A horrible Governor. Crime is taking over NYC & State, everyone is leaving. He is after the NRA – They should move to Texas or elsewhere, and must get tough. Cuomo killed 11,000 people in nursing homes alone. Crooked & Incompetent!

2…………> COVID-19 Economic Hara-kiri: Japan Biggest Slump Ever?

.

Reduced industrial demand from around the world pushed Japan into recession, following two successive quarters of economic contraction, due to the biggest declines, and its worst performance since 1955, one of the main factors behind the slump being a severe decrease in domestic consumption, which accounts for more than half of country’s economy.

The downturn puts further pressure on a Japanese economy that was already struggling with the effects of a sales tax hike to 10% last year, along with typhoon Hagibis, as the world’s third largest economy saw gross domestic product fall 7.8% in April-June from the previous quarter, or 27.8% on an annualized basis.

3…………> Counterfeit Goods Smugglers Nabbed: ICE Homeland Security Investigations Good Works

.

NEWARK, Calif. – On July 15, 2020, Hang “Henry” Chen, an employee of CBK, CBK International, and Silicon Electronics, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge James Donato to four months incarceration with three-years supervised release, a $75,000 fine, and restitution up to $137,000.

Chen’s co-defendant, co-conspirator, and owner of CBK and associated companies, Lixiong “John” Chen 45, a citizen of China, fled justice by boarding a flight a day before his trial to Beijing, China, via Tijuana, Mexico. Lixiong Chen was previously indicted September 20, 2018, for violations of Title 18 USC 545, (Smuggling Goods into the United States) and 18 USC 2320(a) (Trafficking in Counterfeit Goods). An INTERPOL Wanted Person Diffusion Red Notice for Lixiong Chen has been issued and he remains at large.

“These peddlers of counterfeit items were stealing profits from legitimate companies and their hardworking employees, who are trying to earn a living to provide for their families,” said HSI San Francisco (NorCal) Special Agent in Charge Tatum King.

“The results of this operation were achieved through HSI’s interagency partnership with local, state and federal law enforcement, and the prosecutorial tenacity of the U.S. Attorney’s Northern District of California Office.”

4…………> Trump To Pardon Women’s Voting Pioneer Susan B. Anthony

.

Making the announcement on the centennial anniversary of the 19th amendment, which granted US women the right to vote, President Trump said he will issue a posthumous pardon for women’s voting rights pioneer Susan B. Anthony:

“She was never pardoned. What took so long?”

Anthony was arrested in 1872 after illegally casting her vote, later convicted of illegal voting in her home state of New York by an all-male jury, and died 14 years before the 19th amendment was ratified on 18 August, 1920.

“Women dominate the United States – I think we can say that very strongly,” he said, noting that there are now a record number of women serving in Congress.

His announcement comes as Mr. Trump tries to win over suburban women voters, who polls show have been moving away from him since 2016:

“She was proud of her arrest to draw attention to the cause for women.”

5…………> 3rd Curse Besides Locust Invasion & COVID-19: The Pine Beetles

.
A locust invasion has been sweeping parts of East Africa and South Asia this year, leading to food shortages across the region, and now comes the bad news that more than seven hundred million cubic meters of trees were wiped out in British Columbia by mountain pine beetles, a tiny species native to North American forests, as decades-worth of lumber supplies are being eradicated across the world as a result of the pest’s invasion. With around 2.2 million hectares having already been affected by beetles, the outbreak is expected to continue for the next six years.

The tiny creature, just 5mm in length, was once part of the forest cycle, but as winters grew warmer due to climate change, the beetles were able to survive in greater numbers and chew through tree bark, with flowing resin attracting even more of them. As a result, with thousands of the insects eating on the trees and laying their eggs inside, hundreds of millions of pines across Canada’s timber-rich region were doomed to die. British Columbia is Canada’s largest supplier of logs to the United States, Bloomberg notes, with the beetle plague eventually signaling potential shortages for both the American and global housing market.

I have made the decision to seek re-election to another term as your Senator from Oklahoma. Here’s why:
Right now, our nation is at a crossroads. Three years into President Trump’s first term, we have reversed much of the devastation that eight years of Obama brought us.

2…………> ICE Boston arrests Zimbabwean national indicted for rape

Officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrested a Zimbabwean national, who is facing a felony rape charge, in Boston on Wednesday.
Alois Mutare, 42, a citizen of Zimbabwe, was arrested during routine enforcement actions targeting at-large criminal aliens, illegal re-entrants and other immigration violators in New England
Mutare, who legally entered the U.S. in 1999, significantly violated the terms of his admission and overstayed his temporary visitor status by nearly 20 years and is subject to removal proceedings. He was arrested on felony rape charges by Boston police in ecember 2019 and indicted earlier this month on those charges. He was arrested by ICE following his release from local criminal court March 4. He will remain in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings before a federal immigration judge.
Mutare was just one of 209 arrests made by ICE officers in recent weeks, including 178 of which were arrests of individuals with convictions or pending criminal charges during the recent enforcement efforts.
“These arrests are just one more indicator of the threat that sanctuary policies pose to our communities,” said Todd M. Lyons, acting field office director for ERO Boston. “Our officers will continue to arrest public safety threats that are released back to the communities, even as we remain committed to working with our local law enforcement partners to keep communities in the region safe.”

