2…………> Air Pollution Over China: Has Dissipated

NASA and the European Space Agency’s pollution monitoring satellites report a significant decline in the amount of nitrogen dioxide (NO2) — a noxious gas emitted by cars, power plants and factories, the drop attributed to the corona-virus outbreak that forced the shutdown of industry and transport chains.
The reduction in NO2 was first detected near Wuhan, the epicenter of the virus, where millions of people were quarantined, the first time I have seen such a dramatic drop-off over such a wide area for a specific event, research scientist Dr. Fei Liu said.

3…………> The Economic Victims Of Corona-Virus: Airlines & Hotels

British Airways owner IAG has warned that bookings in 2020 will be hit by the effects of corona-virus, AG boss Willie Walsh said that as well as all China flights being suspended, there had been a significant fall-off in demand in Italy,Airline shares have fallen sharply amid investor concerns about the potential economic effects of the virus, EasyJet is also cancelling some flights because of the virus and is looking into making cost cuts,IAG said flight suspensions to China and cancellations on Italian routes would affect how many passengers it carried this year,The airline group – which also owns Aer Lingus, Iberia and Vueling – said it was not possible to say how much profits would be hit in 2020 because of uncertainty about the impact and duration of the current outbreak.(BBC)

4…………> “Sultan” Erdogan EU “Checkmate”: A Human Wave On The Border

Turkey said it would no longer stop thousands of Middle Eastern migrants, and other peddlers flowing into the EU, following a Syrian attack in which scores of Turkish soldiers were butchered up, led to the Greek authorities facing a human wave of estimated some 15,500 migrants tried to cross over into Europe since Saturday night, and tens of thousands coming after that
The grave situation presents an frightening, serious, extraordinary and asymmetric threat to the country, as funds depleted Greece considers the build-up of migrants on its northeastern border with Turkey a threat to the national security, short-changed again by the politically correct, yet invariably dishonest pillars of EU, led by the Islamic Merkeldom of Germany, the Sheikdoms of France, led by Rabbinical Grand Ayatollah Emmanuel Macron, and Sheikdom of formerly Great Britain, led by Grand Ayatollah Boris Johnson.
Government of Greece spokesman accused Turkey of using migrants as pawns to exert diplomatic pressure on Europe, and instead of stopping people from entering EU,it has been encouraging efforts to force their way into Greece.

5…………> The Cure For The Three Levels Of Senility: “Down Under” Scientists has postulated long ago the three distinct stages of senility due to old age:

1. A man goes to the restroom, does the job, and then leaves, forgetting to flush the water.
2. A Senior goes to the bathroom, flushes the water and leaves, forgetting why he went there in first place.
3. And finally someone goes to the restroom, does the job, flushes the water and then leaves, forgetting to pull his/or her pants down.

In a desperate attempt to forever erase the possibility for such an world shattering event, our gifted friends down under have published study that had uncovered a major pathway to slowing Alzheimer’s disease,by replicating a crucial brain process that points to a potential solution in slowing the development of Alzheimer’s disease.
The University of Technology Sydney said that RNA editing is a genetic mechanism that modifies proteins essential in the connection between brain nerve cells called synapses, and editing is deregulated in the brains of Alzheimer’s disease patients, but whether that can cause disease is unknown, hence University researchers replicated this deregulated process in the brains of mice, and discovered it led to the loss of synapses.

1…………> Today’s White House Tweets: President Trump

2…………> New Trump Soldier: AG Barr

Saying that Mr. Barr was “my first choice from day one,” President Trump gave the nod to former US attorney-general William Barr to lead once again the Justice Department, a role that would put him in charge of the federal probe into Russian election interference.

If confirmed by the Senate, Mr. Barr would take over from Matthew Whitaker, who has been serving in an acting capacity since Mr. Trump forced out Jeffrey Sessions a month ago. Mr. Whitaker had been Mr. Sessions’s chief of staff.

Mr. Barr, a lawyer who was previously attorney-general from 1991 to 1993 under late president George HW Bush, had defended Mr. Trump’s controversial decision to fire then-FBI director James Comey in May 2017 when Mr. Comey was leading the Russia probe.

3…………> Applied Global Warming: Deadly India Pollution

India is home to the world’s 14 most polluted cities, whose toxic atmosphere claimed 1.24 million lives in 2017, or 12.5 % of total deaths recorded that year, with about 670,000 deaths caused by air pollution in the broader India’s areas, where more than 51% of the people who died being younger than 70.

