2…………..> USS Ralph Johnson: Godspeed

On March 5, 1968, in an observation post overlooking the Quan Duc Valley, Marine Corps Pfc. Ralph Henry Johnson used his body to shield fellow Marines from a grenade, absorbing the blast and dying instantly. The Charleston native had only been in Vietnam for two months when he was killed at the age of 19. In recognition of his “conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity” during the Vietnam War he posthumously received the Medal of Honor, and now the Navy will commission its newest guided-missile destroyer, the future USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114), during a 10 a.m. EDT ceremony Saturday, March 24, at Columbus Street Pier in Charleston, South Carolina.

3…………> Spanish Treasure: Yutacan

A priceless stash of more than 300 gold pieces, including rings, buckles, crosses, brooches, cufflinks, bracelets, rosaries and toothpicks — as well as 74 encrusted emeralds among other items were discovered three years ago on a shallow reef, all parts of a Spanish treasure lost at sea after a shipwreck off the Yucatán coast in the 18th century.

According to Roberto Junco Sánchez, a researcher at the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH), the discovery of the treasure was purely accidental when an underwater archaeology team was mapping the site of a 19th-century shipwreck using a portable magnetometer just to record a signal from just outside the area it was surveying.

The signals led the team to a broken anchor, a golden rosary bead and dozens of silver coins, and the rest is now part of Mexican history.

4……………..> Nordic Window: Ancient Pedophile Culture

Norwegian police have documented 151 cases of sexual abuse, including child rape, in one small community of 2,000 people in a 900 feet deep fjord, a village named Tysfjord, north of the Arctic circle, a forgotten hamlet of some of Scandinavia’s earliest inhabitants called the Sami’s, a long lost tribe that still live in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia.  The offences occurred between the 1950s and 2017, but Sami people accounted for about two-thirds of the 83 victims and 92 of the perpetrators identified in the police report on sexual abuse,

5……….> Ready For War: PLA Air Force

After the unceremonious trespassing by US Navy carrier battle groups through what the Chinese government consider their backyard, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force recently conducted a high-sea training mission in the West Pacific and a joint combat patrol mission in the South China Sea, according to an air force spokesperson.

Shen Jinke, a spokesperson for the PLA Air Force, said a formation, including H-6K bombers, Su-30 and Su-35 fighters, carried out a real combat training mission in the West Pacific via the Miyako Strait to improve high-sea combat readiness.

The PLA Air Force will continue to safeguard national sovereignty and security, as well as support the country’s peaceful development through high-sea training and combat patrol missions, according to Shen.

1…………> Stop Mass Shootings: Rallies

President Trump who is a father of an 11-year-old boy, and grandfather of at least a dozen more young children, must have been personally touched by the brutality of mass shootings across the US, leading to a tweet about his administration’s decision to ban bump stocks, a device that can be installed on semi-automatic weapons to convert them into fully-automatic military grade assault rifles.

“We applaud the many courageous young Americans exercising their First Amendment rights today. Keeping our children safe is a top priority of the President’s, which is why [Trump] urged Congress to pass the Fix NICS and “STOP School Violence” Acts, and signed them into law,” the White House said in a statement regarding the mass anti-gun rallies in hundreds of cities in the US.

The survivors of the latest carnage had a threat to the “business as usual,” D.C. “Deep State” alligators infested swamp creatures:
“To the leaders, sceptics and cynics who told us to sit down, stay silent and wait your turn: welcome to the revolution. Either represent the people or get out. Stand for us or beware. The voters are coming,” the harsh words by Cameron Kasky, a Stoneman Douglas High student, to a large crowd in downtown DC ignited a wave of applause.
A $1.3 trillion government spending bill was signed by Trump included a grant to enhance records in the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System and provide federal grants to enhance school safety. A new commission has also been spearheaded by the White House to improve school safety measures.

2…………> Dump “Your Damn Trash Elsewhere”: China

In 2016 China was responsible for accepting some 80% of US recyclable waste as the world’s largest importer of trash and recyclable commodities, and in a statement that will use as a tool to counter Mr.Trump tariff wars threats, Beijing will not accept shipments of garbage from the US and other countries, leaving industrialized nations scrambling to find new ways to dispose of an ever-mounting landscape of waste.

“China’s import restrictions on recycled commodities have caused a fundamental disruption in global supply chains for scrap materials, directing them away from productive reuse and toward disposal,” said the US spokesperson at the WTO Council for Trade in Goods meeting in Geneva.
US trade representatives at the WTO in Switzerland accused Beijing of altering China’s import recycling rules too fast, resulting in a compromised industry that is not able to evolve and could face a collapse.

3………> Taliban Attack: Casualties

A Taliban terrorist detonated a car bomb that killed at least 14 people and wounded more than four dozens in a crowd of people who had gathered to watch a wrestling match in the southern Afghanistan city of Lashkar Gah.

The new attack is following a suicide blast in Kabul that was claimed by the Islamic State group (IS), underlined the spiralling threat of violence across much of Afghanistan with the approach of spring.

