1…………> Shut Them Down: Anti-FB Lawsuit

Astrophysicist Edward Poljak, the man leading a legal challenge against Facebook in Australia says hopes to encourage people to be careful with what they share on social media networks, after being notified that his data may have been breached in its Cambridge Analytica data scandal.

“I was shocked, and a little bit angry because it was like someone had stolen our data … we didn’t know what the implications could be until it started hitting the news,” Mr. Poljak said.

He later learned his data may have been leaked because one of his friends had taken a personality quiz on Facebook, called This Is Your Digital Life.

“It’s time to assess how we do use these online social media platforms and be very careful of what we post and share,” he said.

FB chair Mr.Zukerberg is currently under fire for refusing to remove accounts of Holocaust deniers, a development that is threatening his company with more and more lawsuits in near future.

2…………> Across Bosphorus: Annual Swim

Nearly 2400 people from 50 countries around the world took part in the annual swim across the Bosphorus, from Asia to the European side, covering a distance of about 4 miles, against a strong current and unpredictable waves.

3…………> Sequencing Errors: Prostate Tumors

After researchers from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and the University of California, San Francisco analyzed DNA genomes over 100 aggressive prostate metastatic tumors, clinical evidence suggested that 80% had the same genetic alterations in a region of the genome that controls the androgen receptor. This genetic error dialed up levels of androgen receptor on prostate cancer cells that bind to male hormones such as testosterone and drive tumor growth.

All the men in this study had tumors that developed resistance to androgen deprivation therapy, which means the androgen receptor is always switched on, fueling the tumor, whether testosterone is present or not. Patients in this situation have no effective treatment options.

4…………> Khmer Rouge Horror: The Killing Fields

As the Democratic Party in the US is clearly sliding towards the dangerous ideology and practice of socialism, led by its new rising star, a former barmaid named Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez who is campaigning with Bernie “Spendie” Sanders, while our 1st Muslim President, Grand Ayatollah Barack Obama is preaching “Universal Income” for all, and “super lefties” aka Communists are pushing for the abolishment of ICE, it is important that Americans recall the  Khmer Rouge horrors in the “killing fields” of Cambodia that led to the deaths of 2 million people.

Hey, wasn’t Adolf Hitler a “National Socialist” also, a man who build his brutal Gestapo and SS police forces in the image of the secret police of yet another socialist, Joseph Stalin, with those two mass murderers taking the life of 6 million Jews and over 20 millions other innocent people?

Is it time for the bulging USA Communist movement led currently by street punks like Ocasio-Cortez to stop picking on Trump, and try to read some history books before causing an incomprehensible injury to the world’s only beacon of hope, the greatest that was, the greatest that is, the greatest that will ever be, the United States of America?

5…………> Back To Home Port: USS Truman

The nearly 6,500 sailors of the carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) and strike group ships USS Normandy (CG 60), USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51) and USS Forrest Sherman (DDG 98) arrived in Naval Station (NS) Norfolk, Virginia, July 21 after operating for more than three months in the U.S. 5th and 6th fleets areas of responsibility.

“I couldn’t be more proud of this strike group team’s performance over more than three months of operating in a highly-dynamic environment across two theaters,” said HSTCSG Commander Rear Adm. Gene Black. “We carried out the full spectrum of missions from sustained combat flight operations to training and integration with NATO allies and regional partners.”
