1…………> Law Of The Jungle: Trump’s Tariffs

A trade war is now a reality, French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire has warned as G20 ministers gather for a summit in Argentina, describing the current US trade policy of imposing unilateral tariffs is based on “the law of the jungle”, contradicting US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin who defended the tariffs and urged the EU and China to open their markets to allow free competition.

“World trade cannot base itself on the law of the jungle and the unilateral increase of tariffs is the law of the jungle,” Mr. Le Maire told AFP news agency.

“The law of the jungle, the law of the fittest, this cannot be the future of global trade relations.

“The law of the jungle will only turn out losers, it will weaken growth, threaten the most fragile countries and have disastrous political consequences,” Mr. Le Maire said.

2…………> Trader Joe Barricade: LA Fatality

Los Angeles police have arrested a suspect who earlier barricaded himself in a shop with about 40 people inside.

“We have successfully taken the suspect into custody without incident,” the LAPD tweeted.

People were earlier seen running from the Trader Joe’s supermarket. There was one fatality, police said.

UPDATE: Earlier today, officers went in pursuit of a suspect wanted in connection to a shooting. At the termination of the pursuit, an officer-involved-shooting occurred, and the suspect has barricaded himself inside a #TraderJoes in #Silverlake. …

3…………> LA Movie Theater: A Bygone Era

Silent witnesses of a bygone era, LA Million Dollar, State, United Artists, Orpheum  and many other theaters  rose to fame during the golden era of Hollywood, incorporating a lavish architecture, rich tapestry and the best acoustics of the time when the world was connected only by the voice of a radio from distant places across oceans and continents.

Left behind by the exponential explosion of computer technology, they make us wonder if our world one day may also become redundant, useless and boring, a victim of yet another toy of the human mind in search of the ways of the creator.

4…………> Genetic Diseases Detection: Israel

A new discovery by Israeli researchers about the inner structure of cells will likely help detect genetic diseases, according to a study of the Weizmann Institute of Science that has discovered that the organelles structures inside the living cells are connected by tiny strips, not separated from each other as previously thought.

The discovery can significantly contribute to detecting the causes of serious genetic diseases and pave the way for finding appropriate treatments, said the report.

5…………> Bubbling War: Iran vs Kurds

At least 10 members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s Basij forces were killed overnight in an attack on a military post along the Iraqi border, the latest deadly clash in a region where armed Kurdish groups seeking an independent Kurdistan are active.

“The attack by the evil rebels and terrorists against a revolutionary border post and the explosion of a munitions depot caused the martyrdom of 10 fighters,” the Guard’s ground forces division said in a statement.

The statement added that several attackers were also killed and vowed: “merciless vengeance” on those that remained.

1…………> Applied Global Warming: Japan Floods

At least 51 people have died and many more are missing after heavy rains caused flooding and landslides across much of western Japan, with Motoyama, near Tokyo, getting unheard of 23 inches of rainfall, with heavy rains expected to continue through Sunday and 48,000 police, firefighters and Self-Defence Force personnel mobilized to help with the rescue effort.

Hiroshima Prefecture was hit the hardest with numerous landslides that killed at least 15 people and authorities have warned that the death toll will continue to rise.

2…………> Anne Frank In USA: Dream Of Freedom

On November 9, 1938, the Nazis terrorized Jews throughout the country in the violent Kristallnacht pogroms, also known as the “Night of Broken Glass”, and according to a recent research the family of Anne Frank attempted to emigrate to the US, and later to Cuba, but their efforts were tragically thwarted by America’s restrictive immigration policy and the outbreak of World War II.

“I am forced to look out for emigration and as far as I can see the USA is the only country we could go to,” Otto Frank wrote in English to a friend in the US in 1941.

His efforts to get the family out of the Netherlands to the US likely started as early as 1938 — a turbulent year in which Nazi Germany annexed Austria and part of Czechoslovakia into the Third Reich. (DW)

Cosplayers pose for photos during the 2018 Anime Midwest at Stephens Convention Center in Chicago, the United States, July 6, 2018. The three-day event kicked off on Friday.

4…………> New World’s Champion: England?

England has booked their place in the World Cup semifinals for the first time since 1990 courtesy of a 2-0 win over Sweden. Harry Maguire and Dele Alli got the goals either side of half-time.

