  1. Democrats just blocked from holding a debate. Good, then I think I’ll do the same thing with the Fake News Networks and the Radical Left Democrats in the General Election debates!

  2. Wall Street Journal: “More migrant families crossing into the U.S. illegally have been arrested in the first five months of the federal fiscal year than in any prior full year.” We are doing a great job at the border, but this is a National Emergency!

  3. Congressman Chris Stewart: “No one is accusing the President of a crime and yet they (the Democrats) are issuing hundreds of subpoenas. This is unprecedented.” They are desperately trying to find anything they can, even a punctuation mistake in a document!

2…………>US Trade Deficit Explosion: A Trade War Casualty

Markets are struggling to discern direction from negotiations between the US and China on a trade agreement, as the Federal Reserve Beige Book indicated a slowing global growth and the government shutdown weighing on the US economy at the start of the year but that it continued to grow.

Stocks lost ground after the country’s trade deficit widened in December and the shortfall with China worsened, despite US President Donald Trump’s tariffs, the shortfall increasing by nearly 19 per cent in December, leading to a $US621 billion gap for 2018, the largest since 2008.

Due to Washington imposing tariffs on $US250 billion worth of Chinese goods, the goods deficit with China rose to all-time high last year.

….productive talks, I will be delaying the U.S. increase in tariffs now scheduled for March 1. Assuming both sides make additional progress, we will be planning a Summit for President Xi and myself, at Mar-a-Lago, to conclude an agreement. A very good weekend for U.S. & China!

5…………> US Facing Civil War? Bannon vs Nadler

Former White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon predicted in an interview that 2019 will be” the most vitriolic year in American politics since before the Civil War,” suggesting during CBS’s “Face the Nation” that Democrats could possibly “weaponize” the findings from special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe and use the investigations into Trump taking place in New York’s Southern District against the president, heating up political tensions throughout the year.

Bannon got a fast reply from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, who called President Trump the “greatest threat” to US democracy since “the Civil War,” promising numerous probes against the Trump administration in the future.

“Clearly […] there have been major abuses of power, major obstruction of justice, obvious violations of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution,” he said, without adding any details, stating that “all of these have to be looked at.

“I think 2019 will be the most vitriolic year in American politics since before the Civil War,” he said.

 “I think we’re in for a very nasty 2019”.

The only way to stop drugs, gangs, human trafficking, criminal elements and much else from coming into our Country is with a Wall or Barrier. Drones and all of the rest are wonderful and lots of fun, but it is only a good old fashioned Wall that works!

2…………>DOJ Contingency Plan: Shutdown Case

U.S. Department of Justice FY 2019 Contingency Plan – September 11, 2018 –

This FY 2019 Contingency Plan covers the Department of Justice (DOJ or the Department) operations during a lapse in appropriations.

The Antideficiency Act restricts the Federal Government’s ability to obligate funds in advance of appropriations or beyond appropriated levels. During a lapse in appropriations, the Department will only continue the following categories of activities:

1. Those funded by a source that has not lapsed, such as permanent indefinite appropriations and carryover of no-year funds appropriated in a prior year;

2. Those for which there is an express authority to continue during an appropriations lapse;

3. Those for which authority to continue during an appropriations lapse arises by necessary implication;

4. Those related to the discharge of the President’s constitutional duties and powers; and

5. Those related to “emergencies involving the safety of human life or the protection of property,” i.e., where there is a reasonable likelihood that the safety of human life or

the protection of property would be compromised, in some significant degree, by the delay in the performance of the function in question.

The Department of Justice is comprised of about 40 components that have a broad array of national security, law enforcement, and criminal justice system responsibilities. The Department’s mission is to enforce the law and defend the interests of the United States according to the law; to ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic; to provide federal leadership in preventing and controlling crime; to seek just punishment for those guilty of unlawful behavior; and to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans.

Therefore, a significant portion of the Department’s mission relates to the safety of human life and the protection of property, and primarily, for this reason, the Department has a high percentage of activities and employees that are excepted from the Antideficiency Act restrictions and can continue during a lapse in appropriations. Other activities and employees are excepted because they are funded with multi-year or no-year appropriations, or because they are Presidential appointees, most of whom are excepted from furlough because they are not covered by the leave system in 5 U.S.C. Chapter 63.1 Note that the contingency plan assumes that, at the time of a shur=tdown, all Components and Subcomponents normally headed by a Presidential Appointee are in fact headed by a Presidential Appointee.

3…………>Sunda Strait Tsunami: Casualties

“The affected areas are settlements and tourist areas along the coast such as Tanjung Lesung Beach, Sumur, Teluk Lada, Penimbang and Carita. The time of many tourists visit the beach along Pandeglang,” a statement about the death toll from the tsunami which hit Indonesia’s Sunda Strait Saturday night has risen to 222, as Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, spokesman of the National Disaster Management Agency said in a statement that the number of injured increased to 843 in the tsunami that was triggered by a volcanic eruption.

Nugroho said that 28 people remain missing, with a total of 556 houses and many buildings damaged after the tsunami — which mostly affected the Pandenglang, South Lampung and Serang areas.

According to the country’s Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency, the tsunami could have been triggered by undersea landslides after the eruption of Anak Krakatau.

On Dec. 26, 2004, a magnitude 9.1 earthquake struck the eastern coast of Sumatra, triggering a tsunami that killed around 230,000 people as it tore along the coasts of Sri Lanka, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

5…………> Bibi vs Tayyip: War Of Words Or Worst

“The Jews in Israel kick people laying on the ground. In fact, Jews don’t kick men but also women and children when they fall in the ground. But as Muslims, we will confront these people [the Jews] if they have the courage to deal with us and we’ll teach them a lesson”,Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu earlier took to Twitter to accuse Netanyahu of being responsible for the killing of thousands of Palestinians, as Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu earlier engaged in a new war of words, trading mutual accusations.

“‘Teach them a Lesson’: Israel’s Netanyahu, Turkey’s Erdogan Bicker Over Morals,” a billboard with photos of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, placed on the main street by the Ankara.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the row with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who earlier questioned the morality of “Jews in Israel”, and replied that “a man who sends thousands of Turkish soldiers to hold the occupation of northern Cyprus and invades Syria will not preach to us”.
