole aircraft is equipped with advanced avionics and a variety of high-precision weaponry.

Russian Ministry of Defense Zvezda TV network published a video showing the assembly of the first fifth-generation serial fighter Su-57 at Sukhoi’s Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant in the Russian Far East.

During a visit to the plant, Deputy Defense Minister Aleksey Krivoruchko confirmed that the first production aircraft was “practically ready”, and that Russian Aerospace Forces should receive it by the end of the year.
