2…………> Trump Says Bolton Would Be Breaking Law by Publishing Book Detailing POTUS ‘Misconduct’

President Trump alleged that former White House National Security Advisor John Bolton would be breaking the law if he publishes his upcoming book ‘The Room Where It Happened: A White House Memoir”, in which the former Trump appointee and senior national security advisor details the president’s dealing with Ukraine.

“That’s criminal liability, by the way, you are talking about. You are not talking like he has to return three dollars that he made off the book. It’s called criminal liability. It’s a big thing,” Trump told reporters at the White House when asked about the upcoming publication.

“Maybe he’s not telling the truth, he’s been known not to tell the truth, a lot,” Trump suggested, referring to his former top security advisor, before asking US Attorney General William Barr to comment:

“People who come to work in the government and have access to sensitive information generally sign an agreement that says that when they leave government if they write something that […] might reflect some of the information they have had access to, they have to go to a clearance process before they can publish a book,” AG Barr said.

“We don’t believe that Bolton went through that process. [He] hasn’t completed the process and therefore is in violation of that agreement”.
Bolton’s book is set to expose Trump’s dealings with Ukraine to dig up dirt on his political rival Joe Biden, which led the president’s impeachment, and going beyond to detail “Trump misconduct with other countries”.

The Trump administration is expected to file a lawsuit in a federal court seeking a court order to prevent publishing the book in its current form.

3…………> Auschwitz 101: Atrocities & War Crimes Before the Holocaust

Eighty years ago, on June 14, 1940, the first batch of prisoners arrived at Auschwitz, initially intended for Polish resistance fighters, and most of the 728 Poles who were moved into the death camp from the prison in the southern Polish city of Tarnow were men aged below 30, mostly intellectuals and students. The camp staff and guards were 30 German criminals whom the SS had brought to Auschwitz from the Sachsenhausen concentration camp a short time previously.

“My dear Halusia, Since June 14, I have been in the Auschwitz concentration camp. I am healthy and feel well,” wrote Tadeusz Korczowski, Prisoner No. 373, to his fiancée. All correspondence was strictly controlled by the camp administration, so the 26-year-old could write little more in his letter besides praising the “pleasant weather in Auschwitz.” But between the lines, he tries to indicate that he will probably be staying there “for some time.”

The Polish prisoners were victims of a German occupation policy that aimed to wipe out the Polish elites. After German troops invaded Poland on September 1, 1939, the Nazi regime incorporated the western regions of Poland into the Third Reich. By July 1940, the occupiers had murdered 50,000 Poles and deported the same number to concentration camps as part of the “Intelligenzaktion,” a genocidal operation mostly targeting intellectuals.

4……………> Trump Not A Warmonger: Like His ‘Three Predecessors

The Former US Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who served in the position from 2006 to 2011 under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama, was clearly not an admirer of Donald Trump in the past, but now said something that might have surprised the news media:

“I would say this, Chuck. First of all, unlike his three predecessors, and I write about this in the book [“Exercise of Power: American Failures, Successes, and a New Path Forward in the Post-Cold War World”], at least he hasn’t started any new wars and he has robustly funded the military”, the former defense secretary replied.

While Gates acknowledged that he still did not agree with Trump’s “treatment and words about military people and military heroes like John McCain”, but praised the president’s “outreach” to North Korea.

“It hasn’t come to anything, but I thought that was a bold move, and everything else had failed in the previous 25 years”, the official said during the interview.
Mr. Trump became the first sitting president of the United States to visit North Korea in June 2019 to hold talks on denuclearization.

2…………> Cyber Criminal Busted: Seattle

A former Information Technology professional identified as Joel Kurzynski, 39, of Seattle, Washington was sentenced to 30 months in prison and three years supervised release for conducting cyberstalking and threat campaigns against multiple Washington residents.

According to admissions made in connection with his plea, Kurzynski engaged in an extensive and rapidly escalating cyberstalking campaign that targeted two individuals known to him. The online campaign involved — among other things — death threats, body shaming, and hate speech. Beginning in March 2017, Kurzynski orchestrated numerous spam phone calls to Victim 1.

The conduct soon escalated to fake dating profiles wherein Kurzynski portrayed Victim 1 as seeking sadomasochistic or underage relationships. These profiles contained photographs of Victim 1 and his contact information, resulting in solicitations and harassing messages directed toward Victim 1 from multiple strangers. Kurzynski then sent several anonymous death threats to Victim 1, including the threat, “faggot. Time to die.” At one point, Kurzynski impersonated a journalist and contacted Victim 1, claiming that an upcoming article would levy sexual misconduct allegations against Victim 1 related to Victim 1’s work with a non-profit youth organization.

3…………> Bureaucracy vs. Global Warming: A Road With No End?

At a UN conference in Poland, the topic of discussion is a report by leading climate scientists about the world heading towards 3C of warming this century or 1.5C. With the impacts of climate change already being felt in severe weather events like floods and wildfires, why is it taking so long to take action?

4…………> Yellow Vest Revolt Spreading: Brussels

Walking behind a banner proclaiming, “Social Winter Is Coming,” the protesters chanted “(French President Emmanuel) Macron, Michel, resign!” as nearly 450 people have been temporarily detained in Brussels after police forces clashed with around 1,000 “yellow vest” protesters who turned violent.

Six people have been arrested, according to the federal prosecutor’s office. Earlier in the afternoon, Belgian police confronted hordes of yellow-vested protesters who were calling for the resignation of Prime Minister Charles Michel and attempting to enter the European quarter of Brussels. Police used pepper spray on a small group of men who threw street signs, bottles and other objects as they tried to break through a barricade near the European Parliament.

1…………> A Lull Before The Storm: FISA Memo

The Trump administration is expected to make public a controversial, classified, four-page memo that raises questions about the FBI’s handling of the Russia probe soon, claiming both DOJ and the FBI have abused their authority during the investigation. Senior Democrats have already suggested that publication may lead to an constitutional crisis in the US.

2…………> Terror Attack: Shanghai

A car rammed into a crowd in a busy area of central Shanghai on Friday, injuring at least 18 people including three seriously, city authorities said.

3…………> US Hypersonic: A Missile Shield.

The US military is preparing to test a new artillery round named HVP at costs of about $86,000, fired at speeds around 5,600 miles per hour that can be used for missile defense.

The round could be the US Army’s howitzer cannons or from the decks of US Navy destroyers.

4…………>The Day Of The Jackals: Trump

Over the strong objections of his own Justice Department, President Donald Trump has announced that he will clear the way for the publication of a classified FISA memo, a memo the Republicans are confident will show improper use of surveillance by the FBI and DOJ.

The memo, prepared by GOP House intelligence committee, is said to support a claim of FBI misconduct and DOJ cover up in the initial stages of its investigation of potential ties between Russia and Trump’s 2016 campaign. Trump’s Justice Department and Democrats furiously lobbied Trump to stop the release, saying it could harm national security and mislead the public.

Could it be that it may unleash a “blood bath” amongst “Deep State” embedded conspirators and saboteurs left behind to conduct a “scorched earth” warfare, despite the departure of our beloved 1st Muslim President, Grand Ayatollah Barack Obama? Stand by.–politics.html?.tsrc=fauxdal
