2…………> The Corona-Virus First EU Victim: Italy

Italy was the first EU nation to report a major surge in cases of the corona-virus, recording hundreds of infections, as a number of towns in Lombardy have been locked down, with very limited numbers of people being allowed in or out, and the government  travel restrictions in the north of the country are clearly hitting the economy hard, the area being the industrial heartland of the  country. Lombardy alone accounts for 40% of Italian industrial output, and while Milan is a key center for finance and a range of other services, it is one of the areas covered by the shutdown. Still, as a sign of things to come, major tourist and cultural sites such as the cathedral, and the opera house La Scala have been closed.

Italy has struggled with persistently slow growth for many years. So could this health crisis be the factor that tips the country into another recession?

3…………> China’s Uighur Slaves: World’s Brands Golden Gooses

Thousands of Muslims from China’s Uighur minority group are working under threat of violence in deplorable conditions at factories that supply some of the world’s biggest brands, as about a million Uighurs are held against their will in  internment camps, punishing and indoctrinating them with a goal at countering extremism.
The human-rights group ASPI estimates that more than 80,000 Uighurs were transferred out of the far western Xinjiang autonomous region to work in factories across the country, some directly from detention camps.
ASPI said the Uighurs were moved through labour transfer scams operating under a central government policy known as Xinjiang Aid, with  evidence that local governments and private brokers being paid a price per head to organize the”chain gangs”, all being a new phase of the Chinese governments ongoing repression” of Uighurs.
Reports of widespread detentions at internment camps in Xinjiang first emerged in 2018. Chinese authorities said the “vocational training centers” were being used to combat violent religious extremism, but soon evidence surfaced that  many people were being detained for simply expressing their faith, by praying or wearing a veil, or for having overseas connections to places like Turkey.

4…………> Super-Market Hysteria: Islamic Merkeldom Of Germany?

A spokeswoman for one of the country’s largest supermarket groups, REWE, told DW that while they didn’t register any panic at the start of the week, the situation quickly changed:

“We have noticed rising foodstuff and canned goods purchases across the entire country to which we are adapting accordingly,” said Kristina Schütz from REWE Group, which is headquartered in Cologne and runs the Penny, REWE and Nahkauf grocery chains.
Discount chain Lidl has recorded a similar spike in purchases, with a spokesperson confirming that “we are noticing a rise in sales in certain regions and stores.”  Major chains reported that Germans are stockpiling long-lasting and canned food, pasta as well as toilet paper and disinfectants, with many customers bulk buying supplies, and the number of cases in Germany doubled in a day to 117.

5…………> A Bear On Walls Street: Trading Halt Coming?

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) may be about to close down its trading floor in Manhattan, under pressure due to the sharp escalation of the novel corona-virus , with major networks suggesting that the world’s stock market hub is “beginning to prepare for the possibility that the floor might not be able to open”.

This is apparently a “Plan B” should  floor traders, brokers, and the designated market makers can’t make it in because they have to stay home, while at the same time humans and an automated trading system are prepped for the eventuality.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 357 points, or 1.4%, to 25,409, while the S&P 500 shrank by 24 points, or 0.8%, to 2,954. Earlier, the Nasdaq Composite fell by 414.30 points.

For the record, market report shorted the market at 29250 on 02/27/202, with the cover short stop now at 26550, for a paper gain of 2700 DIA points. Support at 24,700, and long term support at 15600, gold break-out over $2000 imminent, first resistance level at $5800, ultimate target $75000, should the world find itself facing the 2nd Great Depression, due to introduction of a new US currency, the “tollar” 1 to 7 current paper dollars printed by “Deep State” Fed conspirators, as predicted by George Sorbane in his immortal book “The Endless Beginning.”

The paid D.C. protesters are now ready to REALLY protest because they haven’t gotten their checks – in other words, they weren’t paid! Screamers in Congress, and outside, were far too obvious – less professional than anticipated by those paying (or not paying) the bills!

2…………> Nicky Halley Resigns: UN

“I proudly serve in this administration, and I enthusiastically support most of its decisions and the direction it is taking the country,” Ms. Haley wrote.

