1…………> Criminal Justice Reform: Trump

.

“With President Trump leading the way, the push is on to get serious criminal justice reform done by Christmas. Resisters on the left and right would be fools to stand in the way,” the New York Post editorial board writes. Earlier this week, President Trump called on Congress to pass the FIRST STEP Act, which would fund educational and vocational training programs in U.S. prisons while easing specific mandatory-minimum sentencing rules.

“Trump has it right: “We’re all better off when former inmates can receive [a second chance] and re-enter society as law-abiding, productive citizens,” the Post’s editors write.

2…………> Medal Of Honor: Trump

.

“President Trump will award the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Friday to seven recipients, including a trio of former professional athletes. It is fair to say this year’s recipients have done just that,” according to Tom Joyce reporting for the Washington Examiner. The Medal of Freedom is awarded to “individuals who have made especially meritorious contributions to the security or national interests of the United States, to world peace, or cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.”

3…………>Acosta Cheat The Hangman: Judge

CNN has been a frequent target of Trump’s furor against media outlets, which he calls “fake news” and “the enemy of the people” had a winning day in court when a federal judge in Washington ordered the Trump’s administration to immediately return the White House credential for CNN’s Jim Acosta.

“I want to thank all of my colleagues in the press who supported us this week,” Acosta said outside of the federal courthouse shortly after U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Kelly issued his decision. “Let’s get back to work.” CNN is suing on the basis that Acosta’s constitutional rights were allegedly violated by the White House when it suspended his credential indefinitely. At issue in CNN’s suit are the First and Fifth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantee a free press and due process respectively. The Trump administration has argued it has “broad discretion” in granting White House access to journalists covering the president as it sought to justify the removal of Acosta’s credential following a heated exchange with Trump.

4…………> The Caravan vs. US Law: Trouble Ahead

.

Around 2,000 migrants that are part of a more massive 7,000-strong caravan have reached the region of the Mexican city of Tijuana bordering the U.S., exceeding its capacity to host only 700 people and forcing the authorities to open a stadium and a sports complex for the use. The migrants are expected to wait at the border for days as U.S. officials can handle around 100 migrant applications daily, with about 2300 children among the migrant’s crowd. U.S. President Donald Trump has been very vocal about the caravan, calling it an “invasion” and saying the military will meet it.

“Many Gang Members and some evil people are mixed into the Caravan heading to our Southern Border. Please go back. You will not be admitted into the United States unless you go through the legal process. This is an invasion of our Country, and our Military is waiting for you!” he tweeted.

The caravan is comprised of around 3,500 people as it draws near the U.S. border. While beginning in Honduras, it reached a peak of 7,000 people as many from other Central American nations joined in the 1,553-mile (2,500-kilometer) journey to reach the U.S. by foot. The caravan mostly consists of Hondurans who are fleeing from violence and poverty in their home country. On Monday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced they would be closing multiple lanes at their ports of entry in anticipation of the migrant caravans.

5…………> The Age Of Dreams Or Age Of Madness: Sex Dolls

.

A trek in a Chinese sex-doll factory is forcing us to consider the proposition that may destroy society and its underlying assumptions as we know it since the beginning of time: The free market rejection of male and female partners in favor of AI able sex clones. Any judicial suggestions? Is this Chinese new industry a natural derivative of visionist entrepreneurs, or a deliberate attempt by the Chinese Communists Secret Services to shake the already doomed Western World very basic covenants?

Whether you love or hate him, Trump’s ascendancy to the presidency was a once-in-a-century miracle. He was literally the Man Without a Party, yet beat 16 primary competitors and an opponent whose victory was her “manifest destiny.” It was a political feat unequaled in history.

2…………> Al-Baghdadi Gamble: Iran

The shadowy Daesh terrorist leader who has been rumored to be hiding out on the Syrian-Iraqi border since May and reported killed or incapacitated by US or Russian air and artillery strikes on multiple occasions, may have cheated the hangman again by few precious minutes, when Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched six surface-to-surface ballistic missiles at terrorists in response to the September 22 terrorist attack on a military parade in the southern Iranian city of Ahvaz which left 25 people dead and dozens more injured.

The Iranian strikes did succeed in liquidating Ali al-Mashadani, al-Baghdadi’s deputy, as well as several other Daesh leaders, according to Jabbar al-Maamouri, leader of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, who told Iraqi media that the Iranian missile strike in Syria earlier this month was aimed in part at liquidating Daesh (ISIS)* leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and that only his lateness to a meeting of militant commanders saved him from certain death.

3………….>  Take This Dollar & Shove It: India & Brick Block

Russian President Vladimir Putin called Washington’s sanctions policy a “colossal strategic mistake” which has only served to undermine the dollar’s credibility as a global reserve currency, as India’s Central Bank and Ministry of Finance are exploring the feasibility of rupee and barter-based trade agreements with crude oil producing nations such as Russia, Iran, and Venezuela, according to the Times of India newspaper.

One example of this new and critical relationship is the possible scheme of trading Indian pharmaceuticals for Venezuelan oil, with other venues including rupee-yuan trade with China, deals using the euro instead of the dollar, and the promotion of gold-related initiatives, such as gold-denominated savings accounts and sovereign bonds, and measures to cut gold imports.

4…………> ” Down With Soros”: Trump

President Trump accused the billionaire investor and liberal donor George Soros of bankrolling the protesters converging on Washington D.C. against the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, and the women who confronted Republican senators in elevators in Capitol Hill over Kavanaugh’s nomination of being “paid professionals only looking to make Senators look bad.”

“The very rude elevator screamers are paid professionals only looking to make Senators look bad. Don’t fall for it!,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Also, look at all of the professionally made the same signs. Paid for by Soros and others. These are not signs made in the basement from love!”

(Please read the tweet above in Post 1).

The accusations came just ahead of a procedural vote in the Senate on Kavanaugh, who has been accused of sexual misconduct. The senators on Friday backed a decision to hold a final vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination. The majority could scarcely have been tighter, with the motion carrying 51-49.
The final confirmation vote is expected on Saturday.

5…………> “Yes” To Cavanaugh: US Senate Test Vote

The US Senate has narrowly advanced President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to a final vote of 51-49 in favor, a test of support for the embattled nominee who has faced sexual assault allegations from several women.
All eyes are on several swing senators for Saturday’s final vote of Judge Kavanaugh’s whose confirmation would tilt America’s highest court in favor of conservatives.
The nine-member panel has the final say on issues such as abortion, gun control, and voting rules, with justices appointed for life.
