2…………….> Iranian Money Laundering Halted: Principal Cuffed

Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers and U.S. Attorney Erica H. MacDonald today announced the unsealing of a six-count federal indictment against Seyed Sajjad Shahidian, 33, Vahid Vali, 33, and PAYMENT24 for conducting financial transactions in violation of U.S. sanctions against Iran. The defendants were charged with conspiracy to commit offenses against and to defraud the United States, wire fraud, money laundering, and identity theft.

According to the allegations in the indictment, PAYMENT24 was an internet-based financial services company with approximately 40 employees and offices in Tehran, Shiraz, and Isfahan, Iran. The primary business of PAYMENT24 was helping Iranian citizens conduct prohibited financial transactions with businesses based in the United States, including the unlawful purchase and exportation of computer software, software licenses, and computer servers from United States companies. According to PAYMENT24’s website, the company charged a fee to circumvent “American sanctions,” and claimed to have brought in millions of dollars of foreign currency into Iran.

According to the allegations in the indictment, beginning in or before 2009 through November 2018, Shahidian, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of PAYMENT24, conspired with Vali, the Chief Operating Officer of PAYMENT24, and other individuals to commit offenses against the United States by violating the restrictions on trade and exports from the United States to Iran. On its website, PAYMENT24 sold a package to assist its Iranian clients with making online purchases from United States-based businesses, which included a PayPal account, a fraudulent “ID card and address receipt,” a remote IP address from the United Arab Emirates, and a Visa gift card. The PAYMENT24 website also offered its clients advice on how to create accounts with a foreign identity and how to avoid restrictions on foreign websites, including advising clients to “never attempt to log into those sites with an Iranian IP address.”

4…………> Myanmar’s Monumental Synthetic Drugs Bust: Fentanyl & Co

Anti-Drug police in Myanmar rounded-up thirty-three people in the South East Asia’s biggest ever bust of synthetic drugs, described of being “off the charts”, confiscating over 200m methamphetamine tablets, 500kg of crystal methamphetamine and 300kg of heroin that were found in raids in north-east Shan state.

The suspects told police most of the drugs were destined for sale within Myanmar and in neighboring countries, including China’s heavy drug usage that fuels return of the Golden Triangle, with
more than 3,700 liters of methyl fentanyl, a product used to make powerful opioid fentanyl, 50 times stronger than heroin, and more than 100 times more potent than morphine, the main engine of the opioid crisis in the US.

It is estimated that at least 130 Americans die from an opioid overdose every day, according to the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

2…………> ICE Arrests  Six NM Defendants: Charged With Pushing Crack Cocaine

Federal defendants, identified as Jose Mendoza, 32, and Natalie Mendoza, 35, of Medanales, New Mexico; Ryan Rodriguez, 27, of Chamita, New Mexico; Andrea Rodriguez, 28, and Edvardo Carlson, 39, of Española, New Mexico; and Bridget Archuleta, 31, of San Juan Pueblo, New Mexico, appeared in federal court in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, from Oct. 2, 2019, to Feb. 25, 2020.

According to public court records allegations have been made that, Jose Mendoza, and his wife, Natalie Mendoza, were high-level suppliers of cocaine in the Española Valley of New Mexico. Natalie Mendoza allegedly kept records of drug sales and collected proceeds from drug transactions.

The defendants communicated extensively by telephone and text message about their drug trafficking business. According to court records, Jose Mendoza and Natalie Mendoza also laundered proceeds from their drug trafficking by making large cash payments on auto loans and large cash deposits into accounts at credit unions.

3…………> Large Denver Drug Ring: Busted By ICE

ICE arrested more than two dozen suspected members of a Mexican drug trafficking organization based in Denver, including the leader, identified as Candelaria Vallejo-Gallo, who is being charged with operating a continuing criminal enterprise, otherwise known as being charged as a drug kingpin, under federal law. To be considered a drug kingpin, the individual has to violate the Controlled Substances Act as part of a series of related or ongoing violations. Additionally, the defendant must be an organizer, supervisor, or manager of at least five other persons connected in the same activity and obtain substantial income or resources from the series of violations. If convicted of being a kingpin, Vallejo-Gallo faces not less than 20 years, and up to life in federal prison. Vallejo-Gallo is a Mexican national.

Twenty-four of the 30 are in federal custody, one is in state custody on a separate charge, four others are believed to be in Mexico, and one remains at-large in the United States.

In addition to the drug trafficking charges, at least one defendant is charged with carrying a firearm in furtherance of the conspiracy.

During the execution of multiple search warrants, agents seized approximately 400 pounds of methamphetamine, five pounds of heroin, four pounds of cocaine, and 15,000 fentanyl pills, which were disguised to look like prescription oxycodone.

4…………>  Final DNC Rooster Fight: Bernie vs Joe

Former New York City Mayor “Little” Michael Bloomberg not surprisingly announced that he’s suspending his presidential campaign, after losing 500 million U.S. dollars on advertising, just to get few miserable votes, and is endorsing former Vice President  of our beloved 1st Muslim President, Grand Ayatollah Barack, “We must spread freedom around the world by reading our citizens email” Obama, “May Allah Shadow fall upon him”, “Uncle” Joe,” Sleeping in a wrong century” Biden.

