1…………> Criminal Justice Reform: Trump

“With President Trump leading the way, the push is on to get serious criminal justice reform done by Christmas. Resisters on the left and right would be fools to stand in the way,” the New York Post editorial board writes. Earlier this week, President Trump called on Congress to pass the FIRST STEP Act, which would fund educational and vocational training programs in U.S. prisons while easing specific mandatory-minimum sentencing rules.

“Trump has it right: “We’re all better off when former inmates can receive [a second chance] and re-enter society as law-abiding, productive citizens,” the Post’s editors write.

2…………> Medal Of Honor: Trump

“President Trump will award the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Friday to seven recipients, including a trio of former professional athletes. It is fair to say this year’s recipients have done just that,” according to Tom Joyce reporting for the Washington Examiner. The Medal of Freedom is awarded to “individuals who have made especially meritorious contributions to the security or national interests of the United States, to world peace, or cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.”

3…………>Acosta Cheat The Hangman: Judge

CNN has been a frequent target of Trump’s furor against media outlets, which he calls “fake news” and “the enemy of the people” had a winning day in court when a federal judge in Washington ordered the Trump’s administration to immediately return the White House credential for CNN’s Jim Acosta.

“I want to thank all of my colleagues in the press who supported us this week,” Acosta said outside of the federal courthouse shortly after U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Kelly issued his decision. “Let’s get back to work.” CNN is suing on the basis that Acosta’s constitutional rights were allegedly violated by the White House when it suspended his credential indefinitely. At issue in CNN’s suit are the First and Fifth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantee a free press and due process respectively. The Trump administration has argued it has “broad discretion” in granting White House access to journalists covering the president as it sought to justify the removal of Acosta’s credential following a heated exchange with Trump.

4…………> The Caravan vs. US Law: Trouble Ahead

Around 2,000 migrants that are part of a more massive 7,000-strong caravan have reached the region of the Mexican city of Tijuana bordering the U.S., exceeding its capacity to host only 700 people and forcing the authorities to open a stadium and a sports complex for the use. The migrants are expected to wait at the border for days as U.S. officials can handle around 100 migrant applications daily, with about 2300 children among the migrant’s crowd. U.S. President Donald Trump has been very vocal about the caravan, calling it an “invasion” and saying the military will meet it.

“Many Gang Members and some evil people are mixed into the Caravan heading to our Southern Border. Please go back. You will not be admitted into the United States unless you go through the legal process. This is an invasion of our Country, and our Military is waiting for you!” he tweeted.

The caravan is comprised of around 3,500 people as it draws near the U.S. border. While beginning in Honduras, it reached a peak of 7,000 people as many from other Central American nations joined in the 1,553-mile (2,500-kilometer) journey to reach the U.S. by foot. The caravan mostly consists of Hondurans who are fleeing from violence and poverty in their home country. On Monday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced they would be closing multiple lanes at their ports of entry in anticipation of the migrant caravans.

5…………> The Age Of Dreams Or Age Of Madness: Sex Dolls

A trek in a Chinese sex-doll factory is forcing us to consider the proposition that may destroy society and its underlying assumptions as we know it since the beginning of time: The free market rejection of male and female partners in favor of AI able sex clones. Any judicial suggestions? Is this Chinese new industry a natural derivative of visionist entrepreneurs, or a deliberate attempt by the Chinese Communists Secret Services to shake the already doomed Western World very basic covenants?

1…………> Air Force Medal Of Honor: 1st Since Vietnam

Yesterday, President Trump presented the Medal of Honor to a fallen hero, Technical Sergeant John A. Chapman of the United States Air Force, who died serving in Afghanistan 16 years ago. Sergeant Chapman is the first member of the U.S. Air Force to receive the Medal of Honor since the Vietnam War.

On March 4, 2002, on Takur Ghar mountain in Afghanistan, Sergeant Chapman’s aircraft came under heavy enemy fire and was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade. One teammate was ejected from the plane, and the crippled helicopter crash-landed in the valley below.

Sergeant Chapman and the remaining joint special operations team members voluntarily returned to the snow-capped mountain—into the heart of a known enemy stronghold—in an attempt to rescue their stranded teammate. Sergeant Chapman charged into the enemy fire through harrowing conditions, seized an enemy bunker, and killed its enemy occupants. Despite severe wounds, he continued to fight relentlessly, sustaining a significant engagement with multiple enemy personnel before paying the ultimate sacrifice. Sergeant Chapman’s heroic actions, at the cost of his life, are credited with saving the lives of his teammates.

“Our nation is rich with blessings,” President Trump said yesterday. “But our greatest blessings of all are the patriots like John.”

2…………>The Opioids Children: Crisis Next Door

The opioids crisis touches Americans from all walks of life, responsible for more deaths than either car accidents or gun violence last year. Addiction tears up families everywhere from inner cities along the coasts to rural communities in the heartland. Some of its victims are the smallest, most vulnerable among us.