England followed up their penalty shootout win on Wednesday with a convincing 2-0 victory over Sweden in Samara Arena on Sunday.

Harry Maguire scored his first international goal to give England the early lead. Dele Alli got on the score sheet as well as England qualified for their first World Cup semifinal in 28 years.

With the wind in their sails, The Three Lions came close to extending the lead before the break as Raheem Sterling squandered two golden opportunities in one-on-one situations with Olsen. (BBC)

5…………> US/China Trade War: No Soybeans

The unintended consequences of the US/China tariff war are hitting hard, as China reduced commitments to buy 366,000 metric tons of U.S. soybeans in the season that ends Aug. 31 and further cut plans to buy 66,000 tons in the following year.

Soybeans are on the hit list of American goods now being targeted by Chinese tariffs that went into effect Friday after the U.S. implemented a raft of duties earlier in the day and President Donald Trump threatened more action. The oilseed is the top agricultural commodity that the U.S. ships to China by far and is among the largest products for overall exports.

1…………> “Mustapo” Knew Novichok: Report

The Islamic Merkeldom of Germany intelligence service the BND aka “Mustapo” for “Merkel’s Gestapo” obtained a sample of the so-called “Novichok” nerve agent and determined its chemical composition back in the 1990s, and after analyzing it in a Swedish laboratory, the intelligence service and the German army were only provided with the chemical composition of the pathogen.

2…………> Trump In Montana: Feathers Flying

President Trump attacked wayward California congresswoman Maxine “Fire 45” Waters as a “low IQ” person lost somewhere in the 60s and also offered to contribute $1,000,000 to Senator Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren favorite charity if she can provide DNA proof of her Native American heritage.

3…………> Islamic Sheikdom Of France: Race Riots

Riots over the fatal police shooting of a young man named Abubakar F…., in western city Nantes continued for a third night, with 50 cars set on fire and clashes between police and protesters intensifying after arsonists attempted to set fire on a high school and a petrol station.

The 22-year-old slain youth was killed during a police check of a vehicle after he “refused to comply” with police requests, with the officer who fired the shot being detained for questioning by a police oversight body on suspicion of “voluntary violence by a person in authority leading to unintentional death”.

In other words, the “Middle Eastern” jihadist Trojan horse is running wild in the Islamic Sheikdom of France, a prime example to everyone watching what happens when borders of a country are left open to unvetted punks and pee-drenched peddlers to come as they please.

4…………> Tariff Punches Fly: China

The US tariffs of $34bn or a 25% levy on Chinese goods have come into effect at midnight Washington time, the start of a trade war between the world’s two largest economies, forcing China to retaliate by imposing a similar 25% tariff on 545 US products, also worth a total of $34bn.

Beijing accused the US of starting the “largest trade war in economic history”.

“After the US activated its tariff measures against China, China’s measures against the US took effect immediately,” said Lu Kang, a foreign ministry spokesman.

Two companies in Shanghai told the BBC that customs authorities were delaying clearance processes for US imports on Friday.

1…………> Fire Sessions, Rosenstein, Mueller Or All: Trump

Distinguished practitioners of the legal profession described yesterday’s FBI raid and seizure of President Trump personal attorney Mr. Michael Cohen’s records in colorful terms, ranging from, “[it] should be the most concerning for the President”, to “the FBI search warrant was like dropping a bomb on Trump’s front porch”, to “You can’t get much worse than this, other than arresting someone’s wife or putting pressure on a family member.”

Yet true to form, President Donald Trump slammed the FBI raid as a “total witch hunt” and a “disgrace”, that is distracting him from other more “serious things” facing the country, instead of firing his Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and finally Special Council Robert Mueller.

Bibi1581 prediction is that unless Mr. Trump starts paying attention and regains control of his own Department of Justice by weeding out “Trump haters” and “Soros conspirators” and soon, GOP Establishment will lose control of both houses of Congress and he may get impeached.

Standby for more.

2…………> Net War: China

Instead of backing down, Chinese netizens are calling for their country to “fight back” as China and the US continue their economic preparations for a trade war, in a show of defiance to President Trump’s suggestion that China would ease trade barriers because “it is the right thing to do”.