“I’m a believer in using data to inform decisions. After yesterday’s results, the delegate math has become virtually impossible – and a viable path to the nomination no longer exists,” Bloomberg said in a statement.

A shining star of socialist policies, communist Senator Bernie, “Spendie”  Sanders of Vermont finished second but scored a major win in California, the state with the most pledged delegates to July’s Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

To win the Democratic presidential nomination, a candidate must receive support from a majority of all the 3,979 pledged delegates on the first ballot of the DNC, which election officials said must be at least 1,991 delegates.

The Republican Party is expected to nominate Trump for a second term during August’s national convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.

2…………>President Trump: Florida State of Emergency

President Donald J. Trump declared a state of emergency in Florida yesterday as the country prepares for Hurricane Michael to make landfall in the coming hours.

“The emergency declaration, which is retroactive to Sunday, will provide additional federal assistance and resources to Florida in its preparation and recovery efforts. The measure also includes additional debris removal and emergency protective assistance to several counties that are expected to be hardest hit by the storm, including Gulf, Hamilton, Jackson, Jefferson, Madison, and Suwannee,” The Hill reported.

3…………> Back To Work: Justice Kavanaugh

Last night, Brett M. Kavanaugh became the 114th Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy administered the oath—the first time that a Justice has sworn in a former clerk to take his seat. With his left hand on the Bible and right hand raised in the air, Justice Kavanaugh swore to be a real, impartial arbiter of the law.

“On the Supreme Court, I will seek to be a force for stability and unity,” he said during yesterday’s ceremony at the White House.

“My goal is to be a great Justice for all Americans and all of America.”

The work begins immediately. Justice Kavanaugh took his seat this morning, hearing oral arguments for the first of several significant cases this week. During last night’s ceremonial swearing-in, the American people saw a glimpse of how our nation’s newest Justice will approach these responsibilities.

“The Supreme Court is an institution of law. It is not a partisan or political institution,” he said.

“The Justices do not sit on opposite sides of an aisle. We do not caucus in separate rooms. The Supreme Court is a team of nine, and I will always be a team player on the team of nine.”

4…………> Hurricane Michael: “Too Late To Leave”?

The storm Michael has sustained winds of 145mph (230km/h) and is due to make landfall at about midday (16:00 GMT), forcing more than 370,000 people in Florida to evacuate and move to higher ground, but officials estimate that far fewer have left.

“Do not leave your house,” Florida Governor Rick Scott said on Wednesday.

“The worst thing you can do now is left,” he said, adding that those who do “put yourself and your family in danger.

” Those people “who stick around and experience storm surge, unfortunately, don’t usually live to tell about it,” he said, adding that they put first responders at risk as well. Florida has declared a state of emergency, as have Alabama and Georgia In an 11:00 (15:00 GMT) bulletin, the Miami-based National Hurricane Center (NHC) said Michael was about 40 miles (65km) from Panama City, Florida. The NHC warns that some regions of Florida may experience storm surges of up to 14ft (4m).

5…………> Trump’s ICE Broom: MA Drug Ring Busted

An ICE operation which led to 40 arrests and resulted in the seizure of 10 kilograms of deadly fentanyl, was the culmination of a multi-agency federal investigation which targeted significant fentanyl traffickers, opioids and other drugs.

Also, the operation netted a large number of repeat felony offenders, many of whom were also illegally present in the U.S.; eight aliens had already previously been deported at least once before and are facing prosecution for criminal re-entry.

All of those arrested have prior convictions for acts of violence, firearm offenses, and drug trafficking; and many were determined to be illegally present in the United States. The operation involved over 200 federal law enforcement agents from all over New England, including the DEA, ERO, HSI, FBI, the U.S. Marshals Service; and the ATF.

“HSI special agents stand firm against transnational criminal organizations who exploit America’s legitimate trade, travel, and financial systems,” said Peter C. Fitzhugh, special agent in charge HSI Boston. “As demonstrated in this operation, we stand ready to aggressively investigate members of violent gangs, fentanyl and opioid drug trafficking organizations and those who commit fraud at the expense of taxpayers and our government, domestic and abroad.”

1…………> Bankrate Fraud: Cut Short

The former chief financial officer of Bankrate Inc., identified as Edward J. DiMaria, 53, of Fairfield County, Connecticut, employee of a publicly traded financial services and marketing company formerly headquartered in North Palm Beach, Florida, pleaded guilty today for his role in orchestrating an accounting and securities fraud scheme that caused more than $25 million in shareholder losses.

He pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to make false statements to a public company’s accountants, falsify a public company’s books, records and accounts, and commit securities fraud; and one count of making materially false statements to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). DiMaria pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Simonton of the Southern District of Florida. DiMaria is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 11.

“Edward DiMaria used his position as Bankrate’s CFO to inflate the company’s earnings and mislead shareholders, auditors, and the SEC, resulting in over $25 million in losses to innocent investors,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Cronan. “DiMaria’s conviction and the restitution, in this case, will hopefully provide some solace to Bankrate’s shareholders, while also reminding potential bad actors of the Department’s commitment to hold individuals accountable for their involvement in complex accounting and securities fraud schemes that harm investors and undermine our markets.”

