No, I think Amash would make a wonderful candidate, especially since he is way behind in his district and has no chance of maintaining his Congressional seat. He almost always votes for the Do Nothing Dems anyway. I like him even more than Jill Stein!

2…………> Crooked Beverly Hills Lawyer Caught Red Handed: Bribing The Fed’s?

A Calabasas man has agreed to plead guilty to five federal offenses – one related to a credit card bust-out scheme, and the others related to more than 50,000 in bribes he paid to two federal agents for assistance that included sensitive law enforcement information.

Edgar Sargsyan, 39, an attorney with law offices in Beverly Hills, was charged today with conspiracy to commit bank fraud, two counts of bribing a public official, and two counts of making false statements to federal investigators. In a plea agreement also filed today in U.S. District Court, Sargsyan agreed to plead guilty to the five felony counts, which cumulatively carry a statutory maximum penalty of 50 years in federal prison.

In the plea agreement, Sargsyan admitted paying tens of thousands of dollars from the beginning of 2015 through early 2017 to a special agent with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

3…………> COVID19 Silver Therapy Site Halted: DOJ

A federal court in Utah has entered an injunction halting the sale of a fraudulent corona-virus (COVI-19) treatment, the Department of Justice announced today.

In response to a civil complaint and accompanying court papers filed on April 27, 2020, in Salt Lake City, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah issued a temporary restraining order against defendants Gordon Pedersen of Cedar Hills, Utah, and his companies, My Doctor Suggests LLC and GP Silver LLC.  The civil complaint alleges that the defendants are fraudulently promoting and selling various silver products for the treatment and prevention of COVI-19.  The court’s order temporarily enjoins the defendants from continuing to sell or distribute their silver products for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease, including COVI-19.  A separate court order temporarily freezes defendants’ assets in order to preserve the court’s ability to grant effective final relief and to maintain the status quo.  A hearing on the government’s request for a preliminary injunction is set for May 12, 2020.

4…………> Virus Clouds, Misery Clouds: How To Avoid Them?

Current research is alluding to the incredibly dangerous ways the COVID-19 pathogen spreads around, in particular when an infected person exhales, coughs a cloud of microscopic particles containing the virus, that appear to be able to stay airborne, and linger around for hours in a relatively enclosed spaces. How to avoid getting exposed to such a curse? Throw out all your social interaction templates, and stay away from people that you suspect have not been tested for the virus, including family, friends and all. Will people think that you are being rude? You have a choice of being rude, or dead, take a pick!

Another lovely topic today is the realization that corona-virus battered US economy shrank at fastest rate since 2008, after twelve years of lies, distortions, and robbery of the citizens by the swamp creatures of Washington D.C. “Deep State”, parallel, un-elected, invisible, answerable to no one 4th branch, and true government of the country, the Federal Reserve that is, that recently open the money spigots, and sent 6 trillions dollars to anyone around to cover their tracks, as national debt hit 24 trillion dollars, or more than $100,000 per every American human being.

Federal Reserve Chair, and actual US President Jerome, “Janet Yellen Jr.” Powell said the bank would maintain those levels until it was “confident that the economy has weathered recent events and is on track”. But he warned that the ongoing crisis would “weigh heavily” on large economy, as the pandemic “is causing tremendous human and economic hardship across the United States and around the world”. translation: Raise cash position, check your valuables, iPhone, car keys, including cash in you pockets, making sure there is not a “third hand in there”, and consider reading George Sorbane’s “The Endless Beginning” for further insides as to where this relentless robbery is leading to.

5………..> Multiple China Labs Involved In Contagious Pathogens:  Secretary Mr. Pompeo

“There are multiple labs that are continuing to conduct work, we think, on contagious pathogens inside of China today. And we don’t know if they are operating at a level of security to prevent this [pandemic] from happening again. Remember this isn’t the first time that we’ve had a virus come out of China”, Mr. Pompeo said, as US officials have repeatedly accused China of misreporting the real state of affairs with the COVID-19 outbreak, following the POTUS announced on 16 April that Washington would look into a theory that the virus was leaked from a Chinese laboratory that has been criticized by experts.

