1…………> Gideon’s Fury: Gaza

Israeli warplanes bombed two Gaza positions identified as the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of resistance movement Hamas, and another in the southern part of the strip west of Khan Younis city, causing no casualties.

The Israeli army has yet to comment on the airstrikes.

2…………> Marshal Tito’s Bunker: A Video

An hour outside of Sarajevo, a bunker hidden beneath a mountain boasts spacious conference rooms, operating theatres and satellite television – it’s a bolthole fit for a president.

3…………> No Federal Ham & Eggers: Trump

An Executive Order signed by President Trump is making procedural changes to strengthen the merit system and streamline the removal of poor performers.
The current system makes firing bad employees prohibitively difficult, undermining the Federal Government’s merit principles that call for removing poor performers.
It takes 6 months to 1 year to remove a tenured Federal employee for poor performance, plus an average of 8 more months to resolve appeals. Tenured Federal employees are also 44 times less likely to get fired or laid off than private sector workers.

4…………> Give Me Water, Cold, Clean Water: China

Chinese researchers have created a new composite material highly effective in cleaning water contaminated by organics, using a mixture of black titania and three-dimensional (3D) tubular graphene, that cleaned a 360,000-square-feet area of water in east China’s Shanghai, Anhui, and Jiangsu as part of a pilot scheme.

Excessive organics, such as ammonia and nitrogen, can consume a large amount of oxygen in the water and generate stinky substances that kill aquatic life. Without human intervention, sunlight can naturally degrade organics to water and carbon dioxide, but the process requires months to years, depending on different degrees of pollution.

5…………> Applied Global Warming: Alberto

After pounding the western coast of Cuba with relentless rain that caused flash floods and mudslides, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi launched emergency preparations ahead of the arrival of Subtropical Storm Alberto, a slow-moving system expected to cause wet misery across the eastern U.S. Gulf Coast over the holiday weekend.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami said the island’s rain totals could reach 10 to 15 and even 25 inches in isolated areas, as heavy downpours were expected to begin lashing parts of Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama on Sunday. Tropical storm warnings have been issued for parts of Florida and Alabama, saying tropical storm conditions are possible there by early Monday.

1…………> Breakfast In Singapore: Trump vs Comrade Un

Donald J. Trump

The highly anticipated meeting between Kim Jong Un [aka Comrade Un] and myself will take place in Singapore on June 12th. We will both try to make it a very special moment for World Peace!

7:37 AM – May 10, 2018

President’s announcement was preceded by North Korea’s released three American prisoners a day before, a move greeted by the US and the world with a sigh of relief and hope that the “nuke war” saber rattling on the Korean peninsula may finally be coming to an end.

“I think we have a very good chance of doing something very meaningful,” Trump said at the time. “My proudest achievement will be — this is part of it — when we denuclearize that entire peninsula.”

Seoul and Pyongyang have yet to formally end the Korean war that ended in 1953.

2…………> The Pin Blunder: $29,300 Bun

Liuzhu He, a manager of the steamed bun shop in Zhengzhou, Henan Province,

received a wrong amount of payment of 140,000 yuan ($29,300) for two steamed buns after an absent-minded customer entered his PIN rather than the amount due on e-payment platform Alipay.

Since the consumer did not return to correct the transaction and collect his money, Mr. He contacted the local media and the police to help identify the customer, since no one came back to collect the money.

A customer named Hongwei Han apparently contacted local media and the police, and then the whole riddle came apart at the seems:

“I didn’t receive any text notifications, I really didn’t realize. Yesterday I received a call from an Alipay customer service officer, and they said there was something wrong with my balance,” he admitted.

3…………> A Monster Wave: 78 Feet

“This is a very exciting event and to our knowledge, it is the largest wave ever recorded in the southern hemisphere,” MetOcean Solutions senior oceanographer Dr. Tom Durrant said about an enormous 78-foot ocean wave recorded by a solar-powered buoy moored near New Zealand’s Campbell Island.

“[This] storm is the perfect example of waves generated by the easterly passage of a deep low-pressure system with associated wind speeds exceeding 65 knots. Such storms are frequent and can occur at any time of the year, which differs from the high-latitude northern hemisphere storms that only occur in winter,” he said, adding that the waves may reach California coast in about a week.