2…………> Massive Healthcare Enforcement: DOJ

Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Alex M. Azar III, announced the largest ever health care fraud enforcement action involving 601 charged defendants across 58 federal districts, including 165 doctors, nurses and other licensed medical professionals, for their alleged participation in health care fraud schemes involving more than $2 billion in false billings. Of those charged, 162 defendants, including 76 doctors, were charged for their roles in prescribing and distributing opioids and other dangerous narcotics. Thirty state Medicaid Fraud Control Units also participated in today’s arrests. In addition, HHS announced today that from July 2017 to the present, it has excluded 2,700 individuals from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and all other Federal health care programs, which includes 587 providers excluded for conduct related to opioid diversion and abuse.

“Health care fraud is a betrayal of vulnerable patients, and often it is theft from the taxpayer,” said Attorney General Sessions. “In many cases, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists take advantage of people suffering from drug addiction in order to line their pockets. These are despicable crimes. That’s why this Department of Justice has taken historic new steps to go after fraudsters, including hiring more prosecutors and leveraging the power of data analytics. Today the Department of Justice is announcing the largest health care fraud enforcement action in American history. This is the most fraud, the most defendants, and the most doctors ever charged in a single operation—and we have evidence that our ongoing work has stopped or prevented billions of dollars’ worth of fraud. I want to thank our fabulous partners with the FBI, DEA, our Health Care Fraud task forces, HHS, the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, IRS Criminal Investigation, Medicare, and especially the more than 1,000 federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers from across America who made this possible. By every measure, we are more effective at finding and prosecuting medical fraud than ever.”

“Every dollar recovered in this year’s operation represents not just a taxpayer’s hard-earned money—it’s a dollar that can go toward providing healthcare for Americans in need,” said HHS Secretary Azar. “This year’s Takedown Day is a significant accomplishment for the American people, and every public servant involved should be proud of their work.”

3…………> Maryland Shooting: Fatalities

A gunman has opened fire at a local newspaper office in Maryland, killing five people and wounding many others when started shooting through a glass door into the newsroom.

Police said it was a targeted attack on the newspaper, which had recently received “violent” threats through social media, and a white male in his late 30s living in Maryland was arrested and is being questioned.

He has refused to co-operate with officers and a police source said that he had “damaged” his fingertips to avoid being identified, and was carrying fake grenades and smoke bombs in a backpack.

More than 170 people were escorted safely from the building

President Donald Trump was briefed on the shooting. He tweeted that his “thoughts and prayers” were with the victims and their families.

4…………> The China Connection: Fentanil

The Chinese triads have flooded the US opioid markets with a cheap fentanyl, hence reducing demand for poppies has devastated Guerrero communities,

since the drug cartels are buying much less opium paste from growers

Thirty years ago, a kilo of opium paste sold for as much as 80,000 pesos in the mountains of the southern state of Guerrero, but now the same product fetches just 5,000 pesos (the US $250) or 16 times less.

The drastic price slump — exacerbated recently by a reduction in demand for opium paste due to its substitution in heroin production with the synthetic opioid fentanyl — has had a devastating impact on the Sierra region, which is located in the geographical center of the state.

“I’ve been living in this place uninterruptedly for 35 years and 90% of the people here grow poppies, there’s no reason to fool ourselves,” a local resident told the newspaper Milenio.

“Thirty years ago, a kilo [of opium paste] was bought for 50,000 or 80,000 pesos. The farmers handed it over to the narcos, who paid very well . . . They took care of transporting it to the clandestine laboratories and distributing it,” he explained.

As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch cover short at 24,350.

We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. 1…………> “Dark Net” Vendors: Arrested

ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in New York, working with its law enforcement partners, conducted an unprecedented operation to infiltrate and destabilize U.S. based Darknet vendors operating across multiple markets around the country.

Special Agents of HSI New York, in coordination with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, posed as a money launderer on Darknet market sites, exchanging U.S. currency for virtual currency. Through this operation, HSI New York was able to identify numerous vendors of illicit goods, leading to the opening of more than 90 active cases around the country. The Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section (MLARS) of the Department of Justice’s Criminal Division, working with more than 40 U.S. Attorney’s Offices throughout the country, coordinated the nationwide investigation of over 65 targets, that lead to the arrest and impending prosecution of more than 35 Darknet vendors.

“The Darknet is ever-changing and increasingly more intricate, making locating and targeting those selling illicit items on this platform more complicated. But in this case, HSI special agents were able to walk amongst those in the cyber underworld to find those vendors who sell highly addictive drugs for a profit,” said Acting HSI Executive Associate Director Benner. “The veil has been lifted. HSI has infiltrated the Darknet, and together with its law enforcement partners nationwide, it has proven, once again, that every criminal is within arm’s reach of the law,” Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein said.

