2…………> Mexico Ahead Of France In COVID-19 Death Toll: 5th In The World?

Mexico overtook France as the fifth-highest in the world, with the World Health Organization reporting the highest daily increase in global coronavirus infections since the start of the pandemic, with more than 252,165 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, and 30,366 people have died from coronavirus in the US southernly neighbor.

At the same time, and supposedly in a happier place to be, pubs in England have reopened after being closed for three months, prompting fears of excessive partying, while a not very bright Kansas newspaper’s post equated mask mandate with Holocaust.

Mexico has reported 523 more coronavirus deaths, as Deputy Health Minister Hugo Lopez Gatell said the actual number of infected was probably significantly higher:

“We knew from the beginning that the cases we report here do not represent the total number of people with COVID-19 in Mexico, [so] neither Mexico nor any other country in the world aims to make an exhaustive count”.

3…………> Mount Rushmore: Trump Denounces ‘Angry Mobs’

US President Trump denounced angry mobs who are trying to tear down statues of our founders, in a speech marking 4 July celebrations at Mount Rushmore, South Dakota.

The location was controversial, as the monument features the faces of two slave-owning former US presidents, and stands on land taken from the indigenous Lakota Sioux by the US government in the 1800s. Thousands of Trump supporters gathered despite concerns over the possible spread of coronavirus.(BBC)

4…………>  A Baltimore View Of History: Columbus Statue In The Bay

A group of protesters toppled a statue of Christopher Columbus and tossed it into Baltimore’s Inner Harbor on Saturday night, the same day that President Trump vowed to protect the “American way of life” that begun when Columbus discovered America, as demonstrators used ropes to pull down the monument, located near the city’s Little Italy neighborhood. Toppling the Columbus statue was part of the “re-examination taking place nationally and globally around some of these monuments and statues that may represent different things to different people”, according to spokesman for Democratic Mayor Bernard Young. A wave of protests began in the US after the police killing of Black man George Floyd on May 25, calling for the removal of many controversial statues, including those of Columbus, Confederate figures and others who they say are responsible for centuries of oppression.

Saturday’s protest is the latest incident involving Columbus statues, which have also been targeted in other US cities, including Richmond, Miami, St. Paul and Boston.

5…………> Armed Black Militia Flex Muscle: Down In Georgia

The Georgia’s Stone Mountain Park has been a focus of racial controversy due to its Confederate symbolism, and a gathering spot for the Ku Klux Klan, also famous for a rock relief of three Confederate figures – Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee, and Stonewall Jackson.

So not surprisingly, a group of heavily armed black militia selected the place to call upon white supremacists to show up and have a talk, as one of the men used a loudspeaker to call out right-wing groups:

“I don’t see no white militia, so to the Boogie Boys, the Three Percenters and all the rest of you scared-*ss rednecks: we’re here… We’re in your house. Let’s go. NFAC!”  the man was filmed saying. The abbreviation apparently refers to the organizers of the march and stands for Robert E. Lee, and Stonewall Jackson.–/

1…………> Kerala Floods: Death Toll Raising

Rescuers used helicopters and boats to evacuate thousands of people stranded on their rooftops following unprecedented flooding in the southern Indian state of Kerala that killed more than 320 people, with hospitals facing shortages of oxygen and gas station short on fuel in a situation called “really heartbreaking” by the authorities.

With heavy rains taking a pause this week, rescuers moved quickly to move flood-stranded citizens to 1,500 state-run camps.

They used more than a dozen helicopters and about 400 boats across the state, and a top elected official told reporters that at least 324 people had died and more than 220,000 had taken refuge in the camps.

2…………>Iraq’s Edenic Marshlands: Drying Out

The famed Marshlands of Mesopotamia, hailed by many as the location of the biblical Garden of Eden, once covered some 20,000 square kilometers, were drained by Saddam in the 1990’s, and now, after more than a decade of reflooding efforts, they are drying out again.

Many locals have been forced to migrate from the dry, heat cracked, a bare earth that surrounds their villages due to time, climate change, poor resources management, and dams further upstream in a search of water.

3…………>  “A Good Person”: Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday defended his former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, as a “good person,” as a jury at a Virginia federal court entered the second day of deliberations in Manafort’s bank and tax fraud trial.