4…………>Earth’s Extinction: Irreversible

The world’s biodiversity is at a breaking point, according to a report by 550 international experts, that concludes the following:

1. Americas species are about 31% smaller than was the case at the time of European settlement and expected to reach 40 percent by 2050 due to “global warming”.
2. In Africa, 500,000 square km of land is already estimated to have been degraded by overexploitation of natural resources, erosion, salinization and pollution.
3. In the European Union, only 7% of marine species and 9 percent of marine habitat types show a ‘favourable conservation status’. 66 percent of habitat types’ assessments show an ‘unfavourable conservation status’, with the others categorized as ‘unknown’.

The only glimmer of hope is in the Asia-Pacific region where marine protected areas in the region increased by almost 14% and terrestrial protected area increased by 0.3%. Forest cover increased by 2.5%.

5…………> A Message Of Peace

Turn of the channel on people who have offended and demeaned the teachings of our beloved Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, also known as Rabbi Emmanuel. Walk away, let them dry on the scorching sun. Listen to the sound of Christus Vincit, a message of peace and hope.

1…………> Back To The Stone Age: PA

Due to the relentless bickering between politicians of both parties regarding the 2nd Amendment and the right to carry weapons, the students and teachers in the Blue Mountain School District, situated about 100 miles north-west of Philadelphia in rural Pennsylvania have been armed with buckets of rocks as a last resort to fight back against school shooters, just like their grandpas during the Stone Age.
District superintendent David Helsel said throwing rocks at school shooters was more effective than crawling under desks and waiting, and it gave students and teachers a chance to defend themselves.

2………..> Anti-Gun March: #MarchForOurLives

Our 1st Muslim President, Grand Ayatollah Barack Obama, the same man who did not move a finger to stop the gang shootings and drug cartel assassinations in his hometown of Chicago, a gross criminal negligence that led to the death of nearly 4000 people, has apparently confessed to the BBC that US gun laws were “the greatest frustration of my presidency”, in a tweet of support for Saturday’s marches.

Michelle and I are so inspired by all the young people who made today’s marches happen. Keep at it. You’re leading us forward. Nothing can stand in the way of millions of voices calling for change.

“Throughout our history, young people like you have led the way in making America better. There may be setbacks; you may sometimes feel like progress is too slow in coming. But we have no doubt you are going to make an enormous difference in the days and years to come, and we will be there for you,” the Obama’s wrote, placing themselves back in the “smoking mirrors and messaging business” of lecturing others, instead of doing something about the drug incited violence that has gripped our country.

The Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School survivors and a long list of the “usual suspects” celebrities rushed to sprinkle their stardust on the marches, headed by celebrated “Trump haters” George and Amal Clooney, late-night show host Jimmy Fallon, singer Cher, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, and Demi Lovato were among the DC musical performers led by Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney to be at the march in New York, Manhattan.

Yet not one word was uttered as to why the Sheriff’s Department ordered their deputies to stay away from the carnage at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and no one has been fired or charged with criminal negligence.

3…………> Advanced Hatred; A Stun Gun

Following a three-day trial, a jury found Mark Porter, 59, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, guilty yesterday of committing a federal hate crime when he used a stun device during the racially-motivated assault of a neighbour at his apartment complex in Draper, Utah. The defendant was found guilty of the only offence charged in the indictment, a violation 42 U.S.C. § 3631 for using force and the threat of force to injure, intimidate, and interfere with an African-American man because of his race and because of his occupancy of a nearby apartment in the complex. The jury further found that the defendant used a dangerous weapon – a stun cane.

Sentencing is set for May 30 before U.S. District Judge Dee Benson of the District of Utah. The defendant faces a maximum sentence of 10 years and a fine of $250,000.

4…………> Cocaine Bust: Puerto Rico

On March 19, HSI Arecibo and CBP air units detected a 32-foot Century vessel north of Puerto Rico transporting what appeared to be bales of narcotics. HSI agents, with the assistance of PRPD’s air unit, responded to the area and witnessed when the vessel crew jumped out of the vessel and ran toward a wooded area followed by those part of the offloading crew. HSI special agents secured and seized the vessel and the 1,289 bricks of cocaine weighing 1,441 kilograms with a street net worth of $29 million dollars. A Dominican Republic national was arrested in conjunction with the seizure.

The HSI investigation is ongoing.

5…………> Trump’s ICE Broom: Michigan

ICE deportation officers arrested 16 individuals for violating federal immigration laws in western Michigan during a four-day targeted enforcement operation, with nine of the violators arrested during the operation being determined to be convicted criminals.

An alien who illegally reenters the United States, after having been previously removed, is committing a felony punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison.
and all of those arrested were nationals of Mexico with enforcement activities taking place in Berrien, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, and Van Buren counties.

“This operation reflects ICE’s commitment to public safety through targeted enforcement efforts,” said Rebecca Adducci, field office director for ERO Detroit. “I applaud the brave men and women of ICE who put themselves in harm’s way daily to keep our community safe.”