3…………> Leader of Armed Home Invasion Robbery Crew: Busted By DOJ

A federal jury in Detroit, Michigan, found a Colombian man guilty of all charges in a nine-count indictment charging him with Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) conspiracy and other violent crimes, announced Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice department’s Criminal division and Special Agent in Charge Steven M. ’Antuono of the FBI’s etroit Field Office.
Juan Olaya, 39, of Buenaventura, Colombia, was a leader of an armed robbery crew that traveled the United States committing armed home invasions. Evidence at trial established that the defendant and his crew exclusively targeted families of Indian and Asian descent for their crimes.
Following a two-week trial, Olaya was convicted of one count of RICO conspiracy, four counts of assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering and four counts of use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence. Sentencing is scheduled for July 23, 2020, before U.S. district Court Judge Laurie J. Michelson of the Eastern district of Michigan, who presided over the trial.
Olaya and his robbery crew committed a string of home invasions in Georgia, New York, Michigan and Texas in 2014. The organizer of the crew, Chaka Castro, ran the enterprise from 2011 through 2014. Castro generated lists of robbery targets in various states around the county, specifically families of Asian and Indian ancestry, and assigned crews to carry out the armed robberies of these families within their homes. Olaya was the road boss of one such crew, who recruited other members and assigned roles to those members. Olaya and crew members traveled to certain locations, conducted surveillance and executed the robberies.

1…………> Today’s White House Tweets: President Trump

kUuht00m_bigger.jpg

Small Business Saturday has become a staple of the post-Thanksgiving shopping weekend. “This year, Small Business Saturday has the potential to be even greater,” writes. “The reason? A strong economy and record level consumer optimism.”

So great that oil prices are falling (thank you President T). Add that, which is like a big Tax Cut, to our other good Economic news. Inflation down (are you listening Fed)!

Would be very SMART if Mexico would stop the Caravans long before they get to our Southern Border, or if originating countries would not let them form (it is a way they get certain people out of their country and dump in U.S. No longer). Dems created this problem. No crossings!

The large and violent French protests don’t take into account how badly the United States has been treated on Trade by the European Union or on fair and reasonable payments for our GREAT military protection. Both of these topics must be remedied soon.

I will be in Gulfport and Tupelo, Mississippi, on Monday night doing two Rallies for Senator Hyde-Smith, who has a very important Election on Tuesday. She is an outstanding person who is strong on the Border, Crime, Military, our great Vets, Healthcare & the 2nd A. Needed in D.C.

Victor Davis Hanson was a very good and interesting guest of Mark Levin on . He wrote a highly touted book called “The Second World Wars” and a new book will soon be coming out called “The Case For Trump.” Recommend both.

….All will stay in Mexico. If for any reason it becomes necessary, we will CLOSE our Southern Border. There is no way that the United States will, after decades of abuse, put up with this costly and dangerous situation anymore!

2…………> “Stay In Mexico”: Trump To Caravan

“We only will allow those who come into our Country legally. Other than that our firm policy is Catch and Detain. No “Releasing” into the U.S…, All will stay in Mexico. If for any reason it becomes necessary, we will CLOSE our Southern Border. There is no way that the United States will, after decades of abuse, put up with this costly and dangerous situation anymore!” President Trump declared that the migrants in the southern border of the country would not be allowed in until their claims are individually approved in court.

He said that all migrants would stay in Mexico.

Recently, thousands of migrants have been waiting in Tijuana, Mexico, to cross into the U.S., many from a caravan that drew national attention and prompted Trump to become vocal, saying it was an “invasion” and among the migrants were “criminals and unknown Middle Easterners.”

3…………> Thugboat Hostility: Crimea

Russia on Sunday intervened as Ukrainian warships were engaged in relocation from the Port of Odessa to the Port of Mariupol in the Sea of Azov, as two armored artillery vessels and a tugboat were sent after notifying transfer plans in advance, by international rules, to ensure the safety of shipping.

The statement said Russian ships tried to stop the movement by “ramming” the tugboat that caused minor damages in what was labeled as an “unlawful” actions by the Ukrainian Navy Command and transferred to the international bodies.

However, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) claimed that Ukraine violated international law by crossing the Sea of Azov, off the Crimea.

4…………> Applied Global Warming: Frozen Turtles

With more than 80 turtles washed on the shores of many beaches in the Cape in just one morning, dozens of “frozen solid” sea turtles were discovered by wildlife volunteers who reported most to be beyond saving.

The cold-stun season is an annual natural phenomenon that had an early start to the season this year with more than 400 turtles have been affected so far on the cod region of Massachusetts on Thursday.

Most of the turtles were dead, Massachusetts Audubon Society’s Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary communications coordinator Jenette Kerr told the Cape Cod Times.

“We are at well over 400 cold-stunned turtles [this year] — 82 today, the vast majority of them frozen solid,” Ms. Kerr said on Thursday.

5…………> Start Talking Or Else: UK To Facebook

A cache of Facebook documents were seized by MPs investigating the Cambridge Analytica data scandal by rarely-used Parliamentary powers were used to demand that the boss of a US software firm hand over the details.

Damian Collins, MP, later told the BBC that he believed the documents were “highly relevant” to his inquiry after the documents were intercepted when an executive of US tech firm Six4Three was on a trip to London.

In a highly unusual move, the House of Commons serjeant at arms was sent to the businessman’s hotel, and he was given a final warning and a two-hour deadline to comply with the order.
When the executive failed to do so he was escorted to Parliament and warned he risked fines and imprisonment if the documents were not surrendered, the paper said.
The firm is involved in court action against Facebook in the US, where the documents were obtained through legal procedures.
