Two Mississippi-licensed physicians and two Mississippi-licensed registered nurses, identified as Shahjahan Sultan, MD, 37, of Madison, Mississippi, Thomas Edward Sturdavant, MD, 56, of Kingsport, Tennessee, Freda Cal Covington, RN, 54, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and Fallon Deneem Page, RN, 36, of Soso, Mississippi, were charged in an indictment unsealed today for their roles in a multimillion dollar scheme to defraud TRICARE, the health care benefit program serving US military, veterans and their respective family members, as well as private health care benefit programs Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi and United Healthcare of Mississippi.
The indictment alleges that Sultan, Sturdavant, Covington and Page participated in a scheme to defraud TRICARE and private health care benefit programs by prescribing and dispensing medically unnecessary compounded medications, some of which included ketamine, a controlled substance, to individuals, at times without first examining them, for the purpose of having an Ocean Springs, Mississippi-based compounding pharmacy dispense these medically unnecessary compounded medications.
In addition, Sultan was charged with two counts of mail fraud, one count of conspiracy to distribute and dispense a controlled substance, two counts of distributing and dispensing a controlled substance, one count of conspiracy to pay and receive health care kickbacks and four counts of paying health care kickbacks.

President Trump lashed out at the “ignorant and insulting statement” released by Iran after he announced largely symbolic fresh sanctions against the Middle Eastern nation, intended to lock up billions of dollars in assets of a number of individuals, mostly Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who Mr Trump said was “ultimately responsible for the hostile conduct of the regime.”

Archivists who bought a stash of CDs at a house clearance sale found 2,400 photos of Ground Zero in New York taken following the 9/11 attacks in 2001, say that it appear to have been taken by an unidentified construction worker who helped to clear up the wreckage of the World Trade Center towers and surrounding area.
The digital albums include images of Ground Zero itself taken both at ground level and from above, construction staff at work and the damaged interiors of the blocks surrounding the towers, and he CDs were in poor condition but the data was ultimately retrievable, with the photos uploaded to Flickr.