“Criminals who think that they are safe on the Darknet are wrong. We can expose their networks, and we are determined to bring them to justice. Today, we arrested more than 35 alleged Darknet vendors. We seized their weapons, their drugs, and $23.6 million of their ill-gotten gains. This nationwide enforcement effort will reduce the supply of deadly drugs like fentanyl that are killing an unprecedented number of Americans. I want to thank our federal prosecutors, and the dedicated federal agents with DEA, Homeland Security Investigations, the Postal Inspection Service, and the Secret Service for their outstanding work.”

2…………> Securities Fraud: MA

A former executive vice president of State Street Bank & Trust identified as

Ross McLellan, 47, of Hingham, Massachusetts was convicted by a federal jury in Boston in connection with engaging in a scheme to defraud at least six of the bank’s clients through secret commissions applied to billions of dollars of securities trades.

“State Street’s clients, including institutional investors managing pensions for retirees, entrusted McLellan and his subordinates to transition billions of dollars in assets,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General John Cronan. “Rather than living up to the responsibility to act in their clients’ best interests, McLellan and his co-conspirators stole from these victims by charging hidden commissions and then lying about the scheme to cover their tracks. This conviction is a testament to the dedication of the FBI and prosecutors in the Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney’s Office to protecting innocent investors by investigating and prosecuting complex financial crimes.”
In April 2016, McLellan, a former executive vice president of State Street who served as global head of its Portfolio Solutions Group and president of its U.S. broker-dealer, was indicted with Edward Pennings, 47, of Surrey, England, a former senior managing director of State Street and the head of its Portfolio Solutions Group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As established by the evidence at trial, between February 2010 and September 2011, McLellan, Pennings and Richard Boomgaardt, 44, of Sevenoaks, England, a former managing director of State Street, conspired to add secret commissions to fixed income and equity trades performed for at least six clients of the bank’s “transition management” business, which helps institutional clients move their investments between and among asset managers or liquidate large investment portfolios. The commissions were charged on top of fees the clients had agreed to pay the bank and despite written instructions to the bank’s traders that generally reflected that the clients were not to be charged trading commissions. McLellan, Pennings, and Boomgaardt took steps to hide the commissions from the clients and others within the bank, including by directing that the commissions not be broken out in post-trade reports.

3…………>  Sore Losers: Dem’s States AG

Despite a decision by US Supreme court upholding President Trump’s administration’s travel ban, an LA federal judge has ordered that migrant children and their parents who were separated when they crossed into the US should be reunited within 30 days, an injunction in a case related to DOJ “zero-tolerance” immigration policy.

In a new wave of hostility towards the policy of breaking up families at the Mexico border, 17 US states, identified as
Massachusetts, Washington, New York, California, Delaware, Iowa, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia plus the District of Columbia have launched a lawsuit to terminate the policy.

4…………> Back In Manila Bay: CVN76

The aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) and Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruisers USS Antietam (CG 54) and USS Chancellorsville (CG 62) arrived in Manila, Philippines, for a regularly scheduled port visit, June 26.

“Manila is one of the favorite port visits for Sailors in the Pacific thanks to the beauty and welcoming people of the Philippines,” said Rear Adm. Marc Dalton, commander, Task Force 70. “I’m very proud of all the Sailors in this task force. They are dedicated, capable, professionals and they are the core of the United States Navy, and they allow this task force to conduct its operations.”

5…………> Trump To Meet Putin: Austria

President  Trump’s national security adviser John Bolton met President Putin in the Kremlin as a prelude for talks intended to set the stage for a US-Russian summit, a first step toward improving ties.

“Your visit to Moscow raises hopes that we may make the first steps in the restoration of fully-fledged relations between our governments,” Mr. Putin said, adding that Russia “has never been seeking confrontation” with the US, offering to discuss what can be done to “restore full-fledged relations based on equality and mutual respect.”

Mr. Bolton said he was looking forward to discussing “how to improve Russia-US relations and find areas where we can agree and make progress together.”

He added that when Moscow and Washington had differences in the past, Russian and US leaders still met.

“Even in earlier days when our countries had differences, our leaders and their advisers met, and I think that was good for both countries, good for civility in the world,” Mr. Bolton said, emphasizing that “President Trump feels very strongly on that subject.”

Vienna, Austria has been mentioned as a possible location for such a meeting, but no details have been made public.

Is Trump fear creeping into Cuomo’s timbers?

2…………> Trash Worst Friend: Enzyme

With the landmass of livable earth and world’s ocean overflowing with human waste and trash, an infamous consequence of “our way of life”, gifted and concerned scientists in Britain and the United States have created a plastic-eating enzyme that could one day help in the fight against pollution and clean-up the environment.

The precious enzyme was discovered in a waste recycling center in Japan and is able to digest polyethylene terephthalate or PET, the notorious plastic that has flooded our celestial home with billions of plastic bottles and related trash, an event that has created an ugly dialectic contradiction to our never-ending “go, Johny go” irresponsible lifestyle.

A story of stupidity, complete disregard to human rights and norms became evident when two female pimps and a policeman have been sentenced to long jail terms for offering teenage girls as “dessert” for visiting officials in Thailand.

Branded with a custom “owl” tattoo as a proud attestation of being part of the prostitution ring,  young women were invited to lavish dinners for visiting VIP guests and then sold into sex trade.

