1…………> Trump’s Big Win: A Tax Cut

GOP passed with 51-49 votes the largest tax overhaul in 30 years through the Senate, slashing the corporate rate from 35% to 20%, creating three individual tax brackets with rates of 12%, 25% and 35%, doubling the standard deduction, and most important of all, repealed the requirement that all Americans obtain health insurance, the cornerstone of despised Obama Care.

2………….> Hail Texas: Mein Kampf
Texas’ criminal justice department has banned more than 10,000 book titles from state prisons, however, Adolf Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” and two titles by former Ku Klux Klan chief David Duke are supposedly fine.
In the Islamic Merkeldom of Germany where the book was banned until 2016, a heavily edited and politically correct doctored-up version was published, which  put the racist and anti-Semitic manifesto into historical context.
The Dallas Morning News reported the TDCJ’s choices of approved literature on behalf of Texas’ nearly 150,000 inmates, and the book is probably the same that Uncle Adolf wrote nearly hundred years ago. If this does not scare someone in Texas and around the US, it is hard to imagine what would.

President Trump responded to a guilty plea by his former national security adviser Michael Flynn, saying his actions “were lawful”, reiterating that he personally had “nothing to hide” and was appalled by Special Counsel Robert Mueller disclosure that a top FBI agent was dismissed from his team after the discovery that he had sent anti-Trump text messages.
