In yet another great accomplishment by the Jewish state, an Israeli spacecraft weighing 1320 pounds may become the smallest unmanned vehicle in history to implement a lunar landing mission, granting it a prestigious club membership in “Fab Four” countries to send a man-made object to our celestial neighbor.

The project, which was developed by state-run Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. and the non-profit SpaceIL, will be initiated by December 2018.

Bill de Blasio joined 20 other mayors to visit Texas CBP immigrant children detention facility, but when not allowed to enter it, they all went into Mexico and crossed into the US to get a better view of the building, according to AP.

When an agent informed them that they crossed the border illegally and called a supervisor, they drove back to Mexico, and three hours later, they entered back into the US by a car at the port of entry.

In a temporary “victory” to “Deep State” operatives, a federal judge John Bates ruled that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) did not explain adequately why it ended DACA.   


“Neither the meager legal reasoning nor the assessment of litigation risk provided by DHS to support its rescission decision is sufficient to sustain termination of the DACA program,” the ruling said.

The judge gave DHS 90 days to better explain its decision to overturn DACA, otherwise, the program will be allowed to continue, and the federal government will be forced to resume accepting new applications.

A 24-year-old American tourist caused panic at Vienna Airport when she put a “souvenir” identified as unexploded World War II artillery shell in front of Austrian customs officials and asked whether it could be taken onboard her flight home.

The woman apparently found the World War II bomb while hiking cleaned it in her hotel room before packing it up to take to the airport, where she was fined nearly $4800 or negligent endangerment.

The US has cranked up its trade war with China, announcing another $200bn  worth of additional products it plans to place tariffs on soon, a sequel of tit-for-tat tariffs of $34bn on each other’s goods, with more than 6,000 items like food products, minerals and consumer goods such as handbags.

President Trump wants China to stop practices that allegedly encourage the transfer of intellectual property to Chinese companies, and US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said there was “no justification” for China’s retaliation.

“As in the past, the United States is willing to engage in efforts that could lead to a resolution of our concerns about China’s unfair trade practices and to China opening its market to US goods and services,” he said.

“In the meantime, we will remain vigilant in defending the ability of our workers and businesses to compete on a fair and reciprocal basis.”

Dwight Hammond, 76, and his son Steven Hammond, 49, were convicted in 2012 after a prescribed burn on their land spread to nearby public lands in 2001 and served time in prison, but a judge later ruled that they must serve their full five-year sentence.

The ruling sparked anti-government protests that left one rancher dead.

“The Hammonds are devoted family men, respected contributors to their local community and have widespread support from their neighbors, local law enforcement and farmers and ranchers across the West,” the White House said in a statement on Tuesday announcing their full pardon.

“Justice is overdue for Dwight and Steven Hammond, both of whom are entirely deserving of these Grants of Executive Clemency.”
