EL PASO, Texas area man was arrested last week for harboring and transporting more than 100 noncitizens who were driven to various U.S. cities in tractor-trailers, as ICE Homeland Security  investigated the case with the assistance of the U.S. Border Patrol’s (USBP) El Paso Sector Integrated Targeting Team (ITT). El Paso Sector USBP agents are embedded with HSI special agents to combine resources and intelligence to identify and arrest human smugglers. The Horizon City (Texas) Police Department also participated in this case. Roberto Benavides, 47, was arrested at his residence in the 14000 block of Warren Belin Drive in Horizon City, Texas. He was a target of an HSI El Paso investigation for more than a year.

Police in Guatemala have rescued 126 migrants who were abandoned inside a shipping container at the side of a road, found at dawn between the towns of Nueva Concepción and Cocales after locals reported hearing screams inside the trailer.  Silver and platinum had big rallies last week, in impressive action, gold was up $25, silver $0.51 and platinum +$31, but the move wasn’t strong enough to reverse the recent downtrend. Gold looks the best and is the most likely to reverse with any kind of rally early next week.
Silver continues to lag and does not look good, but from a value position and investment, we could see buying some physical silver to store.