“But I don’t agree with the president on everything,” as Mr. Trump accepted her resignation of his United Nations ambassador, speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, praising her as having done an incredible job and said he hoped she could come back to the administration in another capacity.

Mr. Trump said Ms. Haley would be leaving her post at the end of the year, describing her as an “extraordinary” person “who gets it,” and said together they had “solved a lot of problems.”

3…………> Reporter’s Murderer Arrested: Bulgaria

“We have in custody a person whose alibi we are checking, but for the time being, we do not have a concrete suspect. Work with him is continuing,” Teodor Atanasov, the head of Ruse regional police, said, as Bulgarian national radio reported the suspect was “a Romanian citizen with a passport from Moldova.”

Police detained a suspect in connection with the killing of investigative journalist Viktoria Marinova, whose body was found in a park in her hometown of Ruse four days ago. The investigative Journalist was found raped and murdered near the Danube River, amid suspicions that her murder was related to her reporting on the alleged misuse of EU funds.

Reports say the suspect is “Romanian citizen with a passport from Moldova.” Police said the man was a Romanian citizen of Ukrainian origin and would be detained for 24 hours as they check his story.

4…………> Another Atlantic Monster: Hurricane Michael

Hurricane Michael has strengthened to a category two storm, with winds topping 100mph (155km/h) as it churns towards the Florida coast. The storm is expected to reach category three before making landfall on Wednesday. Governor Rick Scott warned residents to get out of the way, saying: “This is a monstrous storm.” Hurricane Michael killed at least 13 people in Central America. Here’s how to survive a monster storm A guide to the world’s deadliest storms Reality Check: Are hurricanes getting worse? Forecasters say some regions of the US may see 12in (30cm) of rain, and storm surges of up to 12ft (3.6m). Is it expected to crawl up the US East Coast after making landfall on the Gulf Coast?

5…………> Priceless Essence: Italy

Ancient Greeks and Romans bottled it as an essential oil. Innkeepers scented their linens with it centuries ago. Today, orris can be found throughout the world: as a flavor in tinctures, medicinal syrups and spice mixes; as a base note for aromatic spirits and cosmetics; as an iconic fragrance in perfumes and potpourris. And it can cost more than gold. Shades of raspberry, violet, and pepper make up this unusual scent, which is distilled from the root of the iris – not the slender ‘Siberian’ iris typically found in florist shops, but the ‘bearded’ iris, the type famously painted by Vincent van Gogh. These flowers grow widely in Tuscany, where they are cultivated and sold in shops as giaggiolo, from the Italian for iris flower.

2…………>  A Slave Driver: Texas

A San Antonio man identified as Gerardo Javier Carreon, 36, from San Antonio was sentenced in federal court for his role in transporting illegal aliens inside of a tractor trailer, and sentenced to 70 months in federal prison for his role in the human smuggling conspiracy.

On July 5, 2018, Carreon pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to transport illegal aliens. “As this sentence makes clear, those who exploit people in for-profit will themselves face the consequences,” said HSI San Antonio Special Agent in Charge Folden. “Those responsible for illegally moving people into and through our country place personal profit ahead of public safety and border protection. They are driven by greed with little regard for the health and well-being of their human cargo, which can be a deadly combination.”

3…………> Bitcoin, Drugs, “DarkWeb” Oxymonster: In Prison

A French national who was serving at times as an administrator and senior moderator on one of the largest dark web criminal marketplaces was sentenced to 20 years in prison today, after previously pleading guilty to conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute controlled substances and conspiracy to launder money.