4…………> Fury Of Gideon: Syria Strikes

Syria’s dictator Mr. Assad and his Iranian “friends” got a “kick in the pans” after the Israeli army published photographs and maps showing four targeted sites linked to Iranian intelligence in Syria’s southern Tel al-Qulayb, Tal Ghurba, Tel Miqdad and Tel Nabi Yusha areas,

“Targets also included sites linked to Iranian-backed militias near Syria’s southern border, including observation and intelligence-gathering posts,” an Israeli army source as said, describing the bombing as  “[This was] the largest [Israeli] operation [code named “House of Cards”] against Syria since 1974.”

What will the Shia brethren of our beloved 1st Muslim President, Grand Ayatollah Barack Obama do now, when the sanctions are back, the “crooked Iran deal” was shot down, there is nobody sending planes full with lovely, freshly printed US dollars, and Mr. Trump in the White House? Stand by.

5…………> Currency Trade Fraud: Major Banks has been saying for years that the greatest threat to our planet is not terrorism, global warming or the drug cartels, but the criminal consortium of Central Banks and their networks that have de-facto license to steal as evident by the indictments below:

A federal grand jury returned an indictment againsAkshay Aiyer, a former currency trader at a major U.S. bank, for conspiring to fix prices and rig bids and offers in Central and Eastern European, Middle Eastern, and African (CEEMEA) currencies, which were generally traded against the U.S. dollar and the euro.

The Department of Justice also charged six major banks in the ongoing investigation into antitrust and fraud crimes in the FX market. On May 20, 2015, Citicorp, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Barclays PLC, and The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC pleaded guilty at the parent level and agreed to pay, collectively, more than $2.5 billion in criminal fines for their participation in an antitrust conspiracy to manipulate the price of the euro-U.S dollar currency pair. Additionally, UBS AG pleaded guilty to manipulating the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) and other benchmark interest rates and agreed to pay a $203 million criminal penalty after breaching it’s December 2012 non-prosecution agreement resolving the LIBOR investigation. On January 25, 2018, BNP Paribas USA, Inc., the former employer of Jason Katz, pleaded guilty to violating the Sherman Act based on its participation in a CEEMEA-related conspiracy and agreed to pay a $90 million fine.

“As today’s indictment demonstrates, the Antitrust Division remains committed to holding individuals accountable for anticompetitive conduct that violates the integrity of global financial markets,” said Assistant Attorney General Makan Delrahim of the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.

2…………> Watch Out, Vladimir: Trump’s Warning

President Trump has warned that “missiles will be coming, nice and new and smart” in Syria, snapping a terse response from Russia’s MOD Chief of staff General Valery Gerasimov that his forces will shoot down any missiles fired and launching sites destroyed, all this in retaliation for an alleged and unsubstantiated by international authorities chemical attack in the Syrian town of Douma, as Russian lawmaker said a US attack would be considered a war crime’.

Donald J. Trump

Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria. Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and “smart!” You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!

Donald J. Trump

Our relationship with Russia is worse now than it has ever been, and that includes the Cold War. There is no reason for this. Russia needs us to help with their economy, something that would be very easy to do, and we need all nations to work together. Stop the arms race?

Russian foreign ministry said US “smart missiles” could be an attempt to destroy evidence of the alleged chemical attack.

3………..> On High Alert: Soldiers Of Gideon

Israel has placed its forces along the border with Syria on high alert amid concerns of a possible Iranian retaliation in the wake of an airstrike on a Syrian airbase, according to local media, after a number of Iranian military personnel were reportedly killed in an airstrike on Tiyas airbase in western Homs province.

A Senior Iranian official said the airstrike would “not remain without a response”, cranking up the deep animosity between Middle East greatest democracy of Israel, and world’s biggest supporter of terror, the Islamic State of Iran.

4…………> Milk The Cows: Ryan “Retirement”?

One of the most hated members of the so-called Establishment GOP, an infamous coalition that for years worked shoulder to shoulder with our 1st Muslim President, the infamous Grand Ayatollah Barack Obama, US House of Representatives Speaker Paul “Romney Jr.” Ryan will not run for re-election this year, a major development described as a big blow to “Deep State” Republicans, and with dancing in the streets by dedicated Trump supporters.

