1…………> Trump vs Bezos: Start Paying

President Donald Trump has cranked up his attacks on Amazon, accusing the online retail giant is ripping off the US Postal Service.

[The US Post Office would lose $1.50] “on average for each package it delivers for Amazon”. If the P.O. ‘increased its parcel rates, Amazon’s shipping costs would rise by $2.6 Billion.’ This Post Office scam must stop. Amazon must pay real costs (and taxes) now!”  he tweeted, suggesting also said the Washington Post newspaper was a “lobbyist” for Amazon.

Amazon owner Jeff Bezos also owns the Washington Post, which has reported on stories including Robert Mueller’s continuing investigation into links between the Trump election campaign and Russia, as well as his relationship with porn star Stormy Daniels, and details how three different legal teams are digging for dirt in the Trump Organization’s accounts.

2…………> Banzai Fleet: Whale Killers

Three ships from a Japanese whale-hunting fleet returned to their home port of Shimonoseki, carrying on board 333 minke whales harpooned during a trip into the Antarctic Ocean, as Tokyo claims the slaughter is for “scientific purposes”  despite international protests and condemnation.

Japan is a signatory to the International Whaling Commission moratorium on whale hunting, but makes use of a loophole that allows the mammals to be killed for scientific research.

Although minke whales grow only to some 33 feet in length, they are still categorized as great whales.

3…………> An Elephant Named Xi: South China Sea

ASEAN countries agreed to begin negotiating a “code of conduct” to iron out tensions over natural resources, trade routes, and island territories pose a threat to regional stability, despite China attempts to prevent member countries from exploiting those areas and prevent drill oil and gas drilling and control fisheries, and in fact has illegally built large island bases in the Spratly Islands in an attempt to project power with ships and helicopters and potentially planes to actually control the sea areas.

When China occupied Mischief Reef in the Philippine Sea, it started as a series of bamboo huts on stilts and is now an artificial island with a runway that is 3 kilometers long and massive buildings and radar towers as it is has done in the Scarborough Shoal.

“This is ours and nobody should take it away from us, and by compromising in effect we are giving up our territory.’ They see it very much in territorial terms. And that’s the problem”, experts are warning about Mr.Xi government pirating out other nations territories.

5…………> Easter Celebrations: He Has Risen
Celebrations are underway around the world as Christian communities mark Jesus Christ’s resurrection on Easter Sunday, from solemn rituals to chocolate egg hunts, each has its own unique way to commemorate one of Christianity’s most significant days.

In Vatican City, Pope Francis led Easter mass under tight security in front of tens of thousands of faithful pilgrims, as “El Santo Padre” delivered his traditional Easter blessing and message from the balcony of St Peter’s Basilica.

Meanwhile, hundreds of Christians flocked to Jerusalem’s Church of the Holy Sepulchre, built on the site where they believe Jesus was crucified, buried and resurrected.

Worshippers prayed and sang hymns in the church in Jerusalem’s Old City as they lined up to admire the edicule — the chamber that tradition says marks Jesus’s tomb.