The Indian capital, New Delhi was the epicenter of the tiny particulate matte PM 2.5, that can reach deep into the lungs and cause significant health problems, the study concluded.

4…………> Paris On Fire: Ayatollah Macron AWOL

89,000 police are deployed across the Islamic Sheikdom of France, with 8,000 in Paris alone as protests also spread to Belgium, with Prime Minister Charles Michel joining Grand Rabbinical Ayatollah President Emmanuel Macron as the target of frustrations by the “Yellow vests” who are demanding lower taxes, higher salaries and cheaper energy cost.

Authorities said 575 people had been searched and briefly arrested and that 361 of them remained in custody after police found potential weapons such as hammers, baseball bats and metal petanque balls on them.

Hundreds of protesters were milling around the Arc de Triomphe monument, which was defaced with anti-Macron graffiti last Saturday when rioters also torched dozens of cars and looted shops in the worst rioting in Paris since May 1968.

5…………> A Leading Space Explorer: China

After landing its “Jade Rabbit” rover on the Moon five years ago and planning to send its Chang’e 5 probes there next year and have it return to Earth with samples, China has launched a ground-breaking mission to land a spacecraft on the mostly unexplored far side of the Moon, demonstrating its growing ambitions as a space power to rival Russia, the European Union and US.

A Long March 3B rocket carrying the lunar probe Chang’e 4 blasted from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province in south-western China, placing in orbit the lander-rover combination designed to explore above and below the lunar surface during its 27-day journey to the South Pole-Aitken basin’s of the Von Karman crater.

The Moon’s far side is also known as the dark side because it faces away from Earth and remains comparatively unknown. It has a different composition to sites on the near side, where previous missions have landed.

1…………> “Where Is The Rice?”: Comrade Un

North Korea’s foreign minister Ri Yong-ho claimed that the United States is not holding up its end of their recent denuclearization deal, telling the ASEAN regional forum that both sides need to take “simultaneous actions,’ and that North Korea has halted nuclear and missile tests and is also dismantling its site for atomic weapon experiments.

“However, the United States, instead of responding to these measures, is raising its voice louder to maintain the sanctions against [North Korea] and show the attitude to retreat even from declaring the end of the war, a fundamental and primary step for providing peace on the Korean Peninsula,” he said in a speech made available by Pyongyang’s delegation.

Washington has maintained it will only agree to end the Korean War formally — having signed the 1953 armistice — once the North has denuclearized.

2…………> You Freeze Me, I Freeze You: Erdogan

Clearly enraged by the idiotic pressure tactics of Obama holdovers at the State Department who conspired with FETO to assassinate and turn Turkey into another Syria a few years back,  the Turkish president said he will freeze assets of the U.S. “justice and interior” secretaries in Turkey.

“I am instructing my friends today. We will freeze assets, if there are any, of the U.S. justice and interior secretaries in Turkey,” Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, speaking at ruling Justice and Development (AK) Party’s Women Branch Congress in Ankara.

Erdogan said the Turkish nation would not step back because of “threatening rhetoric and silly decisions” of sanctions.

“Especially the latest step by America regarding pastor Brunson issue in Izmir is an ill-fitted step for a strategic partner,” he added.

“Turkey cannot be an item of U.S. domestic politics like it became in Europe. Repeating the faults that Europe did, will not earn America anything,” Erdogan said.

3…………> Trump Insults God: i.e., LeBron James

US President Donald Trump has taunted US basketball player Lebron James and suggested that he prefers Michael Jordan after the LA Lakers star accused Mr.Trump of being divisive in a CNN interview.

The president responded on Twitter by saying: “Lebron James was just interviewed by the dumbest man on television, Don Lemon. He made Lebron look smart, which isn’t easy to do.”

The president implied that he preferred basketball star Michael Jordan, perhaps a reference to the debate over whether Jordan or James was the better player.

James fired back by saying the following:

“Sports has never been something that divides people. It’s always been something that brings someone together. He [Mr. Trump] is dividing us and what I noticed over the last few months that he’s kinda used sport to divide us and that’s something I can’t relate to because I know that sport was the first time I was ever around someone white.”

4…………> World’s Greatest Enemy: Pollution

A study of 4,000 people in the UK found those who lived by loud, busy roads had larger hearts on average than those living in less polluted areas.

This was despite the fact people in the study were exposed to pollution levels below the UK guidelines.

Researchers called on the government to reduce air pollution more quickly since it is linked to one in six deaths, as a team of scientists, led from the Queen Mary University of London, analyzed health data of people who had no underlying heart problems and were part of the UK Biobank study, including the size, weight, and function of their hearts.

