2…………> Finally Back Home: A Tuskegee Pilot

The remains of one of the Tuskegee Airmen have been identified for the first time, at the site where Captain Lawrence Dickson’s plane crashed on the Italy-Austria border during a recon mission in 1944. An American team discovered the wreckage in 2012, and excavated the site five years later, using DNA of his daughter to identify his remains. He is the first of 27 Tuskegee Airmen who are listed as missing in action to be found. The 24-year-old captain in the 100th Fighter Squadron took off in his P-51 Mustang fighter plane from a base in Italy to conduct an aerial reconnaissance mission on December 23, 1944, and crashed when the engine failed, and the aircraft was seen crashing along the Italy-Austria border.

3…………> A Hero Passes Away: President George H.W. Bush

“George H.W. Bush was a man of the highest character and the best dad a son or daughter could ask for. The entire Bush family is deeply grateful for 41’s life and love, for the compassion of those who cared and prayed for Dad, and for the condolences of our friends and fellow citizens,” that’s how his son, former president George W. Bush remembered his father who passed away aged 94.

President Donald Trump also issued a statement eulogizing the former president.

Melania [Trump] and I join with a grieving Nation to mourn the loss of former President George H.W. Bush, who passed away last night. Our hearts ache with his loss, and we, with the American people, send our prayers to the entire Bush family, as we honor the life and legacy of 41.”

Family spokesman Jim McGrath confirmed his death in a brief statement but did not specify a cause.

4…………> French Revolution, Part 2: Down With Macron

“Yellowjackets will triumph about the fluorescent vests protesters wear,” a rebellious graffiti sprayed onto the Arc de Triomphe announced as 107 people were arrested protesting in a wave of anger about raising taxes in clashes with police in the Islamic Sheikdom of France.

This is the third straight weekend of violent uprising against the policies of the country’s president, Rabbinical Grand Ayatollah Emmanuel Macron, as furious citizens build barricades in the middle of streets in central Paris, lighting fires and throwing rocks at officers.

They initially began over increasing fuel tax hikes and have since expanded to include a broad range of demands related to the cost of living, with the Prime Minister saying more than 5,000 protesters were on and around the Champs-Elysees avenue, throwing large rocks and removing the barriers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, while others sang the national anthem.

1…………> In Google Rearview Mirror: Sheriff Trump

President Donald Trump accused Google of rigging the search results for the phrase “Trump news” by prioritizing negative news stories from what he described as the “national left-wing media.”

He said most of the stories that appeared on the results page were negative and that conservative reporting was being “suppressed.” Google denied using political viewpoints to shape its search results. Mercedes Bunz, a senior lecturer in digital technology at King’s College London, told BBC News it was highly unlikely that Google was deliberately ranking news according to political bias.

“Google’s news algorithm is optimized for actuality and proximity of an event, but it is generally not optimized to look for political orientation,” she said.

 2…………> Noose Of Hormuz: Iran

Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, navy chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard’s   said that Iran has full control of the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz despite warning from Saudi Arabia’s energy adviser said that if Iran closes the Strait of Hurmuz, the UN Security Council is likely to authorize military action.

He added that Iran is unable to wholly, or partially, close the Straits of Hormuz or Bab al-Mandab.

According to him, the current sanctions are unlikely to stop Iranian exports completely. Iran has earlier threatened to block the Strait of Hormuz, cutting off the main oil shipping route, in response to any hostile actions from the US.

The US imposed sanctions on trade with Iran involving the Iranian currency, sovereign debt, cars, aircraft, gold and other metals. In June, the US Department of State urged oil companies to stop importing oil from Iran by November to avoid US sanctions.

3…………> “Adolf Darling”: Magda

The mother of famous actress Romi Schneider, Magda, was involved in a sexual relationship with none other than Adolf Hitler,  admission made to German journalist Alice Schwarzer back in 1976, five years before Romi’s death.

“She was firmly convinced that her mother had a sexual relationship with Hitler,” Schwarzer said.

The journalist added that Romi apparently never forgave her mother for becoming involved with the Fuhrer, and even started crying during the interview.

“Why shouldn’t I cry? I am no superhuman… I am no longer ashamed. Not at all. I’m not afraid anymore,”

“I didn’t speak of it for decades because I respected her wishes. However, to understand her despair, her pain, her hyper-sensibility, one has to know this too. Moreover, it’s good to say it now.”