This is not the first time that the US plays on the unconfirmed theory that the corona-virus originated in a Chinese laboratory and was/leaked/due to insufficient safety measures, a notion that was first promoted by the mainstream media.

George Sorbane Quotes:

1. “So Alex was counting the days until he would step on the holy soil of Boston, ready to breathe the cold Atlantic air and sense the spirits of those remarkable people about whom he had read so much with nearly religious admiration, walk the streets in their footsteps, and pray in the churches where they had found peace and solace in times of fateful junction.”― “The Endless Beginning”

2…………> Ohio Physician/Drug Dealer: Pushing Opioids

Assistant Attorney General Mr. Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division announced that Morris Brown, M.D. 75, who owned a Dayton-area medical practice pleaded guilty today for illegally distributing opioids.   pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful distribution of controlled substances before U.S. District Judge Walter Rice of the Southern District of Ohio. Brown is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Rice on May 8.

Brown admitted that he prescribed controlled substances to patients in amounts and for lengths of time that were outside the scope of legitimate medical practice, and also admitted that he routinely prescribed controlled substances to patients even though various “red flags” suggested that he should stop writing those prescriptions, change the prescriptions and/or counsel patients accordingly.  Moreover, he prescribed dangerous combinations of drugs known to heighten the risk of overdose and death.

Brown was charged along with Ismail Abuhanieh, 50, of Phoenix, Arizona; Mahmoud Elmiari, 44, of Bellbrook, Ohio; Yohannes Tinsae, 48, of Beavercreek, Ohio; and Mahmoud Rifai, 50, of Detroit, Michigan in April 2019.  All four of Brown’s co-defendants were charged for their roles in agreeing to obtain controlled substances for Dayton Pharmacy by fraud or misrepresentation.  Elmiari and Tinsae have entered guilty pleas and are scheduled for sentencing on May 13, 2020.  Abuhanieh is scheduled for a change of plea on March 10, 2020.  Rifai is the subject of an active arrest warrant.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

3…………> Italy In The Cross-Hairs Of Deadly Infection: Corona-Virus

Three Italian nationals have tested positive for corona-virus in the country’s north in what is Italy’s first known cases of local transmission of the potentially deadly illness, as 100 people are being tested for the virus in Codogno, and 60 people had been placed in quarantine as a precaution.

Just three people had been confirmed in Italy to have the virus,  and the first infected Italian, a 38-year-old man, had dinner in early February with a friend who had just come back from China, and following that two more people tested positive for the virus — the initial patient’s pregnant wife, and another man he had come into contact with, according to Ansa news agency.

Two Chinese tourists who came from Wuhan tested positive in Rome in late January, while an Italian who returned from the Chinese city with a special flight repatriating some 56 nationals was hospitalized a week later, and now more than 76,780 people have been infected globally, in as many as 27 countries, and 2,248 people have died, most in Hubei province and its capital Wuhan.

4…………> Nosy Cousin Parker Google: Spied On New Mexico Children?

The attorney general of the US state of New Mexico is suing Google for illegally collecting the personal data of school children, about websites students visited, recording passwords, videos watched, contact lists, and other information, the data gathered from Google’s Chromebook laptops and G Suite for Education program.

Attorney General Hector Balderas said Google had failed to get parental consent from children under 13 and collected their data for commercial purposes, in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

“Student safety should be the number one priority of any company providing services to our children, particularly in schools,” Mr. Balderas said in a statement.

“Tracking student data without parental consent is not only illegal, it is dangerous. Google should be telling parents that they’re going to stalk and track these children, and under the guise of education,” he added.

5…………> Yangtze River Hotels: Corona-Virus Medical Labs

Seven cruise ships on Yangtze River have been mobilized as “water hotels” for medical staff battling against the novel corona-virus, or COVID-19, in the central China city of Wuhan, the center of the epidemic outbreak, providing 1,469 hospital beds, with each ship equipped with fire-fighting, water and power supply facilities.

The city of Yichang will also send a multi-functional garbage collection ship to serve for collecting and treating waste and sewage from the seven ships, yet another step in the war against the novel corona-virus infection in the hard-hit province that had 62,662 people, and Wuhan, the provincial capital, recorded a total of 45,346 confirmed cases.
