If she was part of Russia 2016 campaign operation, odd that Mueller wasn’t interested…

She was an unregistered agent of Russia infiltrating powerful GOP organizations. This was very much a part of Russia’s influence campaign. Why do you downplay this?

2…………> Stop Prescribed Opioids: DOJ To MD’s

The Department of Justice’s Civil Division and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas announced an action today to stop two Texas doctors from unlawfully prescribing powerful opioids linked to abuse and diversion, with a civil complaint alleging that Cesar B. Pena Rodriguez MD, and Leovares A. Mendez MD, were prescribing in violation of the Controlled Substances Act.

According to the complaint, the defendants issued thousands of prescriptions without apparent regard for patient harm, including prescriptions for a combination of an opioid, a short-acting benzodiazepine, and a muscle relaxer – a dangerous and frequently-abused drug cocktail known as the “trinity.” The United States Attorney’s Office worked with the Consumer Protection Branch of the Justice Department’s Civil Division in this effort.

With opioid addiction ravaging communities across the nation, we are going to fight against doctors who are handing out prescriptions like candy,” said US Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Erin Nealy Cox.

We are determined to stem the tide of the crisis and we will use all the legal authorities at our disposal — both criminal and civil.

3…………> Young Women Addiction Abuser: Slammed By DOJ

After a three-week trial, a federal jury in Burlington, Vermont, found Brian Folks, 44, guilty of 13 federal felonies arising from his operation of a violent sex and drug trafficking enterprise that sold heroin and forced young, drug-addicted women to prostitute throughout the greater Burlington area.

The jury deliberated for six hours yesterday before convicting Folks of all sex and drug trafficking counts. The convictions included five counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; one count of sex trafficking of a minor; one count of operating an unlawful prostitution business enterprise; five counts of distributing heroin; one count of possession of cocaine base with intent to distribute; and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine base. The jury acquitted the defendant of one count of felon in possession of a firearm.

Brian Folks used violent means to force young women suffering from opioid addictions to perform commercial sex acts, causing them immeasurable harm, and he contributed to the destruction of multiple lives by selling opioids to our communities,” said Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband.

Human traffickers are exploiting the opioid epidemic with increasing frequency. Their depraved conduct, like this defendant’s, will not be tolerated, and the Department of Justice will continue its vigorous efforts to hold them accountable, bring justice to their victims, and prevent them from harming others.

4…………>US Ninja Bomb Warning: Shave Or Else

US has of a new kind of Hellfire missile in its inventory, loaded up with half a dozen razor-sharp blades designed to chop the enemy to pieces, without causing the kind of explosions which have caused thousands of civilian casualties in US wars across the Middle East over the past two decades.

The new missile, known as the R9X, has already bene dubbed a ‘ninja bomb’ or ‘the flying Ginsu’, in a nod to popular Japanese knife infomercials from the 1980s. According to the Wall Street Journal, the 45 kg bomb has been used on at least two occasions – in Syria in February 2017 and in Yemen in January 2019, with the military telling the newspaper they fired the weapon “about a half-dozen times.”

1…………> Putin To Trump: “We Are In Idlib”

Russian fighter jets attacked west of Idlib and north of Hama, bombing civilian residential areas in Jisr al-Shughur City; areas of Basanqul, Ghani, Innab, Sirmaniyah, west of Idlib; Zayzun area, north of Hama; as well as the Assad’s opposition’s frontlines.

Twenty attacks were carried out by three Russian warplanes, which took off from Hmeimim airbase. The attacks are continuing, with the number of casualties still unknown, and despite a stern warning by President  Trump.

He tweeted:

“President Bashar al-Assad of Syria must not recklessly attack Idlib Province. The Russians and Iranians would be making a grave humanitarian mistake to take part in this potential human tragedy. Hundreds of thousands of people could be killed. Don’t let that happen!”

Responding to Trump’s tweet, Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said it was “necessary to deal with the problem” in Idlib.

“The situation in Idlib continues to be a topic of special concern in Moscow, Damascus, Ankara, and Tehran.” He said terrorists in the region were sending drones to Russian military bases posing “a significant threat”, he added.

2…………> Churchill’s Bungles: A Century Later

The current Trump administration’s diplomatic skirmish with Turkey is reminiscent of former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill’s “bungles” during World War I which resulted in the Ottoman Empire joining the war on the side of Imperial Germany, according to a U.S. expert.

Martin Sieff, who worked as a senior correspondent for United Press International and The Washington Times for 24 years and also appeared on CNN, NPR, Fox News and BBC as a commentator, made the remarks in an article published on the U.S.-based Strategic Culture Foundation’s website.

“Today, Washington’s reckless and abusive policies towards Turkey are repeating the catastrophic bungles that Churchill inflicted more than a century ago. Repeating Churchill’s Bungles: Will US Drive Turkey into Joining the Shanghai Pact?” he wondered.

