In a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Tesla said it had invested $1.5 billion in Bitcoin.
“In January 2021, we updated our investment policy to provide us with more flexibility to further diversify and maximize returns on our cash,” the filing said.
Therefore, according to Tesla, “we may invest a portion of such cash in certain alternative reserve assets including digital assets, gold bullion, gold exchange-traded funds and other assets as specified in the future.”
Carmaker will accept Bitcoin, and Tesla will also “begin accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment for our products in the near future,” the company said. The lovely question is whether or not the consumers will deal with a company involved in shady monetary policies?

The release of a Norwegian report enumerating the risks of its administration of the Pfizer vaccine has forced Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt to request the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) to seek further information on the subject, confirmed by the agency that it is working closely with the European Medicines Agency and Pfizer to investigate vaccine risks flagged by the Norwegian government:
“The TGA is evaluating all of the scientific and clinical information provided by the vaccine’s sponsor, Pfizer, as well as other available evidence … prior to making a regulatory decision,” the TGA said in a statement.
Media reports out of Norway have flagged six more elderly patients who were given the vaccine died after being inoculated, bringing the total to 29.
The patients are all 75 and over, with 13 deaths already fully assessed and another 16 under review.