Judging from sentences handed out, the Criminal Court in Bangkok was not amused by this outrage, sending police senior sergeant major Yutthachai Thongchai to 320 years in prison on charges of human trafficking and prostitution offences, and co-conspirators Piyathat Papthiensuwan, 31,  to 176 years in jail, and 27-year-old Piyawan Sookmak to a 167-year prison term for recruiting the teenagers.

Don’t you like the numbers above? A lot of the talking heads of the “Deep State,” parallel US government and their “la gumbas” in the alligator-infested D.C. swamp who have broken numerous laws and so far have been able to get away with it, may have to be sent to the same court in Thailand for another judicial look.

4………….> Planned Bombing: Kansas City

Three men from the southwest Kansas area identified as Patrick Eugene Stein, 49, of Wright, Kansas, Curtis Allen, 50, of Liberal, Kansas, and Gavin Wright, 49, of Beaver County, Oklahoma, were convicted on one count of conspiracy to violate the housing rights of their intended victims, stemming from the defendants’ plot to blow up an apartment complex by detonating a bomb where Somali Muslim immigrants lived.

“The Department of Justice is resolute every day in fighting terrorist threats to the United States, both foreign and domestic,” said Attorney General Jeff Sessions. “The defendants, in this case, acted with clear premeditation in an attempt to kill people on the basis of their religion and national origin. That’s not just illegal—it’s immoral and unacceptable, and we’re not going to stand for it. Today’s verdict is a significant victory against domestic terrorism and hate crimes, and I want to thank everyone who helped bring the defendants to justice—the dedicated professionals with our National Security and Civil Rights Divisions, our United States Attorney’s office in Kansas, the FBI, and our state and local partners. Law enforcement saved lives in this case.”

5…………> WV Drug Rings Busted: ICE

In response to a growing opiate epidemic and violent crime in southern West Virginia, United States Attorney Stuart announced the formation of Project Huntington on March 15th alongside federal, state and local law enforcement partners. Today, in a takedown of federal and state targets, nearly 100 defendants have been targeted for arrest including the execution of Operation Saigon Sunset and related search warrants in Huntington, WV. It is believed that today’s actions will result in the dismantling of the Peterson Drug Trafficking Organization (DTO), a major multi-state heroin and fentanyl distribution network. In addition to the dismantling of the Peterson DTO, federal, state and local law enforcement are executing arrests for related violent elements including narcotics and firearms targets.

Today’s actions break down as follows:

At least 15 individuals involved in the Peterson DTO have been charged in a federal indictment in the Southern District of West Virginia with conspiracy to distribute heroin and fentanyl;
15 individuals involved in the Peterson DTO were indicted yesterday in Cabell County Circuit Court on state charges;
Additional members of the Peterson DTO will be arrested and charged in Detroit;
13 individuals involved in narcotics and/or firearms that have been charged in federal indictments in the Southern District of West Virginia; and
At least 48 individuals are targeted for arrest on various narcotics, violent crime, and firearms-related charges at the federal or state level as determined by the circumstances of each matter.

As an indication of the scale of the operation, over 200 federal, state and local law enforcement officers took part in today’s take-down effort. The West Virginia National Guard also provided a number of officers in a support function to the operation.

“Our great country has never seen drug deaths like we’re seeing today,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said. “Under President Trump’s strong leadership, the Department of Justice has taken historic new actions to put drug traffickers in jail and keep dangerous drugs out of the wrong hands. I want to thank all of our partners at DEA, FBI, ATF, the Marshals Service, Homeland Security Investigations, as well as our fabulous partners at the state and local levels for their hard work. Today’s charges against at least 90 defendants will help make the people of West Virginia and Michigan safer from the threat of dangerous drugs—and they bring us one step closer to ending the opioid epidemic.”

1…………> Cartel Mule Arrested: Mexico

A large haul of cash was among three seizures made by authorities in Baja California this week as Federal Police arrested a man who was unable to produce documentation confirming the origin of a shipment which, upon further inspection, consisted of 31 sacks containing cash in various denominations to retrieve a shipment of US $10 million that had arrived by plane at Tijuana International Airport.

In another search in the same airport, a police canine unit raised the alarm over a piece of luggage that on the first inspection appeared to be boxes of antacid and painkiller medications, that in fact turned out to be 295 fentanyl pills, while the other boxes, purportedly painkillers, contained controlled substances.

2…………> Jalisco vs Zetas: Bloody Feud

Puebla gangster Roberto “El Bukanas” de los Santos de Jesús, a soldier of the Zetas cartel, had gained control of the so-called Red Triangle region of the state whose big attraction is the important Minatitlán-Mexico City fuel pipeline.

But the fight for the profitable fuel theft business from the states of Veracruz and Tamaulipas ignited the inevitable violence between the gangs and their leaders, leading to shootouts between huachicoleros, aka fuel thieves, in which 12 people were killed, including gang leader Jesús “El Kalimba” Martín Mirón, the victim of an internal quarrel. He was sought not only by the authorities but by his own gang, the CJNG, and was reportedly in the process of altering his face and removing his fingerprints through plastic surgery.

Martín’s death triggered a series of executions throughout the state, despite the deployment of a 600-strong force by the Army and the Navy.

