2…………> Cyber Criminal Busted: Seattle

A former Information Technology professional identified as Joel Kurzynski, 39, of Seattle, Washington was sentenced to 30 months in prison and three years supervised release for conducting cyberstalking and threat campaigns against multiple Washington residents.

According to admissions made in connection with his plea, Kurzynski engaged in an extensive and rapidly escalating cyberstalking campaign that targeted two individuals known to him. The online campaign involved — among other things — death threats, body shaming, and hate speech. Beginning in March 2017, Kurzynski orchestrated numerous spam phone calls to Victim 1.

The conduct soon escalated to fake dating profiles wherein Kurzynski portrayed Victim 1 as seeking sadomasochistic or underage relationships. These profiles contained photographs of Victim 1 and his contact information, resulting in solicitations and harassing messages directed toward Victim 1 from multiple strangers. Kurzynski then sent several anonymous death threats to Victim 1, including the threat, “faggot. Time to die.” At one point, Kurzynski impersonated a journalist and contacted Victim 1, claiming that an upcoming article would levy sexual misconduct allegations against Victim 1 related to Victim 1’s work with a non-profit youth organization.

3…………> Bureaucracy vs. Global Warming: A Road With No End?

At a UN conference in Poland, the topic of discussion is a report by leading climate scientists about the world heading towards 3C of warming this century or 1.5C. With the impacts of climate change already being felt in severe weather events like floods and wildfires, why is it taking so long to take action?

4…………> Yellow Vest Revolt Spreading: Brussels

Walking behind a banner proclaiming, “Social Winter Is Coming,” the protesters chanted “(French President Emmanuel) Macron, Michel, resign!” as nearly 450 people have been temporarily detained in Brussels after police forces clashed with around 1,000 “yellow vest” protesters who turned violent.

Six people have been arrested, according to the federal prosecutor’s office. Earlier in the afternoon, Belgian police confronted hordes of yellow-vested protesters who were calling for the resignation of Prime Minister Charles Michel and attempting to enter the European quarter of Brussels. Police used pepper spray on a small group of men who threw street signs, bottles and other objects as they tried to break through a barricade near the European Parliament.

….We no longer pay Pakistan the $Billions because they would take our money and do nothing for us, Bin Laden being a prime example, Afghanistan being another. They were just one of many countries that take from the United States without giving anything in return. That’s ENDING!

  2. Of course we should have captured Osama Bin Laden long before we did. I pointed him out in my book just BEFORE the attack on the World Trade Center. President Clinton famously missed his shot. We paid Pakistan Billions of Dollars & they never told us he was living there. Fools!..

2…………> Monkey Wrench In Trump’s Wheels: Dem’s Senators

A trio of Democratic senators Monday sued U.S. President Donald Trump over his appointment of Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, with the complaint filed by the infamous Richard Blumenthal, the man who lied for years about his Nam service record,  and his Dem’s “la gumbas”,  Sheldon Whitehouse and Mazie Hirono.

They asked a federal judge to remove Whitaker from the post-Trump appointed him to earlier this month following the ouster of former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, alleging a violation of the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.

At issue in the suit is the fact that Whitaker was chosen for a Cabinet-level post despite never receiving Senate confirmation before.

3…………> “Keine Kugeln”: Germany To Riyadh

The Islamic Merkeldom of Germany announced that it halted all arms exports to Saudi Arabia in a move to increase pressure on Riyadh to conduct a full investigation into the murder of journalist and fellow Muslim Jamal Khashoggi, after Economy and Energy Ministry spokesman Philipp Jornitz said the German government informed companies, who had already received export licenses, that currently no arms exports to Saudi Arabia would be allowed.

The decision came after U.S. media reports claimed the CIA had concluded the Khashoggi’s murder was ordered by the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

So far, 21 people, including security officers, have been arrested in Saudi Arabia in connection with the murder.

4…………> “Mexico Frontera Cerrada”: A View In The Future?

The US temporarily closed its busiest border crossing with Mexico to boost security after migrant caravan’s arrival, with northbound traffic and half the pedestrian crossings at the San Ysidro border point were shut to install new movable wire-topped barriers.

Mayor Juan Manuel Gastelum said he expected the number of migrants arriving in the city in the coming weeks to reach 10,000, warning the city was not prepared to handle the “avalanche”. The new arrivals say they are fleeing persecution, poverty and violence in their home countries of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador.