Gal Vallerius, aka “Oxymonster,” 36, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Robert N. Scola Jr. in the Southern District of Florida on Aug. 28. Judge Scola sentenced Vallerius to serve 240 months in prison. Valerius forfeited 99.98947177 bitcoin and 121.94805811 bitcoin cash. According to the court record, including the agreed-upon factual proffer, beginning in or around November 2013 an online criminal marketplace known as Dream Market began operating on the Tor “dark web” network. Dream Market was designed to promote and facilitate the anonymous sale of illegal items. In time, the Dream Market website became one of the largest dark web criminal marketplaces. All of the issues and services on Dream Market were offered for sale in exchange for Bitcoin and other peer-to-peer crypto-currencies. According to the agreed upon factual proffer, Vallerius first participated in the conspiracy by becoming a vendor on Dream Market. As a vendor, he sold Oxycodone and Ritalin under the moniker “Oxymonster.” Shortly thereafter, Dream Market employed the defendant who acted at times as an administrator and senior moderator. In these positions, he played a role supporting the daily unauthorized transactions between buyers and vendors on Dream Market, such as trafficking in narcotics, and the laundering of illegal proceeds using virtual currencies, Dream Market’s tumblers and the dark web. This investigation and prosecution were carried out by members of the South Florida High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Task Force. The South Florida HIDTA, established in 1990, is made up of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies that, cooperatively, target the region’s drug trafficking and money laundering organizations. The South Florida HIDTA is funded by the Office of National Drug Control Policy which sponsors a variety of initiatives focused on combatting the nation’s illicit drug trafficking threats. The prosecution is a result of the ongoing efforts by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF), a partnership between federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. The OCDETF mission is to identify, investigate, and prosecute high-level members of drug trafficking enterprises, bringing together the combined expertise and unique abilities of federal, state, and local law enforcement.

4…………> Hide The “Re-Education” Camps: Mr.Xi

Two million people, including million Uighur Muslims, have been detained in overcrowded camps across Xinjiang, which explains why authorities suspended indefinitely train travel to China’s heavily restricted province.

Reports that Muslim detainees transferred to prisons to distant provinces, like neighboring Gansu province and the distant Heilongjiang, thousands of miles away on the opposite side of the country, are fuelling speculation Beijing is attempting to disperse its mass political re-education program to obscure it from international view.

Human rights groups say detainees are held without charge in political re-education camps, while the rest of the population lives under onerous conditions, including unrelenting surveillance and severe movement restrictions.

5…………> Market Report 10/09/2018, sell stop 26550, CG(12,302), 11/22/17

Extended position at 24400, sell stop 25400 for a gain of 1000 DIA points closed. Short post established at 25380, covering short at 25300 for an increase of 80 DIA points. New position extended 25300, sell stop at 26550 for a gain of 1250 DIA points.

Stocks down 56 to 26431, DJ futures +19, attempt to stage a short covering rally continuing due to anti-tariff talks with China.

Gold up to 1192.20 and USD/CHF at 0.99 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 26,550.
We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World Disorder.

President Trump called the new, $716 billion dollars National Defense Authorization Act “the most significant investment in our military, and in our warfighters, in modern history” while speaking to troops at Fort Drum, New York. It authorizes hundreds of new planes, ships, tanks, and most importantly, raises pay for military personnel.

2…………> An Attack On Cavanaugh: Failing NY Times

In a desperate attempt to derails the confirmation of Judge Cavanaugh to the US Supreme Court, Democrats have moved from credit cards and Nationals tickets to his testimony about the extent of his involvement in the early-2000s nomination of Judge Charles Pickering to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Unfortunately for the Senate Democrats questioning Kavanaugh about his knowledge of a specific event in the Pickering fight during Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing for the D.C. Circuit, he said, “This was not one of the judicial nominees that I was primarily handling.”

4…………> Mr.Xi New Socialism: Expanding Uighurs Gulags

China is expanding its “political re-education” camps targeting Turkic-Muslim Uighurs in Xinjiang region, and vast numbers of the mostly Muslim minority group, including the secular, old and infirm, at camps across the country’s northwest.

Satellite images analyzed by intelligence professionals show that camps have been growing, with up to one million people, or about 7% of the Muslim population in China’s Xinjiang region now been incarcerated in an expanding network of “political re-education” camps.

Former inmates said they were instructed not to pray, keep a copy of the Quran or fast during Ramadan, and some were forced to eat pork, which is forbidden in Islam.
