PORTLAND, Ore. — A Beaverton man, identified as Winston E. Gray, 31 was sentenced to four years in federal prison and three years’ supervised release for stealing $60,000 from more than 80 local credit union members.
Court documents disclose that between March and April of 2020, Gray used fake customer support telephone messages and calls to trick credit union customers into giving Gray their personal financial account information. Gray then used the fraudulently obtained account information to create counterfeit debit and credit cards he used to purchase various consumer goods and withdraw cash.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – An Orange County man, identified as Anthony Martinez, 40, of La Habra, who led police on a high-speed car chase with more than 75 pounds of cocaine stashed in his vehicle was sentenced today to 186 months in federal prison, following an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Los Angeles and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Martinez pleaded guilty on January 15, to one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Martinez is one of eight defendants charged in an indictment alleging a conspiracy to traffic cocaine throughout Southern California.
