Jordanian national was sentenced for conspiracy to bring aliens into the United States, and sentenced to 36 months in prison for his role in a conspiracy to actually bringing Yemeni aliens through Mexico to the United States.

According to the plea agreement, during the second half of 2017, Moayad Heider Mohammad Aldairi, 31, conspired with others to smuggle at least six Yemeni nationals across the Texas border and into the United States in exchange for a fee.

Aldairi admitted his role in transporting the aliens from Monterrey, Mexico to Piedras Negras, where he directed them to cross the Rio Grande River into the United States.

“Aldairi endangered our national security by smuggling unvetted aliens across our border into the United States,” said Assistant Attorney General Mr.Brian A. Benczkowski.

“The Department of Justice and our law enforcement partners will steadfastly pursue investigations and prosecutions to disrupt smugglers like Aldairi and end the risk they pose to our safety”.

He was wearing his red hat with “Make America Great Again”, when approached by 43-year-old Ajple who said “you should go back to Russia you f*****g communist” and then slapped the brim of Youngblood’s hat.

German-born man Matthias Ajple has been arrested in Florida for spitting on the elderly Donald Trump supporter who was wearing a red MAGA hat, and calling him “f*****g communist”.

“I just was just trying to protect you guys because I support law enforcement, Trump supporters are communist and racist”, Ajple said after Youngblood identified him as the attacker.

A Texas woman identified as Chaka Castro, 44, of Houston, Texas, was sentenced to 37 years in prison for her role as the leader of several robbery crews that traveled across the United States in order to conduct armed home invasions of families of Indian and Asian descent.

After a five-week trial, Castro was convicted of one count of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) conspiracy, four counts of assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering and four counts of use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence

  The leader of the robbery crews was Castro, who would generate lists of robbery targets in various states around the county, specifically families of Asian and Indian ancestry, and then assign crews to carry out the armed robberies of these families within their homes. At least one robber would then restrain the victims with duct tape and threats of violence, as another partner would ransack the home in search of cash, jewelry and electronics to steal.

According to evidence presented at trial, from 2011 to 2014, Castro and her robbery crews committed a string of home invasions in Georgia, New York, Ohio, Michigan and Texas.
