Speaking to the National Republican Congressional Committee’s annual March fundraising dinner in Washington, President Trump described House Democrats as being “way outside the American mainstream” and said that they would “campaign as moderates” but “always govern as radicals,” warning of dire consequences if they didn’t.

“They are all Pelosi Democrats,” Trump said, referring to the House minority leader Nancy “Fancy” Pelosi-Schumer, “weak on crime, weak on terrorism and weak on national defense.”

Leaving Nancy aside for a moment, Mr. Trump zeroed in on another outrageous California Democratic congresswoman to beat on, the infamous Maxine Waters, who he described as a “low-IQ individual.”

“You ever see Maxine Waters?” Trump asked before imitating the 79-year-old. “‘We will impeach him. We will impeach him.'”

“‘But he hasn’t done anything wrong,'” Trump continued in the guise of an interviewer. “‘It doesn’t matter. We will impeach him.’ … This is what we’re going to have to fight against.”
“They’re actually working right now to increase taxes and I’m saying, ‘How do you lose to that?'” Trump said. “They want to increase taxes. Maybe they’ll call that tax reform.”

If the Democrats gain 24 Republican seats to win a majority in the 435-member House of Representatives, the balance of power will shift, resulting in even more gridlock in the D.C. alligator-infested swamp.

The DOJ indictment charges Sadr with one count of Conspiracy to Defraud the United States which carries a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison; one count of Conspiracy to Violate IEEPA which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison; one count of Bank Fraud which carries a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison; one count of Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud which carries a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison; one count of Money Laundering which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison; and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. The total possible time in prison for Mr. Sadr is about 125 years.

Three illegal immigrants from Mexico out of the 820 who escaped ICE capture after Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf notify the city of an incoming raid by federal immigration authorities last month have since been re-arrested for new crimes including robbery and spousal abuse, according to authorities.


Schaaf tweeted out a warning ahead of the raid in northern California last month, infuriating Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials and the Trump administration.


One was arrested for robbery and gun crimes, another was charged with a DUI, despite having been deported three times and prior convictions for false imprisonment, DUI, and battery of a spouse, and finally the third was sought for corporal injury of a spouse, despite being deported twice and criminal convictions including drug possession, hit-and-run, DUIs, possessions of narcotics equipment and a parole violation.

“We are told on one hand to focus efforts on criminals but those same folks who want to focus on criminals don’t let us into the county jails,” ICE Chief Mr Homan said. “It just defies logic.”

Los Alamitos Council members voted 4-1 to opt out of a state law that limits cooperation between local police and federal immigration agents, a legislation signed by Gov. Jerry Brown that prohibits state and local police agencies from informing federal authorities in cases when illegal immigrants facing deportation are released from detention.

Los Alamitos’ adopted ordinance claims the new state law “may be in direct conflict with federal laws and the Constitution.” The council, therefore, “finds that it is impossible to honor our oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States,” if they do not opt out of it.

The Justice Department today announced a settlement with two St. Louis landlords, Hezekiah and Jameseva Webb, to resolve a lawsuit alleging that they violated the Fair Housing Act by subjecting fifteen female tenants in their rental properties to sexual harassment over the course of two decades.

“Sexual harassment is unacceptable and intolerable, especially in the home, where landlords and property managers have the power to control so many aspects of a vulnerable tenant’s life,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General John Gore of the Civil Rights Division. “The Justice Department and its Sexual Harassment in Housing Initiative will continue to aggressively pursue sexual harassment in housing, even when the conduct occurred years ago.”

The defendants charged in the superseding indictment are David Wayne Williams, aka Big Dave, 36, of Sulphur, Louisiana; Christina Marie Williams, 38, of Sulphur, Louisiana; Brian Elliot Granger, aka Sneak, 36, of Beaumont, Texas; Leland Edward Hamm, 43, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Richard Alan Smith, 47, of Little Rock, Arkansas; Michael Paul Auxilien, 34, of Mamou, Louisiana; and Stone Haynes, 49, of Beaumont, Texas. An indictment charging alleged AC gang member Jeremy Jordan, 38, of Orange, Texas, for the racketeering murder of Clifton Hallmark was returned by the federal grand jury on Dec. 14, 2017, and unsealed today.

The Aryan Circle is a powerful race-based, a multi-state organization that operates inside and outside of state and federal prisons throughout Texas, Louisiana, and the United States. The AC was established in the mid-1980s within the Texas prison system (TDCJ). The AC was relatively small in comparison to other prison-based gangs, but grew in stature and influence within TDCJ in the 1990s, largely through violent conflict with other gangs, white and non-white alike.

“I was waiting in the car while my buddy went into the store. I noticed about 9 to 10 bright dots in the sky that looked like stars. The dots were in a line at approximately a 45-degree angle. All of a sudden they started to move upward at that same angle and it looked like they were attacking each other,” an eyewitness described a recent incident in the skies above Nevada’s second-largest city of Henderson, referring to the emergence of up to ten bright dots which looked like stars and which started to attack each other.

A video of what looked like a “battle” between unidentified flying objects (UFO) has emerged on the Internet, prompting users to scratch their heads.

Four defendants were sentenced this month in federal court in Trenton, New Jersey, as a result of their roles in a multi-state dog fighting conspiracy that extended to New Mexico and Indiana. 

Lydell Harris, 32, of Vineland, New Jersey, a/k/a “Sinn,” was sentenced to serve 17 months in prison. He had pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to sponsor or exhibit a dog in an animal fighting venture, and one felony count of possessing a dog intended for use in an animal fighting venture.
Anthony “Monte” Gaines, 37, of Vineland, New Jersey, was sentenced on March 5, 2018, to serve 42 months in prison. Gaines had pleaded guilty to two felony counts of conspiracy to buy, sell, receive, transport, deliver, and possess dogs intended for use in an animal fighting venture, and one felony count of possessing a dog intended for use in an animal fighting venture.
Frank Nichols, 40, of Millville, New Jersey, was sentenced March 9, 2018, to serve 57 months in prison. He had pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to transport, deliver and receive dogs intended for use in an animal fighting venture, and one felony count of possessing a stolen firearm subsequent to a felony conviction.
Pedro Cuellar, 47, of Willow Springs, Illinois, was sentenced on March 12, 2018, to serve 12 months and a day in prison. He had pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to transport, deliver, and receive dogs intended for use in an animal fighting venture.

According to court documents filed in connection with the cases, from October 2015 through June 1, 2016, the defendants and their associates fought dogs – including to the death – and trafficked in dogs with other dog fighters in Indiana, Illinois, New Mexico, and elsewhere so that those dogs could be used in dog fights. 

“In close partnership with the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and USDA Office of Inspector General, our Division is aggressively pursuing those who engage in illegal animal fighting ventures,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Wood. “These sentencings demonstrate our firm commitment to prosecute those who violate federal laws banning the torture of animals in the fighting ring. As these cases also demonstrate, animal fighting ventures often involve other forms of serious criminal conduct like illegal gambling and illegal trafficking in drugs and weapons. I applaud the law enforcement officers and prosecutors who worked tirelessly to deliver justice in these cases.”

3…………> TX Unabomber: 5th Blast

Shortly after 12 midnight, a package destined for Austin, TX detonated at the FedEx distribution facility located at 9935 Doerr Lane in Schertz, about 105 kilometres south of Austin. The package explosion sent a cloud of nails and shrapnel in the area, injuring one employee in the fifth such explosion in the state this month.


Officials did not say if they believed the device was the work of a “serial bomber”, who police fear may be responsible for the four earlier devices, which killed two people and injured six others.