Donald J. Trump

President Xi and I will always be friends, no matter what happens with our dispute on trade. China will take down its Trade Barriers because it is the right thing to do. Taxes will become Reciprocal & a deal will be made on Intellectual Property. Great future for both countries!

Global Times editorial said that China would fight the US with the same spirit as it did during the Korean War more than 60 years ago.

“Beijing can make it a painful fight for Washington during the confrontation of every trade war and let the US suffer the same losses as China,” it said.

The question is: Who will blink first?

3…………> In Obama’s Footsteps: Trillion Deficits

The US is heading for an annual budget deficit of more than $1 trillion soon following tax cuts and higher public spending and said that while the measures will temporarily boost the US economy, they will exacerbate its long-term debt.
The agency said US debt could rise to a level comparable to World War II and the financial crisis, according to the Congressional Budget Office.

4…………> Alzheimer’s Protein: Tested

A team of researchers, led by Dr. Yadong Huang, professor of neurology and pathology at the University of California, have managed to develop and successfully test a compound that fights off the production of the apoE4 protein, that is responsible for damaging brain cells as a result of Alzheimer’s disease. The developed compound is expected to help reduce the symptoms of the disease.

He warned against excessive optimism, suggesting that testing of their compound on living human brain cells in order to determine the validity of previous research claims.

5…………> Seal Off MX Border: National Guard

The Republican governors of Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico committed 1,600 Guard members to US Southern border, giving President Trump many of the troops he requested to fight what he has called a crisis of migrant crossings and crime.

The only border state that has not responded to Mr. Trumps’ call to arms is the “Communist Haven” of California, and its “Trump hating” Governor Jerry Brown, who has repeatedly fought with Mr. Trump over immigration policy and given a refuge to murders, rapists, and other assorted illegal aliens criminals, all in violation of the Federal Law.

1…………..> Drama On High Seas: Hawaii

An HC-130 Hercules aircrew from Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point located a life raft with eight people aboard from the fishing vessel “Princess Hawaii” over 400 miles north of the Big Island, with the Hercules crew dropping a VHF radio to the people on the water near the ship mostly submerged with only the stern above the waterline.

Weather on scene is reported as 10-foot seas with 20 mph winds from the east and a sister ship the “Commander” is on route to pick up the survivors.

2……….> GRU Out: US & EU

Donald Trump has ordered the expulsion of 60 Russians from the United States and closed the Russian consulate in Seattle over a nerve agent attack earlier this month in Britain, claiming that the expulsion will “make the United States safer” and giving the expelled Russians will have seven days to leave the US.

British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson tweeted that the actions amounted to “the largest collective expulsion of Russian intelligence officers ever”.

Boris Johnson

Today’s extraordinary international response by our allies stands in history as the largest collective expulsion of Russian intelligence officers ever & will help defend our shared security. Russia cannot break international rules with impunity

3……………..> Habanero Cryptocurrency: Mexico

The first vegetable-backed cryptocurrency in Mexico has emerged in the fertile habanero fields of Quintana Roo, as each Agrocoin costs 500 pesos (US $27), and its value is backed by a square meter of hydroponic habanero peppers production output.

The company Amar Hidroponía specializes in producing habanero chiles in Leona Vicario and found it very attractive to attract small investors by selling digital tokens beginning in September last year. And so was born the cryptocurrency Agrocoin, and the firm said in a statement that it expects to pay a yearly dividend equal to about 30% of the cost, depending on output and demand.

4………….> “I Begs Master Xi Blessing”: Comrade Un

A tweet from former ABC correspondent Stephen McDonell, now working for BBC News, tweeted that whoever was on board had “quite a motorcade”, setting the press on fire:

Stephen McDonell

Speculation is rife that Kim Jong-un may have arrived in Beijing by train. Chinese train spotters worked out that various trains from the northeast had been delayed etc. Could also be another senior figure from #DPRK? #China

Whoever has arrived in Beijing got quite a motorcade:

Japanese media reported that a special, heavily guarded North Korean train has arrived in Beijing, sparking a speculation that Supreme leader Kim Jong-un himself might have been on board, the same green-and-yellow-train used by his late father Kim Jong Il to travel to Beijing in 2011.

