  1. Open enrollment starts today on lower-priced Medicare Advantage plans so loved by our great seniors. Crazy Bernie and his band of Congressional Dems will outlaw these plans. Disaster!

Just spoke to the King of Saudi Arabia who denies any knowledge of whatever may have happened “to our Saudi Arabian citizen.” He said that they are working closely with Turkey to find the answer. I am immediately sending our Secretary of State to meet with King!

A Turkish diplomatic source earlier said a joint Turkish-Saudi team would search the building — the last place Khashoggi was seen before he vanished on October 2.

“It has been 13 days since the event, so surely proving some of the evidence might be difficult, but we believe we will obtain evidence,” the Turkish official said.

Turkish officials have said they fear a Saudi assassination team that flew into and out of Turkey on October 2 killed and dismembered Khashoggi. The kingdom has called such allegations “baseless,” but has not offered any evidence Khashoggi ever left the consulate. King Salman ordered the public prosecutor to open an internal investigation into Khashoggi’s disappearance.

3…………> A Lesson From China: National Anthem

Chinese authorities have detained a major live-streaming celebrity for five days for “being disrespectful to the national anthem,” according to Shanghai police.

Mocking the national anthem can result in up to 15 days’ jail time under Chinese law, and local media reported that Yang Kaili who had 44 million followers before she was banned, has apologized and said, “the anthem is sacred.”

In a video on the live-streaming platform Huya, 20-year-old Yang Kaili was shown humming marching music before she started to recite the first line of the national anthem while waving her hands as if conducting an orchestra. She then greeted her audience with:

“Hello, good evening comrades.” Last year, China introduced a law mandating up to 15 days in police detention for those who mock the “March of the Volunteers” national anthem. Shanghai police said Ms. Yang “was disrespectful to the dignity of the national anthem and invited disgust among netizens.” “Live streaming sites are not outside the law — the law and moral standards similarly apply there,” police said via their verified Weibo account.

4…………> Defend America: Bezos

“If big tech companies are going to turn their back on the US Department of Defense, this country is going to be in trouble,” Mr. Bezos said, as his firm is in the process of bidding for a significant contract with the US Department of Defense.

But speaking at an event celebrating the 25th anniversary of technology magazine Wired, Mr. Bezos expressed his intense enthusiasm for Amazon to take on military duties.

“We are going to continue to support the DoD, and I think we should,” he said.

“One of the jobs of the senior leadership team is to make the right decision, even when it’s unpopular.” Amazon is bidding for a lucrative data contract with the Pentagon. He later added:

“This is a great country – it needs to be defended.” Last week, Google said it would not be taking its bid for Jedi forward, as the project went against its “AI principles,” published earlier this year, which meant the firm would not engage in work that, by design, could spy on, injure or kill people.

Gold up to 1230.30 and USD/CHF at 0.98 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch cover short at 25,400.
We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects.   1…………> In Google Rearview Mirror: Sheriff Trump

President Donald Trump accused Google of rigging the search results for the phrase “Trump news” by prioritizing negative news stories from what he described as the “national left-wing media.”

He said most of the stories that appeared on the results page were negative and that conservative reporting was being “suppressed.” Google denied using political viewpoints to shape its search results. Mercedes Bunz, a senior lecturer in digital technology at King’s College London, told BBC News it was highly unlikely that Google was deliberately ranking news according to political bias.

“Google’s news algorithm is optimized for actuality and proximity of an event, but it is generally not optimized to look for political orientation,” she said.

 2…………> Noose Of Hormuz: Iran

Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, navy chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard’s   said that Iran has full control of the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz despite warning from Saudi Arabia’s energy adviser said that if Iran closes the Strait of Hurmuz, the UN Security Council is likely to authorize military action.

He added that Iran is unable to wholly, or partially, close the Straits of Hormuz or Bab al-Mandab.

According to him, the current sanctions are unlikely to stop Iranian exports completely. Iran has earlier threatened to block the Strait of Hormuz, cutting off the main oil shipping route, in response to any hostile actions from the US.

The US imposed sanctions on trade with Iran involving the Iranian currency, sovereign debt, cars, aircraft, gold and other metals. In June, the US Department of State urged oil companies to stop importing oil from Iran by November to avoid US sanctions.

3…………> “Adolf Darling”: Magda

The mother of famous actress Romi Schneider, Magda, was involved in a sexual relationship with none other than Adolf Hitler,  admission made to German journalist Alice Schwarzer back in 1976, five years before Romi’s death.

“She was firmly convinced that her mother had a sexual relationship with Hitler,” Schwarzer said.

The journalist added that Romi apparently never forgave her mother for becoming involved with the Fuhrer, and even started crying during the interview.

“Why shouldn’t I cry? I am no superhuman… I am no longer ashamed. Not at all. I’m not afraid anymore,”

“I didn’t speak of it for decades because I respected her wishes. However, to understand her despair, her pain, her hyper-sensibility, one has to know this too. Moreover, it’s good to say it now.”