Researchers also looked at the pollution levels in the areas they lived in, and their study found a clear link between exposure to higher pollution levels and more substantial right and left ventricles – primary pumping chambers in the heart.

For every extra one microgram per cubic meter of PM2.5 – small particles of air pollution – and for every ten additional micrograms per cubic meter of nitrogen dioxide, the heart enlarged by about 1%.

5…………> Majesty, I Is Hungry: Steve Lawlor

A homeless man named Steven Lawlor, 44, who trespassed in the grounds of Buckingham Palace, entering the protected royal site on July 16, breaking poster boards and glass cabinets fixed to metal railings to use as bedding, then slept in the Royal garden, has been jailed 49 days.

He stayed there for more than four hours before the security guards spotted him on CCTV cameras, but fortunately, the Queen was not in the palace at that time.

In 2016, a convicted murderer was jailed after climbing over the wall to get inside the palace and stay there for ten minutes. (Xinhua)

1…………> The Trash Fighter: Pacific Patch
World-class swimmer Ben Lecomte will swim 30 miles per day for 180 days through the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, fighting Sharks, freezing water, jellyfish, and exhaustion are just a few of the obstacles as he begins his attempt to swim nearly than 5,000 miles across the Pacific Ocean, shepherded by crew onboard the 67-foot yacht called Discoverer that will be collecting ocean samples during the 180-day journey.

They will study ocean plastics and radioactivity from the Fukushima disaster

The swim will take him from Choshi in Japan to San Francisco via the Great Pacific Garbage Patch — a huge area where plastic and other marine debris is accumulating in the North Pacific Ocean.

Mr Lecomte, who swam almost 6,000km across the Atlantic Ocean in 1998, said he hopes his swim will bring attention to the growing problem of ocean pollution.

“I’ve been swimming for a long time and the change just in the last 30 years is troubling, that you can see so much degradation,” he said.

“Now I am a father, so I’m thinking about my kids and how [the future] is going to be for them.”

2…………> Cancer Worst Enemy: Patient’s DNA
Florida’s Judy Perkins had ball-sized breast cancer tumors in her liver, numerous lumps spread throughout her body, was given three months to live, but two years later there is no sign of cancer in her body. What’s the miracle?

The team at the US National Cancer Institute says the custom-designed therapy is still experimental but could transform the treatment of all cancer, and Dr. Steven Rosenberg, chief of surgery at the National Cancer Institute, declared: “We’re talking about the most highly personalized treatment imaginable.”

A patient’s tumor is analyzed to identify the rare changes that might make cancer visible to the immune system, with 62 genetic abnormalities in this patient, only four were potential candidates to genetically attack the mutated cells spreading cancer.

Next researchers use patient’s immune system white blood cells and extract those capable of attacking cancer, then grow them in the laboratory, in case of Judy around 90 billion were injected back into her, alongside drugs to take the brakes off the immune system.

Dr. Rosenberg said: “The very mutations that caused cancer turn out to be its Achilles heel.”
3…………> An Early Van Gogh: A Reality Classic
Vincent Van Gogh painted ‘Fishing net menders in the dunes’ when he was 29 years old, observing folks in the countryside around The Hague by the North Sea, in his native Holland, before he moved to France.

It comes from his realist period when he focused on poverty, often taking peasants or young people as his subjects to paint.

“You find already all the characteristics of Vincent’s painting,” Artcurial’s Bruno Jaubert noted. “Notably the treatment of the countryside, leaving the principal place to the land, and the well-worked skies.”

The painting has been on display in The Hague for decades.

A buyer based in North America paid 8.27 million for the 1882 painting “Fishing Net Menders in the Dunes” (Raccommodeuses de filets dans les dunes), which will be shown in Brussels and New York, auction house Artcurial said late on Monday.

Estimated at between €3 and €5 million, despite his later works reaching more than €70 million, it nevertheless reached way above its reserve.

According to Artcurial, the sale was “a world record for a landscape of Van Gogh in his Dutch period, sold at auction.”

4…………> On War Path: EU Navies
The French and British navies are to follow the footsteps of the US Navy with their own wayfinding mission through the disputed South China Sea, specifically, into areas London and Paris argue are illegally claimed by Beijing.

A seaborne armada comprising of French and British ships and naval aircraft will make its way through the South China Sea next week, French Minister of the Armed Forces Florence Parley said. The force will go “into certain areas” where the world’s fastest-growing navy — the People’s Liberation Army-Navy — is expected to be present.

