When the Democrats in Congress refinish, for the 5th time, their Fake work on their very disappointing Mueller Report finding, they will have the time to get the REAL work of the people done. Move quickly!

I was extremely calm yesterday with my meeting with Pelosi and Schumer, knowing that they would say I was raging, which they always do, along with their partner, the Fake News Media. Well, so many stories about the meeting use the Rage narrative anyway – Fake & Corrupt Press!

Rex Tillerson, a man who is “dumb as a rock” and totally ill prepared and ill equipped to be Secretary of State, made up a story (he got fired) that I was out-prepared by Vladimir Putin at a meeting in Hamburg, Germany. I don’t think Putin would agree. Look how the U.S. is doing!

3…………> World’s Most Beautiful Houses: A Photo Gallery

Home should be a sacred space: the place where you feel secure, and can unwind at the end of a long day – it’s also where we entertain friends, and increasingly, a place to work or study. New methods and materials introduced since the early 20th Century have offered architects and daring clients around the world new ways to let creative imaginations run wild in how – and where – people are able to live.

A new book, Houses: Extraordinary Living, charts our shift in taste, style, and thinking about domestic living through a cross-section of innovative residences that fully embrace their environment – from a hidden house in a Swedish forest to a California desert retreat. Levitating glass boxes, experimental prototypes, radically open-plan layouts, and residences that relate to their surroundings – with the right architect, no project is impossible.(BBC)

4…………> Big Boys Hidden Dens: B52’s Near Iran

Tensions between Washington and Tehran escalated sharply this week after the US announced the deployment of a carrier strike group to the region and warned that Washington would hit back at Iran with “unrelenting force” if the Islamic Republic threatened US interests, with the Pentagon deploying additional Patriot missile defense batteries, an amphibious assault ship full of Marines and an amphibious dock ship to complement the recently deployed USS Abraham Lincoln and several nuclear-capable B-52 strategic bombers.

Along with the bases, the US has special forces troops operating in Yemen, while Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan station thousands more troops, although some politicians in Baghdad have recently threatened to evict the estimated 5,200 troops based in their country

Along with the bases, the US also has access to a large series of smaller ‘cooperative security locations’, also known as ‘lily pads‘ with 200 troops or less, as well as access to airfields and ports in countries including Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt.

2…………> “Yalla” Driver Licenses: Sweden

The Transport Administration of the Islamic Sheikdom of Sweden launched an information campaign in Arabic called “Yalla Driver’s License” using the Arabic expression Yalla, led by a star blogger Mahmoud Bitar with over 1.5 million followers on social media and Tahani Abood, a program host at Alkompis which is largest news channel for Arabic speakers, about the process of getting a driver’s license in Sweden, featuring an Muslim immigrant couple complaining about the weather in the Scandinavian country and using a derogatory racial epithet for “Swedes”.

In 2018, Arabic was estimated to have surpassed Finnish as Sweden’s second-largest native language, as speakers of Arabic swelled into the Scandinavian country amid the European migrant crisis.

While some praised Tahanny and Mahmoud for their performance and hailed the Transport Agency’s accommodating approach, others slammed the very idea of running the entire film in Arabic

“In Sweden, Arabic is now the largest language after Swedish and at the Swedish Transport Administration about 20 percent of all knowledge tests are written in Arabic. We want to change this by reaching out to the target group about what is required to be a safe driver”, Kristina Hagberg of the Swedish Transport Administration said.

3…………> Lower Court Anti-Trump Injunctions A Threat To US: AG Barr

Thank you.  I’m honored to address the American Law Institute this evening.  Among this distinguished company, it is not possible to acknowledge all who merit it.  However, I would like to mention a couple of my dinner companions.  I want to thank David Levi, the President of ALI, for inviting me.

David and I were colleagues 30 years ago at the Department of Justice and have remained friends.  When I was recently confirmed again as Attorney General I was delighted to hear that David’s son, Will, had joined the AG’s staff.  The apple does not fall far from the tree.  I am delighted Will agreed to stay on with me, and he is doing an outstanding job.