3…………> Applied Global Warming: Jebi Pounds Japan

Six people died, more than 90 injured and a 2,591-tonne tanker crashed into a bridge connecting an airport to the mainland as high winds and heavy rain soaked the Japanese cities of Kobe and Osaka and surrounding areas, when the powerful typhoon Jeb made landfall on the mainland.

The strongest typhoon to hit Japan since 1993, Typhoon Jebi was heading north across a swath of Japan’s main island of Honshu towards the Sea of Japan with sustained winds of 110 miles per hour with gusts to 140 miles per hour, according to Japan Meteorological Agency.

4…………> Hoarding Gold,Dumping Dollars: India

Due to the relentless US sanctions levied on countries around the world, and corresponding unwillingness to hold US dollar nominated securities due to fears of Forex market interventions, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), a major member of the BRICK Block purchased 8.46 metric tons of gold during the last fiscal year (April 2017 to March 2018).

In its annual report, the RBI revealed that it had 566.23 metric tons of gold as of June 30, 2018, compared to 557.77 metric tons in June 30, 2017, indicating that the bank had purchased gold for the first time since 2009 when it had acquired 200 metric tons of the precious metal following America’s sub-prime crisis.

“Diversification of India’s Foreign Currency Assets continued during the year [2017-18] with attention being ascribed to risk management, including cybersecurity risk. The gold portfolio has also been activated,” the report added.

5…………> Rio Museum Reduced To Ashes: Fire

The National Museum of Brazil, a cherished historical repository build in 1818 that lacked a sprinkler system and had suffered years of financial neglect, was destroyed by fire, sparking angry protests on the streets of Rio de Janeiro as police in riot gear shot tear gas into an angry crowd that tried to enter the site,

” The rumbling tensions reflect anger over the destruction  of the much-loved yet old museum, which suffered from declining federal funding. The museum’s decline did not happen overnight,” said Renato Rodriguez Cabral, a teacher in the geology and paleontology department.

“This was a tragedy foretold. Successive governments would not provide funds; they would not invest in infrastructure.”

1…………> Our Man Trump: Ratings Up

“Rasmussen just announced that my approval rating jumped to 49%, a far better number than I had in winning the Election, and higher than certain ‘sacred cows’. Other Trump polls are way up also. So why does the media refuse to write this? Oh well, someday!” Trump tweeted in response to a whiff of a fresh political air of a recently released poll that gave him an approval rating of 49% among likely U.S. voters, the highest approval rating Trump has earned since March 7, 2017. Another 49% of respondents disapprove of Trump’s performance, according to Rasmussen.

An NBC/Wall Street Journal “Fake News & Friends” poll from the same time time frame, found that only 36% of registered voters would support Trump for reelection in 2020.

2…………> US Coast Guard:”Good Job”

“The threat of transnational organized crime is a danger no one ship, agency, country or person can address alone. We stand alongside our interagency and international partners resolved in a shared purpose to protect those harmed by these dangerous drugs and bring the criminals who smuggle them to justice,” declared Vice Adm. Fred Midgette, commander, U.S. Coast Guard Pacific Area, as more than 47,000 pounds of cocaine worth over $721 million from the Coast Guard Cutter Stratton were offloaded in San Diego. The drug bundle was seized in 23 separate interdictions in the eastern Pacific Ocean by U.S. and Canadian forces operating in international waters off the coast of Central and South America.

Former U.S. Senator from Nebraska, 35th governor of Nebraska and Medal of Honor recipient, the Honorable Bob Kerrey will deliver the ceremonies principal address, and Susie Buffett, an Omaha philanthropist and daughter of Warren Buffett, will serve as the sponsor in the commissioning of USS Omaha (LCS 12). In a time-honored Navy tradition, she will give the order to, “man our ship and bring her to life!”

The ship is the 11th littoral combat ship to enter the fleet and the sixth of the Independence-variant design. It is the fourth warship named for the Nebraska city. The first ship was a propeller-driven sloop-of-war. The second ship was a light cruiser and the third Omaha was an attack submarine.

5…………> “Obama’s Boys” Down Su-25: Handheld Missile

The Russian MOD has released video of the downing of an Su-25 flying over the Idlib de-escalation zone in Syria after the jet fighter was allegedly shot down by a handheld air-defense missile on February 3.

Following the attack, Russian Air Forces conducted a high-precision missile strike in an area controlled by terrorist group Jabhat Fatah al-Sham [previously known as al-Nusra Front aka “Obama Boys”, a terrorist organization that for years fought against the West shoulder to shoulder with the Islamic State “throat slasher” punks], from where the missile that downed the Su-25 Russian jet fighter was reportedly launched.
