A former marine named Everitt Aaron Jameson, 25, was arrested by the FBI on suspicion of planning a terror attack in San Francisco over Christmas after discussing his plot with undercover FBI agents.
Court documents allege he planned to target the Pier 39 area, and police say that firearms, a will and a letter claiming the attack were found during a search of his home.
DOJ criminal complaint alleges that Mr Jameson’s letter made reference to Donald Trump’s decision to designate Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

A southern Arizona man named Kimball Hoff, 61,was sentenced to 340 years in prison for sexual exploiting a minor under 15 years old.
HSI special agents discovered over 6,500 images and 800 videos of child pornography ranging from infants and toddlers to children in their early teens.
“This multiple lifetime sentence should serve as a powerful deterrent to child predators who mistakenly believe the Internet will enable them to indulge their perverse desires with impunity. HSI will continue to work closely with our local partners to hold these dangerous sexual predators accountable for their actions,” said Scott Brown, special agent in charge for HSI Phoenix.

Islamic State diehard Jalil Ibn Ameer Aziz, 21, a U.S. citizen and resident of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 160 months of imprisonment and 12 of years of supervised release for conspiracy to provide material support and resources to a designated foreign terrorist organization and transmitting a communication containing a threat to injure. He was also ordered to pay $6,635.79 in restitution to the service members he threatened.
Aziz is also accused of using one of his 72 Twitter accounts to threaten approximately 100 U.S. service members, all on a “kill list” that contained the names, addresses, photographs and military branches of the service members. “A well-known ISIS member compiled the list, which commanded ISIS supporters to “kill the [service members] in their own lands, behead them in their own homes, stab them to death as they walk their street thinking that they are safe,” according to US authorities.