From 2000 to 2012, America saw a five-fold increase in the share of babies born with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS)—equivalent to one baby suffering from opiate withdrawal taken every 25 minutes, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Last year, 198 babies were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, for NAS. Today, President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will tour that facility, discussing the Administration’s three-part plan to halt the opioid crisis. The First Lady’s “Be Best” initiative also aims NAS, educating parents on the importance of healthy pregnancies. Last year, the First Lady visited Lily’s Place in West Virginia, where addiction recovery treatment is available to entire families.

3…………> Comrade Un Nukes: On Hold

The flaming US/China tariff’s war is apparently putting brake on de-nucleariztion dreams of Comrade Un, Mr.Xi and President Trump, leading to cancellation of Secretary Pompeo’s trip to Pyongyang, DPRK.

Secretary Pompeo looks forward to going to North Korea shortly, most likely after our Trading relationship with China is resolved. In the meantime, I would like to send my warmest regards and respect to Chairman Kim. I look forward to seeing him soon!

Additionally, because of our much tougher Trading stance with China, I do not believe they are helping with the process of denuclearization as they once were (despite the UN Sanctions which are in place)…

I have asked Secretary of State Mike Pompeo not to go to North Korea, at this time, because I feel we are not making sufficient progress concerning the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula…

4…………> The Swastica Games: Islamic Merkeldom Of Germany

Paragraph 86a of Germany’s penal code has banned “use of symbols of unconstitutional organizations” since the aftermath of World War II, in which the Nazis were defeated and their leaders put on trial for crimes against humanity. Banned are not only swastikas and associated symbols, like the runic insignia of the SS, but also the hammer and sickle of the Communist Party of Germany and the green, yellow and red pendant of the Kurdish YPG.

Following a recent revision of its law banning Nazi symbolism in media, the Islamic Merkeldom of Germany is set to allow a video game featuring swastikas to go on sale in the country for the first time.

5…………> Market Report 08/24/2018, sell stop 25600, CG(12,302), 11/22/17

Extended position at 24400, sell stop 25400 for a gain of 1000 DIA points closed. Short post established at 25380, covering short at 25300 for an increase of 80 DIA points. New position extended 25300, sell stop at 25600 for a gain of 300 DIA points.

Stocks up 133 to 25790, DJ futures +72, attempt to stage a short covering rally continuing due to anti-tariff talks with China.

Gold up to 1212.3 and USD/CHF down 0.99 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 25,600.
We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World Disorder.

2…………..> USS Ralph Johnson: Godspeed

On March 5, 1968, in an observation post overlooking the Quan Duc Valley, Marine Corps Pfc. Ralph Henry Johnson used his body to shield fellow Marines from a grenade, absorbing the blast and dying instantly. The Charleston native had only been in Vietnam for two months when he was killed at the age of 19. In recognition of his “conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity” during the Vietnam War he posthumously received the Medal of Honor, and now the Navy will commission its newest guided-missile destroyer, the future USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114), during a 10 a.m. EDT ceremony Saturday, March 24, at Columbus Street Pier in Charleston, South Carolina.

3…………> Spanish Treasure: Yutacan

A priceless stash of more than 300 gold pieces, including rings, buckles, crosses, brooches, cufflinks, bracelets, rosaries and toothpicks — as well as 74 encrusted emeralds among other items were discovered three years ago on a shallow reef, all parts of a Spanish treasure lost at sea after a shipwreck off the Yucatán coast in the 18th century.

According to Roberto Junco Sánchez, a researcher at the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH), the discovery of the treasure was purely accidental when an underwater archaeology team was mapping the site of a 19th-century shipwreck using a portable magnetometer just to record a signal from just outside the area it was surveying.

The signals led the team to a broken anchor, a golden rosary bead and dozens of silver coins, and the rest is now part of Mexican history.

4……………..> Nordic Window: Ancient Pedophile Culture

Norwegian police have documented 151 cases of sexual abuse, including child rape, in one small community of 2,000 people in a 900 feet deep fjord, a village named Tysfjord, north of the Arctic circle, a forgotten hamlet of some of Scandinavia’s earliest inhabitants called the Sami’s, a long lost tribe that still live in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia.  The offences occurred between the 1950s and 2017, but Sami people accounted for about two-thirds of the 83 victims and 92 of the perpetrators identified in the police report on sexual abuse,

5……….> Ready For War: PLA Air Force

After the unceremonious trespassing by US Navy carrier battle groups through what the Chinese government consider their backyard, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force recently conducted a high-sea training mission in the West Pacific and a joint combat patrol mission in the South China Sea, according to an air force spokesperson.

Shen Jinke, a spokesperson for the PLA Air Force, said a formation, including H-6K bombers, Su-30 and Su-35 fighters, carried out a real combat training mission in the West Pacific via the Miyako Strait to improve high-sea combat readiness.

The PLA Air Force will continue to safeguard national sovereignty and security, as well as support the country’s peaceful development through high-sea training and combat patrol missions, according to Shen.