“At some point, a stern voice intrudes into the transponder and tells us to sail away from supposedly ‘territorial waters.’ But our commander then calmly replies he will sail forth, because these, under international law, are indeed international waters,” Parley said.

Gold down to 1295.6 and USD/CHF at 1.01 despite President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch cover short at 24,450.

We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. 1…………> Back To Tora, Tora: Japan

Despite of Japan’s government insistence that post-war constitution does not specifically ban Japan from having aircraft carriers, transforming two Izumo class warships currently designated as helicopter destroyers into test bed for Lockheed Martin F-35B Lightning sea based squadrons appears to have brought chills into the timbers of usually very confident Chinese generals who’s memories of assorted brutalities and war crimes committed by the Imperial occupying forces were reminisced lately by the anniversary of the Nanjing massacre.

On the other side, the “nuclear shakedown” currently on display by Mr.Xi’s puppet Comrade Un and territorial ambitions by PLA, ranging from the Philippine atolls to Japan’s shores of disputed islands leave little doubt who the new bad kid on block is, and all this during the reign of President Trump and his GOP “friends” who share power with “Deep State” McCain,Clinton, Swamp Alligators & Co parallel US government, a government that already owes nearly $21 trillion dollars.

Our beloved Mr. Sinatra used to ask in one of his songs,”Where the road will take us, only fool can say?”

Unfortunately, we must paraphrase Uncle’s song as, ” We know where the road will take us, please tell us how to flee.”

Have you seen the bumper sticker, “I am surrounded by idiots?”

2…………> Noise & Air Deaths: Statistics

A recent DW article claiming that “one out of four people die as a course of environmental pollution” has won the Islamic Merkeldom of Germany statistical association “Unstatistik” the “non-statistic of the month award, a confirmation of Mark Twain immortalized joke of “Lies, Damn Lies and Statistics.”

The culprit?

An epidemiological study, based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the UN Environmental Project (UNEP) that attempted to assign a specific rate of deaths to factors of environmental pollution.

A noted Islamic Merkeldom of Germany statistician warned against using deaths figures to trigger panic.

“There are too many possible sources of error in it. It is totally undefined, what a death caused by environmental factors is. In the case of the WHO data, he argues, it could include people who drown in a lake or fall from a ladder. All such causes of death could be avoided by more environment-conscious or careful behavior,” Dr. Walter Krämer explained.

3…………> One Against The Ayatollahs: Iran

Oppressed, hungry and fed up with the illegal powers of the Ayatollahs, people took to the streets, leading to ten more people been killed and hundreds arrested in anti-government protests that broke out on Thursday drawing in tens of thousands of demonstrators.

The protests are the biggest since 2009, when months-long demonstrations were brutally suppressed after our 1st Muslim President, Grand Ayatollah Barack Obama choose to side with the terrorists and remain silent, leading to hundreds of people being executed by the Kudz Force. In addition, he gave his Shia Brethren $150 billion in credits and billions more in cash, an idiotic “deal” mocked now by President Trump who is clearly supporting the people of Iran quest for freedom.

4…………> “Fake Republican Lies”: Meadows

After giving their multinational masters a hefty tax cut by a huge expansion of the national debt that is supposed to trickle down to ordinary Americans on Main Street, U.S. Representative Mark Meadows has suddenly recalled that he is “fiscal conservative” ready to battle the liberals proportional increases for non-defense “discretionary” spending on programs that support education, scientific research, infrastructure, public health and environmental protection.
“The (Trump) administration has already been willing to say: ‘We’re going to increase non-defense discretionary spending … by about 7 percent,'” Meadows, chairman of the small but influential House Freedom Caucus, said on the program.

“Now, Democrats are saying that’s not enough, we need to give the government a pay raise of 10 to 11 percent. For a fiscal conservative, I don’t see where the rationale is. … Eventually you run out of other people’s money,” he said.–business.html?.tsrc=fauxdal

5…………> It is Too Late,Baby It’s Too Late: Comrade Un
DPRK “Main Man” Comrade Un said that the United States should be aware that his country’s nuclear forces are now a reality, not a threat, yet struck a conciliatory tone in his New Year’s address, wishing success for the Winter Olympics and hinting that the North may join the festivities.

“The U.S. should know that the button for nuclear weapons is on my table. The entire area of the U.S. mainland is within our nuclear strike range. … The United States can never start a war against me and our country,” a beaming Comrade Un said.