5…………> “Angry Tigress”: Pamela Anderson

Actress Pamela Anderson has slammed Australia’s prime minister for making “smutty” remarks about her, after earlier asking him to help Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, as had urged Scott Morrison to bring Mr. Assange to Australia. Mr Morrison rejected her plea, but said he had “plenty of mates who have asked me if they can be my special envoy to sort out the issue with Pamela”, defending his comment as being “light-hearted”.

Mr. Assange, an Australian citizen, claimed asylum in Ecuador’s London embassy in 2012 to avoid extradition to Sweden over sexual assault allegations – a case that has since been dropped, remaining in the embassy over fears of extradition to the US, as officials were preparing charges against him.

There is no reason for these massive, deadly and costly forest fires in California except that forest management is so poor. Billions of dollars are given each year, with so many lives lost, all because of gross mismanagement of the forests. Remedy now, or no more Fed payments!

2…………> Days Of Mourning: California

As a sign of a solemn respect for the victims of recent tragedy in city of Thousand Oaks, “President Donald Trump ordered U.S. government flags to be flown at half-staff after a deadly mass shooting occurred at a nightclub in California,” Saagar Enjeti reports.

“God bless all of the victims and families of the victims. Thank you to Law Enforcement,” the President tweeted.

3…………> A Trail Of Brutality: Saudi Hit Squad

Turkish president said that a 15-member hit squad who killed journalist Jamal Khashoggi on the day of his disappearance arrived at Saudi Consulate in Istanbul on Oct. 2 on two planes and visited the consulate while he was still inside. Speaking to journalists before his flight to France, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said:

“These 18 people or precisely 15 people certainly know the perpetrator, and they know where the body was taken.” He said Turkey does not have any documents or findings, but it has information.

“What is this information? I have always said since the beginning, these 15 people who came here [Turkey], with plus three, 18 people are now arrested [in Saudi Arabia],” he noted.

“There is no need to distort this. Certainly, they know among these 15 [people] that who the killer or killers are, and the Saudi Arabia administration will succeed in revealing things by making the 15 speak,” he added.

“The murderers are surely among this 15 or 18; there’s no need to look elsewhere.” After days of denying any knowledge of Khashoggi’s whereabouts, Saudi Arabian officials said he died in a “brawl” in the consulate but later admitted that he was killed there.(Anadolu)

4…………> Attaturk 80th Anniversary: Turkey’s Founder

The nation commemorated the 80th death anniversary of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, as President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited Ataturk’s mausoleum, Anitkabir, in capital Ankara alongside a delegation including Turkish ministers and senior army officers.

Erdogan placed a wreath on Ataturk’s mausoleum and a moment of silence was held, and he and the delegation sang Turkey’s national anthem. Around the country, people stopped in the streets or stood silently at their workplaces to remember Ataturk. People came to a halt for two minutes’ contemplation.

Ataturk was born in 1881 in Thessaloniki, in what was then the Ottoman Empire, he made his mark in the military in 1915 when he led forces to repel the allied invasion in Canakkale, known in the West as the Dardanelles.

Following the collapse of the Ottoman Empire after World War I, Ataturk led the Turkish War of Independence, which defeated European powers. When he became president, Ataturk transformed the former empire into a modern and secular country. Ataturk passed away in Istanbul on Nov. 10, 1938, at the age of 57.

Turkey was recently badgered by the truly idiotic attempt of US 1st Muslim President, Grand Ayatollah Barack Obama and his FETO hoodlums in their unsuccessful attempt to assassinate President Erdogan, leading to worsening relations with NATO most important eastern member nation.

5…………> Applied Global Warming: California Fires

Nine people are dead and 35 missing in California wildfires as authorities reported this monster wildfire storm forced residents to flee the upscale beach community of Malibu, with Kim Kardashian and Lady Gaga among celebrities fleeing fire near the northern California town of Paradise, where more than 6,700 homes and businesses were burned down by the Camp Fire, making it one of the most destructive in state history. “This event was the worst-case scenario,” Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea said on Friday evening (local time). “It was the event we have feared for a long time … Regrettably, not everybody made it out.” “There is no reason for these massive, deadly and costly forest fires in California except that forest management is poor,” President Trump tweeted today.

2…………> Get The Hackers: Trump

America’s first cyber strategy in 15 years America and its allies are under attack every day in cyberspace, as malicious actors try to undermine our safety and security by damaging our national infrastructure and upending the lives of ordinary Americans.

