The Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI) is probing the death of Brooks, 27, who resisted arrest after he failed a breathalyzer test, and a footage captured from inside the Wendy’s restaurant shows officers chasing Brooks before he turns and points a Taser at an officer:
“The officer then fired his weapon, striking Brooks,” the report said.

CHAZ is a few blocks in central Seattle where hundreds of protestors have settled in with tents, food stalls, medical clinics, portable toilets and garbage collection, guarded by makeshift roadworks barriers at the end of streets, marking the boundaries of the police-free zone, and supported by several thousand people who visit the precinct every day, participating in heated street debates, joining first aid classes and watching artists painting a huge Black Lives Matter mural down the road.
