United States and Turks and Caicos Islands law enforcement authorities extradited to the United States of a Canadian national identified as Sri Kajamukam Chelliah, aka “Mohan,” 55, who has been charged with alien smuggling offenses in a criminal complaint of conspiracy to bring aliens, encourage and induce aliens to come to, enter, or reside in the United States for commercial advantage and private financial gain, and attempting to bring aliens to the United States for commercial advantage and private financial gain:
“The defendant allegedly facilitated a smuggling operation by attempting to transport aliens through various countries, including the United States, for financial gain,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian C. Rabbitt of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division.

A former member of the US Army Special Forces, identified as Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins, a 45-year-old resident of Gainesville, Virginia, has been arrested by federal agents, and now faces life imprisonment after conspiring with “Russian intelligence operatives to provide them with United States national defense information.”
Federal prosecutors allege that Debbins met with “Russian intelligence agents” while making several visits to the country, was assigned a “code name”, signed a statement pledging his service to Russia in 1994, and met his now-wife in Chelyabinsk during his series of trips to the country in the ’90s.
“The Russian intelligence agents allegedly encouraged him to join and pursue a career in the Special Forces, which he did, where he served at the rank of Captain,” the DoJ release claimed.
Federal prosecutors claim that over the course of his service, Debbins divulged “information” that he had obtained, as well as details on his own chemical and Special Forces units.
“According to the allegations, Mr. Debbins knowingly provided information to self-proclaimed members of Russia’s Intelligence Service, the GRU,” James A. Dawson, acting assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Washington Field Office, expressed in a written statement.
