According to Giuliani, the court should discard the electoral votes given to Biden on 14 December and let the Pennsylvania General Assembly select their replacements.
“The Campaign also moved for expedited consideration, asking the Supreme Court to order responses by December 23 and a reply by December 24 to allow the US Supreme Court to rule before Congress meets on January 6 to consider the votes of the electoral college”, the statement added.
Earlier in November, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by Republicans that sought to invalidate millions of mail-in ballots cast in the state.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has warned individuals who may try to exploit the crisis for illegal financial gain, including
fraudulent sales of counterfeit COVID-19 vaccines, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and preventive medical treatments. In addition ICE HSI El Paso seeks to identify people who may be victims of COVID-19 related fraud, as in the last year, special agents have received information, developed leads and investigated cases that involve such schemes:
“We anticipate that criminal networks will try to illegally introduce and sell counterfeit vaccines and medical treatments that could endanger lives of U.S. consumers,” said Erik P. Breitzke, acting special agent in charge of ICE HSI El Paso.
“We have already identified a local individual who was advertising invasive and potentially dangerous COVID-19 preventive treatments on social media.”

A former Venezuelan National Treasurer and her spouse were charged in a superseding indictment filed Tuesday for their alleged participation in a previously indicted billion-dollar currency exchange and money laundering scheme.  An alleged co-conspirator was previously charged in the original indictment.
Claudia Patricia Diaz Guillen (Diaz), 47, and her spouse, Adrian Jose Velasquez Figueroa (Velasquez), 41, Venezuelan citizens who reside in Madrid, Spain, were charged in a superseding indictment filed in the Southern District of Florida with one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering and two counts of money laundering.
Raul Gorrin Belisario (Gorrin), 52, a Venezuelan billionaire businessman who owns Globovision news network, was charged by indictment in August 2018 and remains charged in the superseding indictment as a co-conspirator in the same money laundering conspiracy and money laundering counts.  He is currently a fugitive residing in Venezuela.
The superseding indictment alleges that Gorrin paid millions of dollars in bribes to two former Venezuelan national treasurers, Alejandro Andrade Cedeno (Andrade) and Diaz, and to Velasquez, for the benefit of Diaz, to corruptly secure the rights to conduct foreign currency exchange transactions for the Venezuelan government at favorable rates.  Gorrin wired money to and for the benefit of Andrade and Diaz, including money for private jets, yachts, homes, champion horses, high-end watches, and a fashion line.
Andrade, 56, a Venezuelan citizen.

A Northern Alabama doctor and her husband, who also served as her practice manager, pleaded guilty today for their roles in unlawfully distributing opioids and other controlled substances while the doctor was absent from the clinic.
Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian C. Rabbitt of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Prim F. Escalona of the Northern District of Alabama, Special Agent in Brad L Byerly of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) New Orleans Field Division, and Special Agent in Charge Johnnie Sharp, Jr. of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Birmingham Field Office made the announcement.
Elizabeth Korcz, M.D., 47, a licensed physician, and Matthew Korcz, 47, her husband and former practice manager, both of Hoover, Alabama, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to unlawfully distribute controlled substances.  As part of the plea, the defendants also agreed to forfeit $46,181.79.  Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.
As part of their guilty pleas, the defendants admitted to providing dangerous doses of hydrocodone to patients who were not examined by a medical professional and while Dr. Korcz was absent from their clinic.  The defendants owned and operated Hoover Alt MD, a purported medical clinic with an in-house dispensary.  The defendants did not employ registered nurses or other qualified medical professionals, despite Dr. Korcz’s absences.  The defendants admitted to allowing hydrocodone to be dispensed from their in-house dispensary while Dr. Korcz was out of state on multiple occasions, according to the plea agreement.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg spent hundreds of million funding controversial changes to election procedures in key swing states this year, according to conservative group, as the Amistad Project said it would bring a lawsuit based on its report, to be published shortly, detailing how Zuckerberg and others funneled in total $500 million through five foundations and 20 NGOs to city governments – ostensibly to keep voters safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
That figure is half as much as the $1 billion Democrat president-elect Joe Biden spent on his lackluster election campaign, and the group argued Zuckerberg’s funding deprived voters of a “free and fair” election as it was targeted at Democrat-supporting areas and individuals – creating a “two-tiered election system”.
“The 2020 election witnessed a coordinated and concerted effort funded by Mr. Zuckerberg and other high-tech interests to use government to improperly influence the election for Joe Biden,” said Amistad Project Director Phill Kline.
“This network pumped hundreds of millions of dollars into local election systems using the COVID crisis as a pretense. Our report proves that in reality it was nothing more than a naked attempt to purchase an election. ‘Zuckerbucks’ and local election officials invited a billionaire into the consolidated ballot counting centers while kicking out in the American people,” Kline said.
