2…………> “Get Rid Of Rosenstein”: House Leaders

Two US House of Representatives members, Mark Meadows (R-NC) and Jim Jordan (R-OH), announced they had filed a resolution to impeach Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is overseeing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into alleged Russian meddling in the US election system. Meadows announced the resolution filing via Twitter, saying “we have had enough.”

The resolution has nine co-sponsors since this is not a privileged resolution that doesn’t have to be acted on quickly, fully supported by President Trump who has made his resentment toward Rosenstein an open secret. Not surprisingly, both Meadows and Jordan are “shadow banned” on Twitter, a practice used by “Deep State,” Silicon Valley “Obama Lapdogs” Barron’s that have made searching for individual accounts on the social media site via the drop-down menu virtually impossible.

Social Media watchdog Vice News published an expose of shadow-banning in practice recently. In the press release distributed Wednesday night, the lawmakers said:

“The impeachment articles come as evidence continues to mount regarding the Department of Justice’s questionable decision-making during the 2016 campaign and conduct surrounding the transition to President Trump’s administration in 2017. The impeachment articles are the result of nearly nine months of unsuccessful Congressional attempts to force the Department of Justice (DOJ) to comply with oversight requests. The failures cited within the articles include intentionally withholding embarrassing documents and information, knowingly hiding material investigative information from Congress, various abuses of the FISA process, and failure to comply with Congressional subpoenas, among others.”

3…………> “A Guillotine Day”: Rosenstein

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is heading to the White House amid rumors he is expecting to be fired, after reports surfaced that America’s second most senior law official talked last year about ousting Mr. Trump using the 25th amendment by secretly recording him.

4…………> You Quit, Or I’ll Fire You: Trump

Rod Rosenstein, US deputy attorney general, a man who is probably the most hated high-level official in President Trump’s administration, is about to leave his job, with sources suggesting that he expects to be fired, or else he will offer to quit.

Mr. Rosenstein oversaw Robert Mueller’s inquiry into alleged collusion between Mr. Trump’s team and Russia and denied a press report that he had conspired to remove Donald Trump from office

5…………> With Kavanaugh “All The Way”: Trump

President Donald Trump says sexual misconduct claims against his Supreme Court nominee are “totally political,” as a second woman came forward. Speaking at the United Nations in New York on Monday, Mr. Trump said Brett Kavanaugh is “outstanding,” adding: “I am with him all the way.” The latest allegation is that the nominee once exposed himself to a Yale University classmate at a party. The judge has denied both claims, labeling the latest “a smear.” #WhyIDidntReport supports Professor Ford The truth about false assault accusations Could Kavanaugh confirmation be derailed? Mr. Trump said Judge Kavanaugh’s accusers had come “out of the woodwork” to make “highly unsubstantiated” allegations. “There’s a chance this could be one of the single most unfair, unjust things to happen to a candidate for anything,” he said.

1…………> Dixon Security Breach: Hackers

Dixons Carphone disclosed a massive data breach that took place last year involving 10 million customers, up from its original estimate of 1.2 million, and that has been investigating the hack since it was discovered in June.

Personal information, names, addresses and email addresses might have been accessed last year, but no bank details were taken, and no evidence that fraud had resulted from the breach has been discovered.

The hackers also got access to records of 5.9 million payments cards, but the chip and pin system protected nearly all accounts, with Dixons saying it was “very sorry for any distress” caused and it would be apologizing to customers soon.

2…………> In The Heat Of The Day: Hostility

In a classical resolution of dialectic confrontations, President Trump supporters have been caught on video hurling sustained insults at “Fake News” journalists following one of the US president’s “Make America Great Again” rallies.

Dedicated supporters wearing MAGA hats and holding pro-Trump and anti-Deep State signs shouted and swore at the assembled press, with many of the mainly white crowd holding up a middle finger. One Trump supporter showed off an “F*** the media” t-shirt, while others could be heard branding the press “a piece of s***” and shouting, “Stop lying.” One woman appeared to swear at deeply unpopular Jim Acosta, a CNN news anchor while shouting: “Hey Jim, you suck!” A handful of supporters showed off signs peddling popular rightwing conspiracy theories.

3…………> “Get Mueller, Jeff”: Trump

President Trump has been saying that he regrets picking Sessions as the nation’s top law enforcement officer for a quite long time:

“The Russian Witch Hunt Hoax continues, all because Jeff Sessions didn’t tell me he was going to recuse himself. I would have quickly picked someone else. So much time and money wasted, so many lives ruined,” Trump tweeted in June, as Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, a registered Republican, recently charged 12 Russian intelligence officials in connection with the 2016 hack of the Democratic National Committee’s computer server — bringing the total number of individual indictments to 32.

President Trump called on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to shut down special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into the Trump campaign’s contacts with Russia and Trump’s obstruction of the probe.

“This is a terrible situation, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now before it continues to stain our country any further. Bob Mueller is conflicted, and his 17 Angry Democrats that are doing his dirty work are a disgrace to the USA!” The White House did not immediately return a request for comment.

4…………> “HIre Legal Americans, Not Illegal Entrants”: A New Law

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Tuesday, July 31, 2018

Departments of Justice and Labor Formalize New Partnership to Protect U.S. Workers From Discrimination and Combat Visa Abuse.