3…………> DACA Is Dead: Trump

President Trump reasserted his opposition to legalizing the status of hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants brought to the United States as children, aka “Dreamers” by declaring that the Republicans should “go to Nuclear Option to pass tough laws [on illegal migrants] NOW”, and accused Mexico of doing “very little, if not NOTHING”, to stop migrants crossing its northern border.

Mr. Trump’s tweets referred to “caravans” coming, a possible reference to a caravan of more than 1,000 migrants, mostly Hondurans with their families, traveling together through Mexico to try to protect themselves against criminal gangs and harassment on their way to claim asylum once they reach the US border.

Mr. Trump’s tweets were met with scorn on Tweeter, including criticism from his former rival for the Republican presidential nomination, Ohio Gov. John “Pothole”  Kasich.

4…………> Colorful Easter Parade: New York

Dogs in colorful outfits are seen during the Easter Bonnet Parade in New York, the United States, April 1, 2018. The annual Easter Bonnet Parade took place on the Fifth Avenue of Manhattan near the Saint Patrick’s Cathedral on Sunday. Adults, children, and even pets in creative colorful bonnets and outfits participated in the event, which also attracted thousands of local residents and tourists. The pageant is a New York City tradition that stretches back to the 1870s.

5…………> Living Planet: The Mekong under threat

The Mekong is the longest river in South-East Asia. Over 70 million people, living in six different countries, depend on this river for their livelihoods. But development is putting the ecosystem here under threat. Sand mines and hydro-electric power stations are changing the water quality, blocking fish migration routes and crippling the stability of the river banks.

1…………> Islamic State: Dormant Cancer(Video)

Despite current “politically correct” headlines about the “complete destruction” of the “Islamic State of Levant” in Syria and Iraq, the jihadist group has found roots in Africa, Philippines and Asia, still presenting a real and imminent danger to the civilized world.

2,232 Pages of Madness: Trump’s Budget

With champagne bottles popping, smiles all around and the sweet scent of freshly printed dollar bills about to flood the pockets of defense contractors who will be paid to build two “Gerald Ford” like carriers in a single year, instead of one, Congressional leaders led by Paul “Romney Jr.” Ryan, Mitch “Harry’s Twin” McConnell and Charles “I cried tears for the Muslims” Schumer, are finalizing a sweeping, monstrous $1.3 trillion budget bill that substantially boosts military and domestic spending but deprives President Donald Trump some of his border wall money and takes only incremental steps to address gun violence.

Talks continued into Wednesday evening before the 2,232-page text was finally released.

“No bill of this size is perfect,” Ryan said. “But this legislation addresses important priorities and makes us stronger at home and abroad.”

Really Paul? The deficits are about to top Obama’s 1 trillion for the next three years, the Chinese are switching oil futures to yuan backed SDR instead of US dollar, and the National debt is already 21 trillion dollars.

That “financial outrage” has drawn opposition from some fiscal conservatives and could make passage a potentially tricky process.

“It’s a good thing we have Republican control of Congress or the Democrats might bust the budget caps, fund planned parenthood, and Obamacare, and sneak gun control without due process into an Omni … wait, what?” Sen Rand Paul tweeted.

3…………> Mans’s Inspiration: IS

Erick Jamal Hendricks, 37, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was convicted today by a jury in Akron, Ohio, of attempting and conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization.

“Erick Jamal Hendricks represents the significant online ISIS threat that we face daily – a US citizen that becomes radicalized online and attempts to recruit and train individuals to commit jihad, all while on American soil,” said Special Agent in Charge Anthony. “The FBI urges the public to report information regarding individuals pledging their allegiance to ISIS or other identified terrorist groups. The FBI is pleased that Hendricks was stopped before he was successful and now will spend a significant amount of time behind bars.”

According to court documents and trial testimony, Hendricks tried to recruit people to train together and conduct terrorist attacks in the United States on behalf of ISIS, including Amir Al-Ghazi who was arrested after attempting to purchase an AK-47 assault rifle and ammunition, and “brothers” Elton Simpson and Nadir Hamid Soofi who became part of an organized terrorist attack.

4…………> Fentanyl Bust: Ohio

Two men and a woman from Texas are in custody Wednesday after authorities seized a package of fentanyl destined for Ohio.

“Fentanyl is a dangerous synthetic opioid with deadly consequences for users and those in law enforcement,” said HSI Detroit Special Agent in Charge Steve Francis. “This significant seizure clearly demonstrates HSI’s resolve to combatting the ongoing epidemic affecting Ohio, which we redoubled last week by pledging increased resources in the state.”

The seizure comes days after ICE and Ohio officials announced that HSI special agents had trained more than 300 law enforcement personnel in the state on “Darknet” and virtual currency, which is increasingly how synthetic opioids are purchased.

“The fentanyl seized last night is enough to kill everyone in Toledo several times over,” said U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio Justin Herdman. “This is a great example of law enforcement working together to make our community safer.”

5………..> An International Assassin: Canada

Amor M. Ftouhi, 50, of Montreal, Canada, who was previously indicted in July 2017, for charges relating to an attack on a Bishop Airport officer in Flint, Michigan, was charged today with an additional offense of committing an act of terrorism transcending national boundaries.