In response to this growing threat, President Donald J. Trump has unveiled America’s first comprehensive cyber strategy since 2003. The plan builds on the four priorities outlined in the Administration’s broader National Security Strategy:

1. Protect the American People, the Homeland, and the American Way of Life by securing our information systems and combatting cybercrime

2. Promote American Prosperity by pursuing cyberspace as an engine of economic growth, innovation, and efficiency

3. Preserve Peace through Strength by identifying, countering, disrupting, degrading, and deterring lousy behavior in cyberspace

4. Advance American Influence by preserving the long-term openness, security, and reliability of the Internet The United States is engaged in constant competition against strategic adversaries, rogue states, and terrorist and criminal networks. These new threats demand a late response. The Administration’s answer to these risks is anchored by enduring American values—a belief in the power of individual liberty, free expression, free markets, and privacy.

3………….> Tanzania Tragedy: Ferry

Tanzania’s top police official Simon Sirro says that at least 136 bodies have been retrieved after a ferry sank on Lake Victoria, with scores more were still feared missing as rescuers searched for survivors on the morning after the disaster.

Officials are concerned the final death toll could climb to more than 200, with initial estimates showing the MV Nyerere was carrying more than 300 people.

“With God’s help, we rescue those who are alive,” Mwanza district commissioner John Mongela had said earlier and two other vessels had been diverted to help with the rescue operation. The ferry sank just a few meters from the dock in Ukerewe district.

4………….> Stalinist Tactics: Marine Le Pen

“This is not how we will weaken the far-right. A court orders a psychiatric assessment for Marine Le Pen. Words fail me! Solidarity with her and with the French who love freedom!” Italy’s Interior Minister Matteo Salvini said in a statement as the Islamic Sheikdom of Frence far-right leader Marine Le Pen is refusing to undergo a court-ordered psychiatric exam for tweeting brutal images of Islamic State violence, comparing the demand to methods used in totalitarian regimes.  She is under investigation for disseminating violent images by tweeted three images of executions in 2015, including the beheading of American journalist James Foley.

A judge wants to find out if she has any mental illness when she posted the tweets, and an expert opinion whether her mental health could be a risk to the public. Ms. Le Pen’s criticism fits the party’s narrative that judges persecute it as part of an attempt by the establishment to undermine it politically.

1…………> In Google Rearview Mirror: Sheriff Trump

President Donald Trump accused Google of rigging the search results for the phrase “Trump news” by prioritizing negative news stories from what he described as the “national left-wing media.”

He said most of the stories that appeared on the results page were negative and that conservative reporting was being “suppressed.” Google denied using political viewpoints to shape its search results. Mercedes Bunz, a senior lecturer in digital technology at King’s College London, told BBC News it was highly unlikely that Google was deliberately ranking news according to political bias.

“Google’s news algorithm is optimized for actuality and proximity of an event, but it is generally not optimized to look for political orientation,” she said.

 2…………> Noose Of Hormuz: Iran

Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, navy chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard’s   said that Iran has full control of the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz despite warning from Saudi Arabia’s energy adviser said that if Iran closes the Strait of Hurmuz, the UN Security Council is likely to authorize military action.

He added that Iran is unable to wholly, or partially, close the Straits of Hormuz or Bab al-Mandab.

According to him, the current sanctions are unlikely to stop Iranian exports completely. Iran has earlier threatened to block the Strait of Hormuz, cutting off the main oil shipping route, in response to any hostile actions from the US.

The US imposed sanctions on trade with Iran involving the Iranian currency, sovereign debt, cars, aircraft, gold and other metals. In June, the US Department of State urged oil companies to stop importing oil from Iran by November to avoid US sanctions.

3…………> “Adolf Darling”: Magda

The mother of famous actress Romi Schneider, Magda, was involved in a sexual relationship with none other than Adolf Hitler,  admission made to German journalist Alice Schwarzer back in 1976, five years before Romi’s death.

“She was firmly convinced that her mother had a sexual relationship with Hitler,” Schwarzer said.

The journalist added that Romi apparently never forgave her mother for becoming involved with the Fuhrer, and even started crying during the interview.

“Why shouldn’t I cry? I am no superhuman… I am no longer ashamed. Not at all. I’m not afraid anymore,”

“I didn’t speak of it for decades because I respected her wishes. However, to understand her despair, her pain, her hyper-sensibility, one has to know this too. Moreover, it’s good to say it now.”