Do Mr.Xi and Comrade Un have “Old Man Trump” on their mind?

Stock market old timers have said that “you buy the rumor, and sell the news”, and that is exactly what is happening right now, with the news that President Trump is about to start a metal tariff war, slapping 25% surcharge on steel and 10% on aluminum. DIA resistance is in the 27,000 area, with supports at 24135, 21354 and 18900 level, US dollar in a downtrend, resistance at 1.003319 CHF, support at .92 and 0.9: Gold in an uptrend, watch break resistance of 1377 to be taken soon. The massive Fed balance sheet contraction will result in a $600 billion dollars being dumped on the credit markets each quarter, a leftover of the horrendous $4.3 trillion money printing of Obama’s septic tank that will surely exert a severe pressure on stocks and financial assets.

We warned long ago that an organized attempt to remove President Trump from office is underway, and if this activity is not curtailed soon, the market will open on gap below 20,000 with next stop 17300 and 11800 support levels.

Gold up to 1357.3 and USD/CHF flat at 0.95 despite President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products.Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 24050We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World.

1…………> A Trump Win: DACA Illegal

Judge Roger W. Titus ruled the judges in California and New York who blocked the phaseout tried to substitute their own judgments for that of the Homeland Security Department, crossing constitutional lines in order to strike at Mr Trump’s policies, and went even further, praising the administration for the way it handled the situation with a six-month decision delay.

Ruling that the DACA program is legal, is doing little to solve the ongoing court quagmire and does not overturn two other federal courts, but it does offer a needed boost as the Justice Department appeals those other two rulings.

“This decision took control of a pell-mell situation and provided Congress — the branch of government charged with determining immigration policy — an opportunity to remedy it. Given the reasonable belief that DACA was unlawful, the decision to wind down DACA in an orderly manner was rational,” the judge wrote.

2…………> Trump’s ICE Broom: NM

Federal immigration agents arrested 23 people across New Mexico and west Texas on suspicion of being in the country illegally, as they served notices of employment audits to 131 businesses across the state and a swath of 18 counties in Texas over the past week when the arrests were made. Businesses are being given three days to provide hiring records that deal with employees’ immigration status.

Agency regional spokeswoman Nina Pruneda says three of the individuals face criminal charges related to illegal re-entry to the United States or firearm possession or both.

3…………> Back To Beria Poisons: UK

British spy aka retired Russian GRU(Russia Military Intelligence) Sergei Skripal, 66 – who was granted refuge in the UK in 2010 as part of a “spy swap” – and his 33-year-old daughter are critically ill in hospital, as police are trying to identify a substance which caused the former agent convicted of spying for Britain to collapse in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The pair were found slumped unconscious on a bench at the Maltings shopping centre on Sunday with no visible injuries, and officers are investigating whether a crime had been committed.

Temporary Assistant Chief Constable Craig Holden said: “They are currently being treated for suspected exposure to an unknown substance…

“The focus is trying to establish what has caused these people to become critically ill.

“We are working with partners to prioritise this diagnosis and ensure that they receive the most appropriate and timely treatment.”

4…………> The “Fox” Un: Outwit “Shooter” Trump

North Korean leader Comrade Un has agreed to hold a landmark summit meeting with South Korea’s President next month, and impose a moratorium on nuclear and missile tests if his country holds talks with the United States. In
scheduled talks in late April when a 10-member South Korean delegation is to met with Kim Jong-un during a 2-day visit to Pyongyang, with two Koreas agreeing to hold their third-ever summit at a border village in late April.

He also said the leaders will establish a “hotline” communication channel to lower military tensions, and would speak together before the planned summit.

5…………> A “Family Quarrel”: Trump vs GOP Establishment

“No, we’re not backing down. We’ve had a very bad deal with Mexico, we’ve had a very bad deal with Canada — it’s called NAFTA,” Mr Trump said in the Oval Office, seated with visiting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as globalist clowns led by House Speaker Paul “Romney Jr.” Ryan and other congressional Establishment Republicans warned of a possible trade war.

Mr Trump insisted that he will impose tariffs on steel and aluminium imports, but indicated Canada and Mexico could be exempt if they renegotiate the NAFTA, despite fears that it may spark retaliation and a global trade war.
