DOS servers,” a report from DarkSide group’s operator Darksupp said, the hacking group which was responsible for the recent ransomware attack that shut down Colonial Pipeline, and now has lost access to some of its online infrastructure on Friday, according to cybersecurity firm Recorded Future report.

The fuel shortages caused by the ransomware attack led to panic buying in certain parts of the United States. Colonial Pipeline, against the advise of the FBI, reportedly paid DarkSide a $5 million ransom in exchange for a decryption key and the return of their hacked information.

A new species of dinosaur has finally been identified by palaeontologists after the creature’s 72 million-year-old remains were discovered in Mexico several years ago in Coahuila state back in 2013. Researchers worked to identify the dino, now known as Tlatolophus galorum:

“Once we recovered the tail, we continued digging below where it was located. The surprise was that we began to find bones such as the femur, the scapula and other elements,” Alejandro Ramírez, one of the scientists involved in the discovery said.

Lily Wilder spotted a well preserved dinosaur footprint at Bendricks Bay, Barry, in the Vale of Glamorgan – and scientists believe it could help establish how they walked, as the footprint, spotted in January, is 220 million years old and had been preserved in mud, hence since the print is 10cm long, it is likely from a 75cm tall dinosaur.
National Museum Wales paleontology curator Cindy Howells described it as “the best specimen ever found on this beach”:
“It was Lily and Richard (her father) who discovered the footprint,” said mum Sally.
“Lily saw it when they were walking along and said ‘daddy look’. When Richard came home and showed me the photograph, I thought it looked amazing”.

The FBI apparently found instructions on how to make homemade bombs in the home of a New York man, Dominic Pezzola, who participated in the deadly January 6 attack on the US Capitol, court documents revealed:
“The FBI also executed a search warrant at the defendant’s residence at the time of his arrest. Agents recovered, from a room that appeared to be used exclusively by the defendant, a thumb drive that contained hundreds of .pdf files,” the court document said on Friday.
“A significant number of those .pdfs provide detailed instructions for making homemade firearms, poisons, and/or explosives.”
The defendant is charged with violations stemming from his role in the violent attacks on the US Capitol on January 6, the document said.
