President Donald J. Trump Announces Intent to Nominate Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court of the United States

Today, President Donald J. Trump announced his intent to nominate Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to fill the Supreme Court vacancy created by Justice Anthony Kennedy’s assumption of senior status.

The nomination of Judge Kavanaugh comes after a selection process marked by a historic degree of transparency, including the President’s public disclosure of a list of 25 highly qualified potential nominees to the Supreme Court.

Judge Kavanaugh has served as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit since 2006, authoring more than 300 opinions, including 11 that have been affirmed by the Supreme Court. Before becoming a judge, he served in the George W. Bush administration, first as an Associate Counsel and then Senior Associate Counsel, and subsequently as Assistant to the President and Staff Secretary. A graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School, Judge Kavanaugh clerked on the Supreme Court for Justice Kennedy, and for judges on the Third and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Judge Kavanaugh also served as a Counsel for the Office of Independent Counsel under Ken Starr and as a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP.

Judge Kavanaugh has earned a reputation as a brilliant jurist with impeccable legal credentials, and he is universally respected for his intellect, as well as his ability to persuade and build consensus. Judge Kavanaugh lives in Maryland with his wife Ashley and their two daughters.

An incredibly brave and dedicated Chinese woman named Dong Yaoqiong said she was protesting against the Chinese Government’s “mind control persecution” by splashing ink onto a poster of President Mr.Xi, a self-imposed  re-incarnation of late Mao Zedong and the author of the “New Socialism” guiding the country into the green pastures of the 21st century.

“I oppose Xi Jinping and his authoritarian dictatorship”, she said, denouncing the Communist Party before splashing ink onto a poster of Mr. Xi.

“Friends, I have splashed ink on his photo,” she said.

“Let’s see how he’s gonna deal with me.”

Since Dong’s disappearance, many in the social media are worried that she had been picked up by the feared secret police of Mr.Xi and may be sent to a re-education camp, with millions of people of conscience around the world praying for her safety and well being.

4…………> Tennessee Mongols: Charged With Racketeering

A 75-count, third-superseding indictment was returned by a federal grand jury in Nashville, Tennessee on June 29 and unsealed Friday, charging 21 members and associates of the Clarksville, Tennessee chapter of the Mongols Motorcycle Gang with various federal crimes, including racketeering conspiracy, murder in aid of racketeering, attempted murder, kidnapping, robbery, large-scale drug trafficking, and other crimes,

On Jan. 18, a 54-count superseding indictment charged 15 members and associates of the Clarksville Mongols with racketeering conspiracy, murder, drug trafficking and other related crimes. On March 7, a 64-count second-superseding indictment charged four additional defendants with the kidnapping and murder of Stephen Cole, an estranged former member of the Mongols. The indictments detail allegations of violent, criminal activity and drug trafficking in and around the Clarksville area beginning in or about March 2015 and continuing until the return of the indictments.

Stocks were up 320 to 24776, DJ futures +68, attempt to stage a covering short rally.

Gold up to 1260.3 and USD/CHF down 0.99 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch cover short at 24,550.

We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects.