Is Ryan’s departure a part of “rats jumping a sinking ship”, as he joins nearly 30 “Establishment” House Republicans who have announced this year they are retiring outright.

Democrats need only 23 seats to take over the House.

President Donald “Good Man” Trump tried to say few good words about Ryan:

Donald J. Trump

Speaker Paul Ryan is a truly good man, and while he will not be seeking re-election, he will leave a legacy of achievement that nobody can question. We are with you, Paul!

6:50 AM – Apr 11, 2018

20.7K people are talking about this

Despite this, Ryan is leaving a legacy of cronyism, betrayal, and treachery, as he and his Senate “la gumba” Mitch “Harry’s Twin” McConnell voted for years to remove budget and debt caps on Obama’s runaway spending,  a monetary crime that increased National debt by $9.1 trillion dollars, equivalent to nearly four WW2 in current dollars, and loaded every American human being with an additional $32,000 of personal debt.

5…………> Syria Missile Crisis: Russia Warning

First deputy chairman of the Russian upper house’s Defense Committee, Yevgeny Serebrennikov said that Russia will respond immediately if its military in Syria gets hit by a possible US air strike.

“As the Defense Ministry has already pointed out, the Russian military bases in Hmeymim and Tartus are under firm protection. At the same time, we expect that in the event of US strikes, if any, the lives of our servicemen will not be in danger. I think that the United States understands this and will not allow it, because otherwise, Russia’s response will be immediate, as the chief of the Russian General Staff has said,” Serebrennikov said.

1…………> The Eyes Of Gideon: Iran

“Israel is monitoring the situation in Iran very closely. We have eyes, ears and even more inside Iran, [but] was not likely to topple the regime at present. I would be very happy to see a social revolution in Iran. That’s something that could perhaps happen in the future,” said Mossad Chief Yossi Cohen regarding the protests over rising inflation, unemployment, and perceived government mismanagement that have led to more than 20 people killed and 1,000  detained by the Ayatollahs.

2…………> Daesh Attacked: Afghanistan

In a revenge crackdown on Daesh militants suicide attack at a Tehran-backed cultural center that killed 50 people in capital Kabul, and another one during funeral prayers in Jalalabad with 15 victims, Afghan security forces shot dead 22 militants and injured another 30, while losing five police officers in a firefight at a security checkpoint in Sokai district of mountainous Kunar province.

3…………> Buy A Nigerian Slave: $35

According to a report by relief body National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA),  at least 20 Nigerians were sold into slavery for $735 in Libya, another example of blatant and inhumane treatment of prisoners in addition of the nearly 2,800 Nigerians that are still living in Libyan detention facilities under “inhuman conditions”.

A camp official said some returnees spoke of being forced to drink water from the toilet,

4………..> Applied Global Warming: Sahara In White

With temperatures touching 1 degree Celsius, residents in the Algerian town of Ain Sefra — known as the gateway to the Sahara — enjoyed sliding down the dunes before almost a foot of snowfall melted away by the afternoon.

“People were very happy, children played in the snow and everyone was taking photos,” l
ocal residents said they were surprised when they awoke to the unusual scene.
“This is the only place in Algeria that gathers four contrasting paintings. The city is topped by dunes, followed by the forest and then the mountains,” he continued.

5…………> 2+2=11: 51 Qubit Computer

A team of Harvard scientists led by Russian-born and educated physicist, , Russian Quantum Center co-founder and Harvard quantum optics professor Dr. Mikhail Lukin, created the world’s first 51 qubit quantum computer.

What is qubit? Our ancient computers use binary numbers like (0001) and (0110) or one of two states of (1 or 0) to store information, while quantum computers operate on quantum bits or ‘qubits, using states of atoms like angular momentum, spin and other attributes to allow machines to hold exponentially more information.
Is the the end of one of most hated departments in the University, the Math Department that is? Probably not, but it will be a force to visibly exacerbate the computer induced deflation that is spreading around the world, meaning one thing for sure: more and more unemployment, even for the well educated ones.