I also want to salute a man who I believe is a great American jurist, but also, in my opinion, one of the greatest AG’s to ever hold the office – Mike Mukasey.  I have placed his official portrait in my office to remind me of his example.

We are also joined by many prominent judges, practitioners, and law professors.  Thank you for being here and for supporting the thoughtful study and administration of law.

In this town, there’s a tendency to focus on the news of the day, as the past few weeks have reminded me.  But the role of groups like ALI is to remind us of the bigger picture.  So tonight, I want to take several steps back—to our Nation’s Founding.

The central genius of the American Constitution lies in its use of structure to protect individual liberty.  It does not rely solely, or even primarily, on grants of substantive rights.  As Justice Scalia colorfully quipped, “Every banana republic has a bill of rights.”  His point—and mine—is that the bulwark against tyranny in America has always been our structure of government, most notably the Separation of Powers.

These days, clashes between Congress and the Executive steal the headlines.  I know that all too well.  But clashes between the Judiciary and the Political Branches are just as weighty.

While the Framers had concerns about an unelected Judiciary encroaching on the prerogatives of the Political Branches, Hamilton promised in Federalist 78 that the least democratic branch would also be the “least dangerous” branch because courts have “no influence over either the sword or the purse … neither force nor will, but merely judgment.”  Today, that assurance does not instill much confidence.  We have seen over time an expansion of judicial willingness to review executive action.  Then, combine that with the strategies of sophisticated public-interest lawyers and the aggressive practices of some courts, such as the novel and growing use of nationwide injunctions.  The legal community and the broader public should be more concerned, particularly about this trend of nationwide injunctions.

Tonight, I wish to discuss some of the reasons why.  Let me start with perhaps the most remarkable example:  the ongoing litigation over the DACA (or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program.

You all know the basic backstory.  It starts with the DREAM Act, which would provide legal status to certain aliens who came to the United States as minors.  Congress has never passed it.  But in 2012, the Obama Administration announced the DACA program, under which DHS assumed a non-enforcement posture and extended work authorization to those covered by the proposed DREAM Act.  That policy was controversial.  It used prosecutorial discretion to implement an unenacted statute, and many argued that it exceeded Executive authority.  Several States, led by Texas, obtained a nationwide injunction against extended versions of the policy—which an equally divided Supreme Court affirmed—and they threatened to challenge DACA itself.

But in 2017, the Trump Administration announced that it would wind down DACA.  That decision was also controversial, though no one seriously contends that DACA is required by law.  Two district judges in California and New York have nevertheless issued nationwide injunctions against the rescission—that is, effectively requiring the government to reinstate DACA notwithstanding the President’s contrary exercise of discretion.  Appeals have been ongoing for nearly a year-and-a-half, but the injunctions remain in place.

This saga highlights a number of troubling consequences of the rise of nationwide injunctions:

First, these nationwide injunctions have frustrated presidential policy for most of the President’s term with no clear end in sight.  We are more than halfway through the President’s term, and the Administration has not been able to rescind the signature immigration initiative of the last Administration, even though it rests entirely on executive discretion.  The Justice Department has tried for more than a year to get the Supreme Court to review the lower-court decisions ordering us to keep DACA in place.  But the Court has not granted any of those requests, and they languish on its Conference docket.  Unless the Court acts quickly and decisively, we are unlikely to see a decision before mid-2020 at the earliest—that is, right before the next presidential election.  It is hard to imagine a clearer example of the stakes of nationwide injunctions.

4…………> Naked On The Internet: Check The Photos, The Photos

A 23-year-old woman from Glasgow named Mikala Monsoon was shocked to discover her photos were on the MegapNZ site, the file sharing site Megaupload founded by Internet mogul Kim Dotcom, who now faces extradition to the US to face multiple copyright infringement charges.

It turned out a link by an old school friend alerted her that someone uploaded intimate photos of her when she was 17 and they have resurfaced online over the last six years.