Today, the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and the Department of Labor (DOL) expanded their collaboration to better protect U.S. workers from discrimination by employers that prefer to hire temporary visa workers over qualified U.S. workers. This new partnership, memorialized in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), establishes protocols for the agencies to share information, refer matters between them, and train each other’s employees, with the goal of better protecting U.S. workers. This partnership will enhance the Civil Rights Division’s efforts to stop companies from discriminating against U.S. workers and assist the Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration in identifying noncompliance with its foreign labor certification process.

“Employers should hire workers based on their skills, experience, and authorization to work; not based on discriminatory preferences that violate the law,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General John Gore of the Civil Rights Division. “Our partnership with DOL, formalized today, significantly enhances the Civil Rights Division’s ability to identify employers that favor temporary visa holders over U.S. workers who can do the job.”

“Streamlining the process for information sharing between the Department of Labor and the Department of Justice will help protect U.S. workers from unlawful discrimination,” said Rosemary Lahasky, Deputy Assistant Secretary for DOL’s Employment and Training Administration. “This partnership will help ensure U.S. workers are prioritized to fill jobs.”

5…………> “Goodbye Gun Control”: 3D Weapons

A US Federal judge had blocked the planned release of 3D-printed-gun blueprints hours before they were set to hit the Internet, pointing out that the publication of the files is now illegal under federal law, and that the accessibility of 3D printers could lead to ‘irreparable harm” to citizens.

The decision blocked a settlement President Donald Trump’s administration had reached with a Texas-based company, which initially said it planned to put files online on Wednesday (local time).

Gun-control proponents are concerned the weapons made from 3D printers are untraceable, undetectable “ghost” firearms that pose a threat to global security. Some gun rights groups say the technology is expensive, the guns are unreliable and the threat is being overblown.

1…………> France In World Cup Finals

France has reached the World Cup final for the first time since 2006 after a Samuel Umtiti header saw them edge past neighbors Belgium in Saint Petersburg.

France 1-0 Belgium

(Umtiti 51′)

After a goalless first half dominated by Belgium, a header from a French defender ultimately proved the difference in a World Cup increasingly being decided by set-pieces.

For long periods though, it was a battle fought on the ground – by two men in particular. Belgian captain Eden Hazard was the stand-out performer for the Red Devils, but even he was out-shone by Paris Saint-Germain teenager Kylian Mbappe.

The frantic start to the game suited the 19-year-old perfectly as the teenager provided a series of early reminders of the French threat, leaving Jan Vertonghen for dead early on before almost latching onto a Paul Pogba through ball that he had absolutely no right to reach.

Otherwise, though, it was Belgium who was dominating possession, forcing the French midfield back and edging ever closer to an opening goal. They fashioned a couple of half-openings courtesy of the majestic Hazard, who saw a low cross cleared and a snap-shot go wide.

2…………>Breast-Feeding: Trump vs NY Times

An article in NY Times claiming that Trump administration has threatened sanctions against countries who support the WHO resolution in favor of breastfeeding led to a salvo of tweets listed below:

Donald J. Trump@realDonaldTrump

9 Jul

The failing NY Times Fake News story today about breastfeeding must be called out. The U.S. strongly supports breastfeeding but we don’t believe women should be denied access to formula. Many women need this option because of malnutrition and poverty.

NYTimes Communications

The response?

The @NYTimesPRO report is accurate. You can read it here:

Trump lashes out at NYT over report that US opposed breastfeeding resolution by saying that the US “strongly supports breastfeeding,” labeling the report as a “Fake News”.

3…………> Down With Obama: Trump Pardon

During the terror years of our first Muslim President, Grand Ayatollah Barack Obama, the DOJ went on a campaign of a nasty oppression of the independent patriots of the “Tea Party”, leading to armed confrontations in Nevada and other Western states.

Now President Donald Trump has righted the wrongs of the Obama’s henchmen by pardoning two Oregon cattle ranchers whose sentence for arson led armed militiamen to seize control of a wildlife refuge in 2016.

Dwight Hammond, 76, and his son Steven Hammond, 49, were convicted in 2012 after a prescribed burn on their land spread to nearby public lands in 2001 and served time in prison, but a judge later ruled that they must serve their full five-year sentence.

The ruling sparked anti-government protests that left one rancher dead.

“The Hammonds are devoted family men, respected contributors to their local community and have widespread support from their neighbors, local law enforcement and farmers and ranchers across the West,” the White House said in a statement on Tuesday announcing their full pardon.

“Justice is overdue for Dwight and Steven Hammond, both of whom are entirely deserving of these Grants of Executive Clemency.”

4………..> Get Ready Punks: B52 Heavy Bombs

With all bunch of nasty confrontation popping out across the world, the US Air Force’s has decided to increase the weapons-bearing load of its B-52 heavy bombers to accommodate the so-called “Mother of All Bombs”.

The plane can currently only carry 5,000-pound munitions externally, but the new specifications call for new pylons underneath the aircraft’s wings “capable of carrying multiple weapons in the 5,000-lb to 20,000-lb weight class.
This is not a requirement that came out of nowhere,” a US defense official told “There are compelling reasons why we have to go down that road,” the official noted, without spelling out what those reasons were. The request to upgrade the B-52 fleet’s bomb capacity is in line with the Pentagon’s top priority of preparing for conflict with near-peer adversaries:i.e. China, Russia & Co.

Last position long 24500, stop 25100 for a gain of 600 points. Last closed position short 25050, cover short 24350 for a gain of 700 points. New position long 24350, sell stop 24650 for a gain of 300 DIA points.

Stocks were up 143 to 24920, DJ futures -194, attempt to stage a covering short rally.

Gold down to 1252.1 and USD/CHF down 0.99 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 24,350.

We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World.