According to court records, Mr. Ftouhi entered the United States from Canada for the purpose of killing government personnel in the United States. Before entering the United States on June 16, 2017, while in Canada, Mr. Ftouhi conducted online research of American gun laws and for gun shows in Michigan. Mr. Ftouhi subsequently traveled to Michigan where he was unsuccessful in purchasing a gun and purchased a knife instead. On June 20, 2017, Mr. Ftouhi walked up to the victim, who is a lieutenant with the Bishop Airport Authority and was in full uniform, and stabbed the police officer in the neck with a knife. Mr. Ftouhi referenced killings in Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and yelled “Allahu Akbar.” After his arrest, Mr. Ftouhi told law enforcement that he was a “soldier of Allah” and subscribed to the ideology of al-Qaeda and Usama bin Laden.

1…………> Fighting Tigers Saving Lives: West Pacific

Crewmembers assigned to the “Fighting Tigers” of Patrol Squadron Eight (VP-8) rescued three fishermen Feb. 20, whose 19-foot vessel was adrift in the South Pacific for eight days, carrying food and water, but no safety equipment or radios on a fishing expedition near Chuuk Lagoon in the Federated States of Micronesia.

Navy’s newest maritime patrol aircraft, the P-8A Poseidon, which is equipped with an advanced APY-10 multifunction radar and MX-20 camera system,  located the ship in distress after only three hours and the aircrew deployed a UNI-PAC II Search and Rescue (SAR) kit, that include medical supplies, food, water, communications and signaling equipment.

Three “Hip, Hip, Hooray” for the lucky fishermen, and their brave Navy brothers.

2…………> Coward In Uniform: Florida Shooting

A school resource deputy named Deputy Scot Peterson who was on patrol at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, resigned after video surveillance showed he never entered the school, waiting four minutes even though he knew there was a shooting taking place, authorities said.

Sheriff Scott Israel during a press conference Thursday said video showed Peterson arriving at the west side of the building where the shooting took place. Peterson, Israel said, took up a position but “never went in.”

3…………> Our Chinese Partners: US Opioid Crisis

“I go to bed thinking about those 1,400 people we lost in 2016 every night,” Van Ingram’s voice cracks as he describes the toll opioid drug abuse has exacted on his home state of Kentucky.

“I think about it every day when I get up. It’s somebody’s son, somebody’s daughter, somebody’s mother, somebody’s father, somebody’s sister, somebody’s friend. The human toll is just unimaginable.”

Million of packages enter the US from abroad through the postal service, and even though state and federal governments try to crack down on legally prescribed opioid medication, addicts and dealers are using the dark web and the US mail as a new way to acquire increasingly potent – and deadly – drugs, like fentanyl. In fact, medical professionals reported the small town down in Appalachia with about 10,000 inhabitants, recorded a shipment of 1,000,000 opioid pills.

“If you overexpose a society or culture to cheap, plentiful food, you’ll have an obesity epidemic,” Ingram says. “If you overexpose a culture to opioids, you’re going to have an opioid epidemic. And it wasn’t just Kentucky that got overexposed. We just got overexposed first.”

4…………> Pedophiles Deported: DOJ

The Department of Justice today filed denaturalization lawsuits against five individuals who, according to the Department’s complaints, unlawfully procured their United States citizenship by concealing their sexual abuse of minor victims during the naturalization process.

The civil complaints were filed in federal court in the Eastern District of California, the District of Maryland, the Middle District of North Carolina, and the Southern District of Texas (two cases), against Ricardo De Leon of Mexico, Christian Oribello Eguilosof of the Philippines, Carlos Noe Gallegos of Mexico, Alwin Farouk Gariba of Guyana, and Moises Javier Lopez of  Colombia.

“Those who wish to become American citizens ought to respect our laws and seek citizenship lawfully and honestly,” said Attorney General Jeff Sessions. “Anyone who lies, misleads, or omits critical information in an attempt to evade the requirements for naturalization undermines the credibility of our nation’s generous lawful immigration system. This Justice Department will continue to seek out fraudsters and bring them to justice by obtaining orders revoking their naturalized citizenship.”

5…………>  Market Report 02/22/2018, cover shortstop 24,850, CG(6242), 11/22/17

Short position closed at 24912, triggering cover short stop at 24500 with an indicated gain of 1900 DIA points upon closing the short position. Long DIA position was established at 24500 with a stop at 24600 was closed for a gain of 312 points. A new short position was re-established at 24550 with a cover short stop at 24600 for a loss of 50 points, later indexed down at closing to 24000 for a paper gain of 550 points. A market reversal triggered cover short position close at 24000 for a zero gain, new position long at 24,000, sell stop triggered at 24900 for a gain of 900 DIA points.

Short position at 24850 was covered for a gain of 50 DIA points, and new long position established at 24900, sell stop at 24850 for a loss of 50 DIA points.