4…………>”Heil Chemnitz”: Clashes

Nearly 20 protestors and two police officers were injured in clashes between far-right extremists and left-wing protesters in the eastern Islamic Merkeldom of Germany city of Chemnitz, police reported.

Six thousand far-right demonstrators gathered in Chemnitz, shouting anti-immigrant slogans and demanding the deportation of refugees after illegal migrants killed 35-year-old German man. A counter-protest of left-wing groups drew more than a thousand people. Saxony’s police department said it filed criminal charges against more than 40 protestors, including ten far-right extremists who gave the banned Hitler salute.

5…………> New Spark, Old War: Afghanistan

Deadly clashes between the Afghan security forces and the Taliban have killed or wounded over 100 people — including 90 militants and seven security personnel — in northern Faryab province, according to officials and local media.

1…………> Back To “Bloody KGB Tactics”: Kill Opposition

A Russian investigative journalist who wrote about the deaths of mercenaries in Syria died in hospital after falling from his fifth-floor flat after reporting to a friend that there was “someone with a weapon on his balcony and people in camouflage and masks on the staircase landing”.

Maxim Borodin was found badly injured by neighbors in Yekaterinburg and taken to the hospital, where he later died.

Local officials said no suicide note was found but the incident was unlikely to be of a criminal nature, despite a report by a friend that Borodin had said his flat had been surrounded by security men a day earlier.

Described  as a “principled, honest journalist”, he  had written about Russian mercenaries known as the “Wagner Group” who were reportedly killed in Syria on 7 February in a confrontation with US forces, a story backed-up by the former head of the CIA, Mike Pompeo, who said that “a couple hundred” Russian mercenaries died in the clash in Deir al-Zour province.

2…………> Hitler’s Painting: A Love Child?

A portrait of a French woman labeled “Portrait of a Girl” depicting her in a rural setting, wearing a checkered red scarf draped over her head, and believed to have been painted by Adolf Hitler’s soldiers years during World War I, was sold for 60,000 euros, amid rumors that the woman’s son named Jean-Marie Loret could have been Fuhrers illegitimate child.

Adolf Hitler’s painting of his French lover is expected to fetch $74,000 at an auction

5:45 AM – Apr 9, 2018

Hitler tried to make a living as a painter in the 1920s Vienna, Austria, and some believe he might have saved millions of lives had he been more successful with a paintbrush.

3…………> Bluetooth Treasure: Baltic Island

Amateur archaeologists digging for treasure on the German island of Rügen stumbled upon hundreds of 10th-century coins and jewelry, part of a hoard of legendary Danish King Harald Bluetooth (910 – 987), who not only brought Christianity to Denmark, but was also the inspiration for today’s Bluetooth technology as well.

Current position long at 24,000, sell stop at 24300 was triggered for a gain of 300 DIA points and closed. New short position established at 24,250, cover short stop at 24300 for a loss of 50 DIA points was triggered, after a market reversal due to the subsiding of fears of war between US and Russia. New position long 24350, sell stop 24400 for a gain of 50 points.

In anticipation of missile strikes against Syria market slid nearly 300 points, triggering sell stop at 24400 for a gain of 50 points, and initiating a sell short position at 24,000 with a cover short stop at 24050 for a loss of 50 DIA points.

After a sharp reversal following President Trump “mission accomplished” announcement in Syria, market opened on a gap, forcing short covering, triggering stop at 24050, leading to a loss of 50 points. New position long 24100, sell stop 24350 for a paper gain of 250 DIA points.

Stock market old timers have said that “you buy the rumor, and sell the news”, and that is exactly what is happening right now, with the news that President Trump is about to start a metal tariff war, slapping 25% surcharge on steel and 10% on aluminum. DIA resistance is in the 27,000 area, with supports at 24135, 21354 and 18900 level, US dollar in a downtrend, resistance at 1.003319 CHF, support at .92 and 0.9: Gold in an uptrend, watch break resistance of 1377 to be taken soon. The massive Fed balance sheet contraction will result in a $600 billion dollars being dumped on the credit markets each quarter, a leftover of the horrendous $4.3 trillion money printing of Obama’s septic tank that will surely exert a severe pressure on stocks and financial assets.

We warned long ago that an organized attempt to remove President Trump from office is underway, and if this activity is not curtailed soon, the market will open on gap below 20,000 with next stop 17300 and 11800 support levels.

Stocks were up 213 to 24573, DJ futures at 38

Gold up to 1350.4 and USD/CHF up at 0.96 despite President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch cover short stop at 24,050. We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects.