“I think the whole Manafort trial is unfortunate,” Trump told reporters in White House before departing for fundraising events in New York.

“He worked for me for a concise period,” Trump said of Manafort.

“He happens to be a perfect person.”

The president didn’t answer when asked if he is prepared to pardon Manafort, a veteran lobbyist who joined Trump’s campaign team in March 2016 and spent three months as Trump’s campaign chairman until mid-August of that year.

4…………> Sore Losers: Dem’s Amendment

A new US constitutional amendment will be proposed in Congress next week that if passed would prevent President Trump from revoking security clearances at his discretion, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, Mark Warner, said in a statement.

“I will be introducing an amendment next week to block the President from punishing and intimidating his critics by arbitrarily revoking security clearances. Stay tuned,” Warner said in a Twitter post after

President Trump revoked the security clearance of former CIA Director John Brennan, a vocal critic of the president, which drew the ire of opponents and free speech advocates.

5…………> Market Report 08/17/2018, sell stop 25450, CG(12,302), 11/22/17

Extended position at 24400, sell stop 25400 for a gain of 1000 DIA points closed. Short post established at 25380, covering short at 25300 for an increase of 80 DIA points. New position extended 25300, sell stop at 25450 for a gain of 150 DIA points.

Stocks up 111 at 25669, DJ futures +110, attempt to stage a short covering rally continuing due to anti-tariff talks with China.

Gold up to 1191.1 and USD/CHF down 0.99 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 25,450.
We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World Disorder.

1…………> In The Footsteps Of IS Evil: Mosul

With an estimated death toll of between 10,000 and 40,000 people killed during the Islamic State occupation of Mosul, Iraq, UN experts believe it will take decades to clear the city from the explosives littered rubble of crushed and partially molten cars, landmines boobytraps and other deadly hazards left from one of the bloodiest streets to street battles since WW2.

The Old Town on the western banks of the Tigris was the last IS stronghold in Mosul, Iraq’s second-largest city, and gain worldwide infamy when the IS self-proclaimed Emir Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi proclaimed his evil caliphate in a city that at the time had an estimated population of two million people.

Now hundreds of thousands of displaced refugees are slowly returning to their town, trying to rebuild their homes and sense of sanity.

2…………> China Polluting: CFC

A recent spike in emissions of the CFC gas, clearly visible on the infra-red scan of our planet, and known factor in the destroyer of ozone has been blamed on a relentless use by China’s plastic foam industry, according to a green campaign group.

The Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA) said 18 factories in 10 Chinese provinces admitted to using chlorofluorocarbons (CFC), despite it being banned in 2010, and the discovery of an ozone hole as large as North America set off a global alarm, prompting countries to sign the Montreal Protocol in 1987 that banned the use of CFCs.

3…………> Out Of The Cave: Thailand

Three more people have been rescued from a flooded cave in Thailand’s north, leaving six members of the Wild Boars soccer team inside, as rescuers are working underground as the operation to get the team and their coach continues for the second day.

Authorities say four members of the soccer team are out of the cave on Sunday and rushed to the nearby hospital in Chiang Rai, where they were are doing well, but were hungry and requested pad krapow (Thai basil pork and rice).

4…………> No More Paperboys: A History Moment

Millions of news readers have been concentrating their attention on the nearly two-year fight between President Trump, and the New World Disorder controlled “Fake News” media, while hundreds of local US newspapers have closed or merged. Who will fill up the empty gap left the ever vanishing paper news?

One simple answer is that new Internet news sites like will deliver news that is not pushed by billionaires fat cats, political operatives, and assorted retail ads charlatans. The only thing most Americans must do is to become more proficient in computer literacy and find a new home website that will treat them with respect, deliver correct and unbiased news without ads, and never offend American values, Institutions, and our beloved traditions.

5…………> “No More Vodka”: Boris Johnson Resigns

“This afternoon, the Prime Minister accepted the resignation of Boris Johnson as foreign secretary. His replacement will be announced shortly,”  a 10 Downing Street spokesman said.

“We do not agree about the best way of delivering our shared commitment to honoring the result of the referendum,” Ayatolin May said.