Stock market old timers have said that “you buy the rumor, and sell the news”, and that is exactly what is happening right now, with Democrats screaming murder as a close look at the new FISA memos that are suggesting an incredible Constitutional crisis brewing, a crisis that may reach the very leaders of the “opposition party”. DIA resistance is in the 27,000 area, with supports at 24135, 21354 and 18900 level, US dollar in a downtrend, resistance at 1.003319 CHF, support at .92 and 0.9: Gold in an uptrend, watch break resistance of 1377 to be taken soon. The massive Fed balance sheet contraction will result in a $600 billion dollars being dumped on the credit markets each quarter, a leftover of the horrendous $4.3 trillion money printing of Obama’s septic tank that will surely exert a severe pressure on stocks and financial assets.

We warned long ago that an organized attempt to remove President Trump from office is underway, and if this activity is not curtailed soon, the market will open on gap below 20,000 with next stop 17300 and 11800 support levels.

Stocks were up 165 to 24,962, DJ futures at +63

Gold up to 1330.5 and USD/CHF down to 0.9329 due to intervention crosscurrents. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 24,850. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World Disorder.

1…………> Trump’s Candy Shop: C’mon Over

Declaring America is “open for business” under his leadership, US President Donald Trump has told a gathering of political and business elites that despite the economic growth taking place in the US, he won’t turn blind eye to unfair trade, and called for sovereign nations to cooperate towards shared goals.

“As President of the United States, I will always put American first just as the leaders of other countries should put their countries first,” Mr Trump said.

“When the United States grows, so does the world,” Mr Trump said.

“American prosperity has created countless jobs around the globe and the drive for excellence, creativity and innovation in the United States has led to important discoveries that help people everywhere live more prosperous and healthier lives,” President Trump concluded.

As Forum chairman Klaus Schwab introduced him to the audience, the President said it was not until he became a politician that he realized “how nasty, how mean, how vicious and how fake the press can be”, a remark that drew “boos” from some politically correct types.

“America is open for business and we are competitive once again. We support free trade but it needs to be fair and it needs to be reciprocal,” Mr Trump said.

2………..> The Pervert Invasion: Nassar MD

The entire board of the US Gymnastics authority is set to resign in the wake of the scandal involving the sexual abuse of more than 150 female athletes by former team doctor Larry Nasser, with 5 directors, 2 sporting officials resigning from Michigan State University

Nasser, 54, was sentenced to between 40 and 175 years in prison following a week of testimony by his victims, and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) threatened to strip the gymnastics body of its power if all 21 board directors did not resign by next week.

3…………> New Kid On The Block: PLA

In its trek to develop cutting-edge technologies in order to become the new military tech superpower, China has selected 120 top specialists with PhD degrees to work in a leading research institute on artificial intelligence and quantum technologies for military applications.

“President Xi Jinping has launched a massive overhaul and modernization of the country’s military and he said in a speech given to the military science academy last July that China should aim at building world-class military technology institutes,” the South China Morning Post reported.

“Nullifying via asymmetrical means the general US military superiority in envisaged regional flashpoints such as the Taiwan Strait,”  was identified by      military expert as China’s aim to enter into these military tech fields.

4…………> Tres Pistoleros: Multipolar World

Mr Trump’s first 100 days as President have dramatically demonstrated the phenomenon of a global power shift, a shift that despite all the rhetoric about “making America great again” has demonstrated US limited capacity to impose its will on the rest of world: i.e. starting with dedicated and dangerous rivals like Russia and China, US now is facing two centres of power that are no longer willing to comply with America’s interests and priorities, a stark reality visible everywhere, in international trade and finance, diplomacy, and numerous conflicts around the world.

Despite increase US military spending by $54 billion, launching
59 Tomahawk missiles against an air force base in Syria, dropping the most powerful non-nuclear bomb in its arsenal on a cave and tunnel complex in eastern Afghanistan, and threatening military action against North Korea, it appears that utility of military power is diminishing.

US still remains a bankrupt country with National debt of 20.7 trillion dollars and still going up, a divided government where President Trump has no control over his own Department of Justice, just to mention few, and “Fake news media” that is a mouthpiece of the Council of Foreign Relations, a globalist contraption that raised China to be world 2nd superpower.

Are America’s enemies smelling “blood in the water”? Don’t bet against it, since the chairman of the Planetary Commission, our very own Comrade George Soros said yesterday that Trump will be out not later that 2020, if not sooner.,-russia-and-china-a-tale-of-big-egos-and-profound-mistrust/8472892

5………..> Killer #1: Fentanyl

“We must keep this poison off our streets and out of our communities. Fentanyl (synthetic opioid that is 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine) is now the number one killer, surpassing heroin, prescription drugs, and car accidents as the leading cause of accidental death,” Sen. Rob Portman’s said of this deadly epidemic that has ravaged his home state of Ohio, and in fact the whole of Appalachia.

“This bipartisan investigation has uncovered how incredibly easy it is to buy these deadly drugs online and have them shipped here through the mail. Agencies like the Postal Service, U.S. Customs and Border Projection, and the State Department must redouble their efforts to keep illicit opioids from reaching our shores,” Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio continued.
An investigative report by a Senate subcommittee shows that drug makers in China are funneling opioids such as fentanyl into the United States through the mail, with American government agencies doing little to stop it.