5…………> A Low IQ Idiot: Comrade Un To Sleepy Joe Biden

The most cherished person of the new, ultra left Democratic party, the man that could  destroy President Trump’s dream of a yet another term in office, and bring the dreams of the liberal snowflakes for a world of one nation, no currency, no borders, no religions, and no guns, “curious fingers” Joe Biden that is, has found himself bombarded on two fronts, according to the sweet details below:

Welcome to the race Sleepy Joe.

I only hope you have the intelligence, long in doubt, to wage a successful primary campaign.

North Korean state media did not miss the opportunity to slam the Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden for criticizing leader Kim Jong-un, calling him “bereft of elementary quality as a human being“, after he referred to Comrade Un as a dictator and tyrant during a campaign rally, and added to the fire lit by President Trump, saying Biden has a “low IQ“, labeling him as an “imbecile“.

2…………> Slave Trade: Islamic May’sdom Of UK

The Islamic May’sdom of UK police arrested 586 in drug gang crackdown, freeing adults and children from suspected slavery, as hundreds slaves were rescued in a week-long crackdown on illegal drug gangs across the country that uncovered hundreds of vulnerable children.

The freed children could be returned home if missing, referred to local services, referred to the National Referral Mechanism, which identifies victims of human trafficking, or placed under a protection order.

“We know that criminal networks use high levels of violence, exploitation and abuse to ensure compliance from the vulnerable people they employ to do the day-to-day drug supply activity,” said Nikki Holland from the National Crime Agency (NCA)

“Most cases start with nice things like gifts and the promise of a glamorous life but it very quickly turns into a nightmare that children simply can’t get out of because their lives start to be controlled by criminal gangs.”

3…………> Cuddling Illegal Alien Criminals: Sanctuary Cities

Following the recent arrest of two unlawfully present teens suspected in the violent murder of a young girl in Maryland, ICE officers in Baltimore are again seeking to take custody of the illegal aliens through the ICE detainer process following the Prince George’s County Detention Center’s (PGCDC) failure to cooperate.

Josue Rafael Fuentes-Ponce and Joel Ernesto Escobar, both Salvadoran nationals, were previously arrested on May 11, 2018 when they were arrested by Prince George’s County Police Department (PGCPD) for attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, participation in gang activity, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted robbery, and other related charges.

As law enforcement officers, we must continue to serve and protect the American public and act in the interest of public safety first,” said Baltimore Field Office Director Diane Witte.

“These individuals had demonstrated violent criminal behavior before, and because they were released in spite of the lawful detainer, they were afforded an opportunity to take a life.

ICE officers have again lodged detainers with PGCDC and will again seek to take custody of these public safety threats pending the outcome of their criminal proceedings

4…………> US/Iran War Inevitable: A New Poll

President Trump’s had cranked up its campaign against Iran in recent months, raising concerns that the United States and Iran are on a path to war, an observation supported by a recent Reuters/Ipsos poll, indicating that 64% percent of Americans, including a large majority of Republicans, support the 2015 deal designed to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons in exchange for sanctions relief, with 51% of respondents indicating that the United States and Iran would go to war within the next few years, up 8 percentage points from a poll last June.

Iran is a suspect of sabotaging oil tankers off the coast of the United Arab Emirates and Yemen’s Iranian-aligned, as Houthi rebels have carried out drone attacks on Saudi oil pumping stations amid US intelligence warnings that Iran or Iran-backed groups could threaten US interests.

Nearly half of all Americans disapprove of how Trump is handling relations with Iran,  with 31% saying they strongly disapprove, overall, 39% approve of Trump’s policy, yet at the same time, 54% of Americans view Iran as a “serious” or “imminent” threat.

Stocks up 197 to 25680, DJ futures -27, rally continuing due to anti-tariff talks, and China spending 1 trillion dollars to buy US products

Gold down to 1274.30 and USD/CHF at 0.98 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch cover short stop at 25700 with gain of 600 points.

We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects.
